Talisman Flowers goes above and beyond. I ordered an arrangement of sunflowers for delivery (as I live hours away) for the first birthday of my friend's still birth daughter (her and her husband associate sunflowers to her). I explained that sunflowers are mandatory and couldn't have any substitutions (as many florists/online florists will substitute sunflowers with yellow gerbers). Talisman Flowers was quick to calm my concerns and ensured sunflowers would be provided. The arrangement that was delivered to my friend and husband was absolutely BEAUTIFUL and was definitely more than what the sample picture appeared to be. All the staff were kind and understanding and beyond helpful. I highly recommend Talisman Flowers for anyone in the Ottawa area. The customer service alone was amazing, let alone the BEAUTIFUL arrangement they went above and beyond for.

I purchased a bouquet of flowers for my best friend’s birthday that was meant to be delivered on the 29th of July. It was accidentally delivered on the 26th, so another bouquet was sent on the actual scheduled day. Neither I or my friend were inconvenienced by this mishap, but I appreciate the gesture to correct the mistake. My friend loved both bouquets—attached to this review is a picture of the one that came on the 26th, which was absolutely gorgeous (so was the one that came on the 30th). I had ordered while in another country and still the communication and service was incredible. So, thank you so much Talisman Flowers for helping make my best friend’s birthday special twice!!

My children sent a special gift to my wife. She received an arrangement of flowers for her birthday from Talisman Flowers in Kanata. To say they were beautiful would be an understatement. The arrangement was stunning and really made my wife’s birthday celebration extra special. I am new in this area and decided to try Talisman Flowers. I needed 3 floral arrangements with vases for a Memorial luncheon. I order flowers online quite often and usually find that the floral photo looks bigger and nicer than the actual delivered product. Not with Talisman! I ordered an arrangement from Talisman a few weeks ago for my father's casket. I basically told them I wanted orange, blue, white and yellow flowers and they put together the most beautiful arrangement, it was perfect. We used Talisman for our flower service for our wedding this passed weekend, I had also purchased roses to surprise my wife to be on our wedding day. Ran in here while my husband was waiting for our sandwich order at Pesto's (2 doors down. Is delicious). Didn't have a lot of time to look around, but there was lots to see. Amazing surprise delivery for 44th anniversary....huge lily bouquet of over 100 blooms and another rose bouquet. When these pictures were taken, over a week later, they are still beautiful. Staff was amazing to deal with including the delivery gal who was very professional.
