Great customer experience, didn't expect it - I needed my desktop upgraded with 16GB RAM. Feroz absolutely went out of the way to get it sorted out for me. To start with he informed that the RAM which I was ordering would not work on my desktop. And then he got me to get the desktop brought over for him to review it and suggest the right RAM. And to top it all he installed the RAM in my desktop - all in the same advertised price of RAM supply. Excellent guy, kudos.

I thought my laptop was beyond repair, so I decided that I should just get a new one as I was a little hesitant to take it to an IT due to being a female, I thought Id be ripped off etc., but I'm so glad I came across ITCITY! He clearly cares about his customers, and the prices are reasonable!! Definitely would recommend!

Amazing service! Lucky to find this man, I needed my laptop fixed, and within acouple of hours of calling him, he asked to drop off my lap top and within an hour was fixed and working perfectly.
