I regularly buy online or directly from TK Max. Once I bought online and I received a faulty product, I got in contact with the service customer. It was extremely helpful and efficient. Nobody is perfect but it is the fast problem solving mindset that make a huge differences between a good company like TK Max and the others.

Service was slow, but nonetheless, I understand retail is a busy business. I got a nice watch for myself and thank you to the lovely lady who served me at the jewellery counter. I just wish it had a better queueing system to fully clear up any misunderstandings on who may be served next. Still recommend it great finds

Very chaotic, high prices, and no great quality items. This store was two steps from a thrift store. Clothes and candles tossed all over the place. I wanted to hide my face for coming in here on vacation.

I love this shop, it's one of the best ones. It always has something new and the set up is very nice, clean and tidy. They have a great selection, different ranges of prices, but always affordable .

Went in today and I was shocked at how much good quality stock they had. I went in for home wares and the basement was full to the brim of stock. The quality was very good and it was not too busy.

You can always find a bargain here. This week, I was looking for something, either bottle green or Christmas Red, to wear, and I walked away very happy.
