I've recently had the pleasure of having Judy Johnston from TEAM Property Management assist my wife and I find the absolute perfect property for our needs - and just in the nick of time. After selling our townhouse we were looking for a residence with a larger footprint than our previous home. Something nicely shielded from neighbors, quiet and secluded from where will put our full attention into energetic business activity. Judy made the whole process of finding the residence, negotiating with the owners and making sure we had everything we needed simple, convenient and easy. Before meeting TEAM, we were almost panicking that we were facing a compressed rental market with loads of people looking through the same ideal properties, and with only five weeks til Christmas before we have to move. Upon meeting Judy and her team, we had found the right place, signed a tenancy agreement for the perfect place for us - all within 48 hours of inspecting the property. Judy even negotiated the rent down from what the owners were asking. I totally recommend TEAM Property Management as an "A" class business that genuinely cares about their clients and has the experience to deliver great results.

I would be very careful dealing with this agency. We attempted to buy a property managed by them and after signing all the paperwork we were informed that they simply didn't mention that the property was occupied on the contract and the tenants were not willing to terminate their leasing contract earlier. As a result, we were told that they had a "verbal agreement" and should be all good. After waiting a few days for an update from the agent on the situation, I contacted the agency to make a complaint about it and when the agent got back to me I was informed that he was trying to contact me but he was calling the wrong person with the same first name . The whole time I felt like instead of buying a property I was negotiating to buy a new pair of shoes. Gladly, apart from the time wasted we didn't have any financial loss. We were lucky to have a good solicitor backing us up on the deal. So if you still think about dealing with them make sure you have a good solicitor.

I had the pleasure of having Crystal as my property manager for (sadly) only a brief few months. From the first call, I knew she was professional and keen to assist. My property was previously managed by a non-responsive agent and landlord who had no interest in maintaining the premises. Crystal changed all of that the day she took over the portfolio and then went above and beyond in helping me negotiate a new property when the agreement ended. If the market wasn't as challenging as it currently is, I would have loved to have continued renting with Team and having Crystal as my agent. Great service from a genuine, honest and reputable property manager - well done and thanks again Crystal!

Madu, Teekay and the rest of their TEAM showed a great deal of professionalism and candour in getting my property under contract quickly and pain free - what else can you ask for? The sale of my property is probably more complicated than they’re used to, or maybe not as they certainly didn’t make it seem that way. They worked around my work and family commitments and being on the other side of the country. I never felt any pressure from them to list my property but I’m glad I did. They have not failed to deliver on their commitments and have exceeded my expectations. It’s also great to see a business giving back to the community through some of their initiatives as well. Our property was on the market for more than six months. The agent was a high profile nation wide company. Cham from Team Estate agents approached us with a promise of selling it within thirty days. We were a bit sceptical however we went with them as we were fed up with our existing so called high profile company. Cham brought us a written contract within a week which went unconditional in about 16 days and settlement was completed within 30 days. It was unbelievable. What is so amazing about this was that he achieved a significantly higher price than we were expecting. Thank you Team. A job well done.

My partner and I just bought our first home and having Johnny by our side throughout the whole process was such a blessing. Extremely poor communication from the moment I submitted an offer on a place and only finding out I was successful because I contacted them! To asking for a 21 day cooling of period as per the banks request to being told the owner has rejected the request via TEXT and will move on with another bidder who had a quicker cooling of period. Did not answer my return calls or text and was not given an option to change the cooling of period. Unprofessional is an understatement!

Uses unethical marketing telling lies. One of their agents was yesterday in spring mountain , Queensland going door to door asking if you want to sell your house claiming "" did not your neighbour tell you that I am coming? "". When challenged on a local residential Facebook group goes on the defensive and tries to brush it off as some kind of humour. Would have given a zero rating if there is one. Lying even to get a prospective sale.

Irresponsible, to say the least. I informed their agent (Cham Godakanda) that I had placed an offer on a property. He promised to keep me informed about the outcome. For the next two days, he was completely unresponsive to my calls and emails. Finally, I called the office to enquire about the property, and they informed me that it had been sold to someone else! I lost sending offer for another property as I was waiting to get response.

Judy and the whole management team is incredible! Judy helped me with absolutely everything since I am a first home owner and first time landlord. Judy was extremely attentive and answered every question I had and never made me feel silly for asking. i had very bad experience as tenant with this real estate , not very helpful , i was a tenant in the property patrick court , there was a little damage on the ceiling we mentioned them thousand times to fix it no action was taken by them or owner. the whole ceiling collapsed on my mum she was hospitalised and they didn't pay for our item which was damaged.
