To basically begin, My father (Mr. Muralidharan G) had amazing connection with Mr. Ravindra Babu, the owner and service head of SLV Car Care, my vehicle was under his hands when it comes to service since 2009. Each time they are consistent with their service, takes note of everything pin pointing minute details, always use quality OEM parts from the manufacturer, and undoubtedly they use hight quality synthetic oils when it comes to engine oil, transmission oil, break fluids coolent etc,. Mr Babu always takes opinion from customers before taking a final call on parts and stuff with quote and estimation. Personally I would 100% suggest this service centre for all round care for your beloved vehicle from Engine, transmission, breaks and tyres and so on. I warm heartedly appreciate Mr Babu and his team for his work excellence and I would wish and pray he would deliver the same all the time, everytime.

Dear Friends, Really Pathetic Service, being a crime control board director I am sharing my experience,they will take your own vehicle as their advertisement property without your permission. if you are planning to convert luxury vehicles to become gujary vehicle it is the best place to convert. Without AC they will change Air filter, if the vehicle nut bolts are loose, you have to pay 15k because without checking they will tell have to change all the parts, you have to wait for their timings, loosely they will take customers, no proper communication.

I had given my car for fixing scratches and dents on the doors, but when I got the car back , the front window regulator switch was broken , They are conveniently saying the issue was already there when they got the car. So it was definitely a bad experience.And they have nicked off my car battery as well and replaced it with an old battery. So horrible experience for me.

If there was a minus rating I would have given it... Pathetic service. No proper communication. All of the team members Especially Chetan, Shivu, Babu don't co-ordinate well. They don't care about customers. Unnecessary changes they applied to increase the bill amount. Not responding properly and delivering vehicle late... Highly not recommended.

Appreciate the dedication shown for resolving the issues faced. This was my first visit to SLV. Impressive communication on the action plans with photographs and videos of the parts replaced as I was not physically present while the repair was going on. Special Thanks to Shivu,who made my life easy.
