Hi reader, This honest feedback is mainly for T.k.Maxx's Operations and Strategic department; customers are welcome to read it. Please do not forget to read N.B. mentioned below: If there is an option not to put a "0" Star, I was probably select that. Their customer service by their MANAGER is shocking! I went to this store the day before yesterday (29 Apr at Gallions Reach store) and bought two expensive handbags for my wife and sister; however, one of the bags needed a dust cover. I requested the Customer Assistant Laura to find the dust cover, as it is part of the product I am buying, or can I have any excess dust cover, which my wife could be used to save from dust in her closet, or she (Laura) can ask for a courtesy discount if possible but not necessary. I requested to speak to the Manager. But the Front Line Manager (I do not know his name was on duty just after lunch, he refused even to show up) did not help nor manage a dust cover for the bag, which is absolutely part of the product. On top of that, he was so rude (relay by Laura, the Customer Assistant, who served me well). He didn't even show up to me with any explanation or provide any spare cover (but was walking at the store); instead of a discount, they kept the total amount by selling me incomplete products. If there were more products of that item, I would take it, but those two were the last at their store, which I liked. N. B. - I usually do not write extensive reviews due to time-consuming matters; however, from a loyal customer prospect, I thought I should write down on behalf of other customers who will not be cheated (technically by selling incomplete products to me) by their (T.k.Maxx) front line manager, store Manager, and Customer Service Assistants. I honestly do not blame them (the store staff) - but I blame the Front Line Manager, Area Operations Manager of T.k.Maxx, or whoever is at the Operations and Strategic level; they don't have any idea how the T.k.Maxx staffs behave and serve their customers, and beneath they damaging T.k.Maxx's reputation and misselling the product to the customer with a total price, which can count a fraud (wrong/ incomplete product). A massive branch spread over two floors. Free parking and plenty of other great stores nearby. The range of items available is: - Clothes - Shoes - Toys - Bags - Suitcases - Garden items - Cosmetics Lots of designer brands at discounted prices. You will need a good amout of time to get through it all. I don't think you can leave this shop empty handed. So much choice. Salim Patel

Love this TK Maxx. There is plenty to choose from and lots of great quality products. I love the baby section and home section! If you are ever in search of buying a gift for someone, this is the place to go to. By far the best TK Maxx I have been too. It can get quite packed out especially during school holidays and weekends. Be sure to visit, you will not be left disappointed!

Waiting queue 20 minutes. They do not open another pay point even if many people wait to pay As an update... the lady at the body soap product , just 3 minutes ago ( 7/10/20 15:35) being very rude saying that i have no rights to smell the body wash uhhhh what an ilegal thing i've done ... "thank you for educating me " ..... better you get a spray around her

Lots and lots to see wide range of products and looking to buy Bayless and Harding bath products as well as William Morris love the smells the jewelry counter is very will set out there's not much range in the Diamond section almost exclusively white ones and only one set of Sapphires no rubies or Emeralds was admittedly impressed in the footwear section though

One of the multiple brand store and leading stores in the UK. You can find men’s and women’s multiple brand jackets, shirts and others necessary stuff plus accessories. Store looks clean, but not too much tidy. Staff was helpful and friendly. Also amazing gift collections and festivals gifts collection. Highly recommend friends, colleagues and family.

Hit and miss in terms of stock but as to be expected. Have to be careful and check multipacks. Bought a 3 pack pair of pants in what looked like a sealed box. Only found out there were only 2 inside when at home. Should have checked at the store...but then they should also check what they're selling. Hey ho. Next time...

One stop shop for branded clothes, toys, cosmetics, gift items, bags, shoes, kitchen appliances and much more. Men, kids and home section is on 2nd floor. Parking is free and there are many other shops nearby to shop. It is famous for its discounted prices but still a little expensive.

Galleons TK Max is a decent shop where you can park for free for up to 4 hours, with disabled parking right outside the store. Inside it is typical TK Max with lots of good bargains if you search. Staff are helpful and polite. Overall it's a nice shop.

Some good finds here and a larger store compared to those of a shopping mall. Located within the Gallions Reach Shopping Park with ample parking around. Staff were happy to assist in finding what we needed, though there not much by way of Sale items.

I love the store . Always happy to shop around and get some good deals. Staff is always friendly , syore is clean and organised. It's sad though that after pandemics, the clothes quality faded and shoes are to "vintage " for what we used to get....

Nice tkmaxx with a fair amount of women's clothing. The range if children wears is very limited. The homeware section is very boring especially the accessories section. The changing rooms are quite spacious. The jewellery counter Is quite nice.

Worst tkmax !!! Staff is unprofessional, there is one lady who doesn’t know what she is doing. Ignoring customers and keep them waiting 20min to receive their parcel ( while talking and laughing with her colleague) so rude!

It always surprises me with new options of clothes, cookware and food items. The staff is always busy but will help if you ask. Mostly quite crowded on weekends. Parking is just outside and is free for 4hrs.

rejected to refund as the receipt doesnt match the description of the item. Upon showing same item on the web site, still rejected to refund, offered gift card instead

Not a bad one One star missing as shoes are in pretty bad order . Shoes placed on to incorrect shelves , not according to sizes displayed

Nice TK Maxx. Not big as the one in the city. So compared to that the selection is limited but enough to find what you are looking for

I enjoy popping into Tk Maxx, they have a lot of designer products for such good prices. You can find really nice home stuff too

Looks like a bit of a car bootsale jackets on the floor a lot of the stock is all odd colors of small or exx large items

It was very very good and too many people were coming to look for something to buy for there family

Unnecessary height restriction. The only unrestricted entrance is through the left, towards Tesco

Good prices on many items, got Adidas trainers for £40 when on Adidas website was over £70

TK MAX in beckton is always good and even better now at this festive time
