As with the rest of the reviews, apalling service. I wish I could end my lease before it expires. The Landlord (Kevin Dreyer) takes MONTHS to respond to maintenance issues and fixing. It took about 1 month, with constant reminding, for my front door to be fixed which was a safety hazard and now it's 2 months since my kitchen cupboard has needed fixing. Each time they say they have contacted the landlord, but NOTHING happens. It's surprising that there's such a delay since when I first moved in I was rushed by the landlord for the painting and fixing of the house to happen even if it meant vacating the house for a whole day in the early morning with a small toddler, as it was said that, "... further delay costs and damage will accumulate." It seems the delays and damage accumulating right now don't matter. How ironic. I am renting the flat, paying timely every month on the assumption that it is tenable and well prepared for me as a tenant. *PS: I have all my requests in writing stating all the times they have not addressed maintenance issues. So however the owner tries to spin his response on here like he did with other comments, it will not work. I will also be taking the matter to a lawyer. They last responded to my email query 6 DAYS AGO!

We have used The Property Bureau as our letting agents for many years. The service we receive is outstanding. They deal with our tenants in a friendly and most professional way and they deal with us in the same manner. I listen to other property owners and the problems they deal with and I am just so thankful that we are so well looked after by everyone at The Property Bureau

I wanted to thank you guys for the excellent service to me as your tenant. You have always responded to me quickly (even at weekends) and I appreciate you were able to get the landlord to agree to me moving out on the 1st which made it so much easier when moving into my new place. oh and thanks for repaying my deposit so quickly - really helped cash flow haha

As with the other reviewer, they were very unresponsive when I need them. But, as soon as they need something from you, they are on you like a ton of bricks. They openly told me that I am not their client, the landlord is... So basically I am nothing to them.... I would recommend that tenants and landlords stay away!

Whatever you do, do not trust these guys! They have bad reviews for a reason! Waited over 50 days to get my deposit back (unlawful) after they have said I was absent in negotiations, but haven't heard from them for 46 days.

They deleted their old Google page because of the negative comments, pictures and low ratings. If you're looking for a place whose landlords don't fix/maintain flats, this is the company to choose. Enjoy!

Terrible service! always excuses in terms of repairs and takes long to respond to mails, but starts calling you like crazy if you do not respond to them within the hour. Stay away if possible!

We have always found them helpful and do a great job in keeping us informed and keeping tenants happy. They take care of everything and we have nothing to fuss over.
