I wanted to take my time to write this review. Just wanted to say that dealing with Steph at Travel viet was probably the most steess free experience that i have faced. I got the refferal of Steph from one of our mutual customers. From our first contact till the whole process i was updated with eaxh and every detial. We were travelling two countries and steph helped us with getting both the visas without any hesitation. Her prices are very competitive and her customer service is to the next level. With the whole process while doing this i have personally not met steph, everything was done over phone and email. This is the first time i have done this but i just had the sense of security and easiness while dealing with Steph. Steph was very clear and informative. Communication was there even on holidays and weekends and the time frames for the visas she mentioned was exactly what she delivered. I have many friends and family who will be travel to south asia and without any hesitation i have reffered Travel Viet to do the nesseary thing. I had issues with the evisa I applied online on the official government site and couldn't get it downloaded or printed out because of website issues (im not the only person). I am flying in 2 days and was panicking because there were no response or anything. Linh and her team was absolutely amazing! She took her time out and replied my msg even when they were closed and was able to get me the visa in 12 hours!! I am so damn impressed and thankful! Definitely recommend! again linh and her team!

I had to get an emergency visa as I had a very urgent family matter in Vietnam. Linh was able to provide me a visa within the same day. I called around at noon, got the visa just before I checked in that same night. It was very hectic and stressful, but she got it done. As my Vietnam visa have expired and i can't read vietnamese on the Vietnamese Goverments website to organise a new one. Although linh is quick, unreasonable price is 250 to 300 for 5 year visa. Footscray charges 120 per 5 year visa with same time turnaround.
