Being an influencer I get a lot of brand wears for shoot and barter purpose. It's definitely not possible for me to take care of them at home. And I sometimes reuse them in other shoots too. Hence last week I got 7-8 dresses all cleaned, washed , dry cleaned and ironed from the brand wash as it's very close to my place and have been a saviour since week 1 in Bangalore . They deliver back all the dresses well packed and ironed . Now it's super easy for me to use them whenever I want without thinking . Thank you so much you guys ❤️

Very bad experience with Brand wash. I was living in HSR at same place where the brand wash is but their charges are too high and i didn't see any changes in service also thats. Its better to take services from other laundry because their charges are different before washing and after washing. i visited 2 time at their place and told them no need to pickup and clearly tell me about charges but they send bill after washing, which was different from before washing bill. I don't know why but this service is not cost effective.

Had the worse experience with brand wash laundry. The first two times they lost my tshirts to which there response was 'apologies but give us 1 more chance as we are sorting out operations and our old employees left.' The third time I gave a few cloths for dry cleaning. They asked me to come on a Tuesday (the 3rd day evening) and when I reached there, I see the cloths lying in front of me on the reception stuffed in the corner of the table. Thank you for motivating me to wash my own clothes from now on.

A relative of mine suggested me about The brand Wash as I was looking for a laundry for a long time . I contacted them and booked an pick up and cleaned all the mats very well. Got it delivered particularly in 3 -4 days as the cafe was shut due to some electricity issue in the area . They promised to deliver back and they did in time. Very polite staff though

If there was option of giving 0 star then I will definitely give 0. I gave them white school uniform. When I gave they said they will do dry clean and make it more brighter. 1st time when i went to collect the cloth it was full of yellow stains. They said it is some chemical reaction. 2nd time went to collect it is almost the same as it was when given to clean.I would never go back to them and also warn anyone going to them. I wonder if this is dry clean what will be normal wash .

Doing laundry takes a little time and being a working woman . I really can afford to put my time in it because I own a business and I have to put my 100% for it. Also being a regular user I am so confident about the brand wash and their services. I can can handle any clothes and they handover it back to me on time . This has made my life so easy . Kids uniforms and husbands office wear are a big hassle . But these guys do great work. Definitely a fan .

We have been customers of the brand wash laundry since a month now, and it's been a very nice experience with them in terms of quality services. They will make sure every cloth is cleaned and ironed properly. In case if you have an expensive suits these are the best people to take care of it... services are superfast, very gentle people at the reception and always keen to help. Thank you! I gave this laundry service a try for washing and ironing my clothes because they advertised a quick 3-hour turnaround time. However, when they picked up my clothes, they said it would take about 24 hours to deliver them back. In the end, it took a full 48 hours to get my clothes back, and the ironing wasn't done very well. To top it off, they even gave me a few clothes that didn't belong to me. Won't be using them again !

As it’s wedding season it’s going to be a lot of outing . I knew I had to get all the Indian wear out and ready for wear. I handled them to brand wash laundry and asked them to fully dry clean and iron . All the pieces were delivered along with really good packaging . Packing was done nicely can be put directly into the suitcases for travel purposes. The delivery is free and is mostly on time.

Quality has started to come down. Plus earlier it used to be free pick up and drop, now they have started to charge for it. Also they require the amount to be pre-paid, which is not how laundry services function. Also, quality of dry clean is going down. Was a loyal customer but the service is getting worse over time.

Services were good until last year. Utter waste of money now. I told them to dry clean a delicate dress only if they can do it properly. They damaged it and there are loose threads on the dress. King size comforter given for dry cleaning looks like it was washed and it is all wrinkled. Won't use their services again

This laundry company is by far the best in HSR layout. Been a regular customer since last 6 months now . Their whole service is so fluent and so relaxing. I mean they pick up according to your time , they deliver acc to your time. Their steam ironing is the best I feel , works even on the thinnest material .

Nice staff . Since last 2 weeks I’ve been handling my office wear and some suits to these guys for washing and ironing both . I myself don’t know which clothes needs to be washed how. But they are experts . All my clothes feel so fresh while wearing them . That really makes my day.

This laundry provides one of the most smooth service in HSR area . I usually handover my formal wear as it has always been a hassle for me. The staff here has a good communication system also they pack each and every piece precisely. Really impressed .

Their steam iron technique is my favourite as its best for delicate clothes . They very well handle those pieces that should be taken utmost care of . The staff is soft speaking and always help me with best advice.

In this area I haven’t found any laundry who has got such a disciplined and well maintained staff. Also these guys are super punctual. Rates are quite affordable. Results are top notch .

Pros -Service point of view it's very good. They provide quality timely service.staffs are very well behaved and co-operative. Cons- management needs some improvement.

Highly priced and pathetic service. Got my clothes back and it was not ironed and stains were not even removed (even after reporting it). Better try some other place.

Gave them curtain for drycleaning,very bad job done, spoilt the ironing of the curtain...they want money of there choice but work is not delivered as per our choice

Washing and ironing + dry cleaning in this laundry are always best as per my experience. So, I suggest you to go for it, for your own experience...

Worst service... They spoiled my new white shirt. No common sense and rude to customers, will never use their service again... Not recommended...
