The Equine Practise Most efficent vets, they take their time, explain what they are doing and what they find. They come with all the equipment on board for various situations Cause they take care and time with each patient they can be later than the appointment time but the quality and care is outstanding I love the Equine Practise very informative helpful and caring
Good but really expensive. Got charged $95 travel time for a 9am appointment for a travel time of 26 minutes. Might look for someone closer instead. The repeated “checking up” to see how the horse is faring seems a bit like a money grab - would be different if the actual vet was corresponding and if it was a serious issue.
Lizzie from this practice has been wonderful. Very caring and capable. Managed our mare with confidence and professionalism. Her follow up was also great with me sending her photo updates of the wound progress. We would highly recommended this practice
Without going into detail , i am unhappy with the service. I think they could improve a fair bit. Payment is required up front which is a bit annoying. They don’t provide a written report, which makes the situation hard to explain and prove to others.
Just a shout out to Michelle & Joe for their responsiveness, care and education with my OTTB. My first abscess to deal with, they were brilliant, empathetic and genuinely caring. Hugely reassuring and magnificent with their care and guidance.
An absolute pleasure to deal with. Super thorough, kind and communicative. They went above and beyond for myself and of course my horse. I am incredibly grateful. Would absolutely recommend this practice to every horse owner.
