Limited collection from each clothing and accessories brand but you will surely get some amazing stuff at such a great price.i found a men's New Era branded cap at just €10, which i was looking for many days. The showroom is quite popular among girls especially for lingerie, purses, wallets and makeup items including bathing products, skin creams and hair products. The collection among women pants, trousers and bra panties have lot of varieties. Ground floor is for womens and first floor has all men's and kids clothing & accessories. There is a kids toys section as well. There are queues in billing so make sure you have enough time when you plan for your shopping at TK Maxx.

TK Maxx is a good place to shop for a number of household and clothing items. On this visit I was impressed by the range and quality of candles in various sizes to suit different budgets. Highly recommend. Other items I tend to buy are mugs, plates and crockery. Also liking styling of Jack & Jones mens clothing which is a revelation in terms of quality, styling and value for money. Again recommended. Only caution would be time you can end up spending in store as they are stacked to the rafters and requires time to look through! Can be a good thing but time tends to fly by(buy!)

There is an Indian lady at counter no 6 on 12th July 2023. She doesn’t have any customer service skill. The way she look down on us is as if she is giving the product for free. When we ask some question, she was giving us smirking and just nod head in sardonic, a real sneer and snarl. She didn’t answer us but give a very sarcastic expression. This situation really hurt us. Whoever the manager is, please teach your staff some customer service skill. She doesn’t have right to look down on any of customer. Please take action.

AVOID. Awful customer service, the young guys there are extremely rude there is nothing about kindness and costumer rights. I was looking for jackets getting one hanging one another than a young guy working there asked me “Don’t you have manners?” just because I did not zipped the jacket back after hanging. We had an argument he told me that he will make me kicked out. I tried to be calm after other guys apologised I left in order not to have a bigger argument. Will never go there.

I am very disappointed with this shop. I wanted to return the products which I've bought for my girlfriend last week and they said that I can't... The shampoo and the conditioner were horrible quality. I have the recipe and the manager said it is not possible to return it which is absolutely crazy for the business to sale bad things to costumers without an option to return it. Do not buy anything from this shop because you won't be able to return it! I am not happy!

There are some great things to buy here but... I would be a little wary of the pricing on some of the designer items. Yesterday I saw a jacket which I wanted to buy. It said that it's RRP was over £700 and was on sale for £300. I thought this was a bit pricey but after looking online this coat has never been more than £350 RRP and it was available online for £130... so be careful, someone is badly pricing these special 'deals'.

I bought earphones today and when I opened them i discoverd that they weren't new because the cord wasnt assembled right and the box was sealed with an aftermarket double sided tape so no one can open it and discover that it's been used. Such a cheap move from a well known estableshment and according to the reviews of other branches of TK MAXX its not the first time that people buy used stuff.

Terrible customer service Being served by a really rude women ask her I will pay part cash part card. I asked her for a bag and asked her something which she just ignored. Spoke to her colleague on her language. And checked my money 3 times made me feel like I am not worthy to buy from here. I won’t be coming back here. They need to be retrained.

Walked in today for some returns! Was met by an Indian gentleman at the cash desk! He had the worst attitude in the world! My online recipe had my bank details missing for a refund! Came in today hoping to find some pretty Easter home wares (or just nice home wares in general), and there wasn't much on offer. Upstairs (where the main wares section is, it seems) was rather crowded, so I didn't stick around for long. I go to TK Maxx in Southend fairly often, and their home wares there are much better presented.

I liked it. Typical TK Maxx with the usual eclectic choices and products. This is one of those places that never have exactly the same thing so it's always interesting shopping there. Friendly staff, clean store, recommended for any shopping trip, guaranteed to have great prices, interesting stuff, and quality products.

I appreciate that the staff have to deal with a lot of inconsiderate, rude members of the public, but two of the three staff that I dealt with were real Rodney plonkers. The young guy working on the changing rooms needs to work on his communication skills and look people in the eye when he provides his terrible service.

Management at this store need to know some of their staff is just nasty and ill mannered with awful attitude, I was served by an Indian girl and another south East Asian guy who is middle aged, both have such a face on and haven’t a clue what customer service is meant to be! I won’t be going to this store again!

Used to come here for the amazing gold label bags section. It has now vanished, and when asked, staff replied "it's all mixed with the other bags" Why? Why would you mix designer bags with hundreds and hundreds of plastic vegan shiny cheap bags? What's wrong with making customers' life easier? …

This store is far larger than your average TK Maxx store. It has a great home section but the beauty and skincare section was a tad small. I enjoyed the handbag selection too, area was kept clean and neat. Staff who served me on the jewellery counter seemed nice and polite. Will definitely visit again!

I had a terrible experience at this store today. I approached a sales assistant for some help who was very unprofessional and unhelpful and rude to me. As a customer, I asked her for her name to file a complaint but seemed like she gave a fake name, Marjana. Tk Maxx really needs to see who they hire.

This store was OK some lovely unusual Christmas gifts. But watch the prices, they had a large window display of mens gifts for £10 or under picked a couple up and they were all marked up as £14.99 each spoke to assistant who promptly removed the £10 and under sign and carried on filling shelves.

Great deals on all top brands. Especially watches, handbags, clothesand accessories. You should carefully check the items before purchasing as some of them may be damaged. The place is always crowded best time to visit is during morning hours as soon as the store opens.

can always find good quality bargains...can be a bit busy as it's in Westfield Stratford...but the staff are helpful...one thing though...clean the the floors...I accidentally allowed the jeans to rub on the floor...oh my the amount of dirt/dust was unbelievable …

Its too stuffed to be honest.. the bags and clothes racks at the entrance are so close to eachother that if you decide to venture there, you'll get awkwardly stuck or sandwiched between other people trying to look. It gets packed with people as well so yeah.. chaos

Nicely laid out, pleasant but very busy staff, as expected, but very helpful and a pleasure to shop here, manager has a very good insight ,into customer/store relations. Even security doing a good job, and not blatantly following folk about. Well done this store.

Staff are rude and have attitude, extremely unprofessional answers when help is required at cashier desk. products become sticky due to security stickers being constantly peeled off and on. makeup area is dirty and products are always missing or opened and used.

It can sometimes feel a bit like a jumble sale when you are shopping at TK Maxx but it is worth the effort to squeeze down the packed rows of clothes because you get such bargains. They always have interesting items that you normally just see online.

Packed, unbelievable, and not enough check outs, many people left there trolleys and walked out, lines went to the back of store....I noticed there general stock is better than Leyton, and Loughton, but Stratford quiet chaotic and unrelaxing.

Bargains bargains bargains if you take your time to look. Got a lovely cashmere blend coat for only £60. Saw that same coat,same brand at John Lewis for £195. Only fault was a button was missing but there was an extra button attached inside.

Very busy. Cheap prices for branded items. However, I had gotten a pair of trousers which was ticketed 11.99 but was told that it was priced much higher at the till. They refused to honour the ticketed price, which is quite upsetting tbh.

I like this shop! you can find some of the most amazing Bargains here! I've found a pair of wireless airpod headphones for £2.99! I'm quite frankly shocked and amazed but very very happy. I also found a gorgeous diamond necklace for £25.

I love TK Maxx if you are a brand person. You will get big brand names at bargain prices. They have everything. The bigger the store the more choices you have. The staff are always helpful

Aisles very narrow with stock blocking them. Baskets of discarded goods or stock left randomly in the way. Staff were abrupt almost rude. Won't be returning to this store.
