"JANZEN BEACH LOCATION!!!!I was disappointed "
"Solid source for the basics"
"Homeless people stealing everything there"
"Worst Target I've ever been to"
"Worst super market will probably never go again its the only store out of at least 30 stores I've been to in this state that has nothing it was a waste of an hour of my life and the employees told me themselves it sucked that I couldn't find what I needed amd that target was the worst option I could have picked"
JANZEN BEACH LOCATION!!!!I was disappointed . Just about every item I intended to purchase was replaced with an inferior, lesser-of brand. Eyeliner so cheap applying it is like sandpaper . Dry and awful! The nice solon haircare brand products were absent. This was a fraction above what you would find at the neighborhood Dollar Store. I purchased a few items and asked the cashier and n customer service what the deal is at this particular Target. She was not friendly and said "The bulk of our customers are homeless" . Wow well then keep it behind the locked cabinets, Oh wait, you are not staffing enough employees to assist. Eventually I foresee online shopping as a single. Choice. THERE ARE OTHER TARGETS, TO CHOSE FROM.. .for the time being I didn't see any one out of the ordinary so,,,
Solid source for the basics. They try, but it isn't the same as a regular grocery store. Nothing sold by the pound, means limits in sourcing and choosing. That said, they do a decent job of providing the groceries they have, which is important on an island with no full grocery. Between them and the fruit stand (in season) it approximates full menu during the summer, but a dedicated grocer is sorely missed. Target has stepped up it's options a bit since Safeway left. Good & Gather brand continually impresses with better than expected results. Security appears to have improved from a dismal low point in 2022. Checkout is normally fast. Staff is fresh, but quality. More personable than you'd expect.
Homeless people stealing everything there...lurking around Target does nothing and the homeless know this. We watched 3 steal thousands of dollars worth of items just while waiting in line! Target says their "hands are tied" they can't do anything about it. When we examined that Costco has 1 way out and receipts need to be checked the managers reply was "we aren't Costco" obviously. So the moral of the story is if you don't want to pay you don't have to. Target will let you have everything for free and won't prosecute because their hands are tied.
Worst Target I've ever been to. Crowded, too few checkers, shelves robbed out. My initial impulse on going in was to turn around and go right back out. Made the mistake of buying things and trying to check out. 1/2 hour in line. Sure, shoppers come from WA, but why don't they make provision for them? I will never go there again.

Target is the only grocery store on Hayden Island. I have to give them props for not taking advantage of their status. They have a decent selection of items and the prices are fair. I wish their meat department was better represented. The offerings are packaged off site and are limited.
You better AIM before you hit that TARGET! BEST spot for target practice although it's scary how life-like the mannequins are.. The Savy Shopper knows this place as TAR-SHJAY CUT THOSE COUPONS AND SAVE $$$ NEST DEALS FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY!! <3
We were very disappointed that the merchandise advertised (Baby Monitor) was not in stock, but the staff was very helpful and apologetic explaining why they were out of stock. Because of the staff we will shop there again.
If you're looking for half-empty shelves, limited and arbitrary selection, and twenty workers who are gossiping in a group and blatantly ignoring customers.... This is the place for you!
I feel like when I go shopping there it's before a storm in the shells are always empty the meat selection is wish there was meat the vegetables they're okay lacking variety
Had most of the items I was looking for. Could use a little more shopping baskets [ the plastic ones for guests/patrons ]. OR maybe it was NoT available. …
Love this TARGET , the employees are friendly. I am pretty sure the supply chain is bad, store has many empty or sparsely filled shelves
Never have anything..shelves are bare. Homeless dressing and undressing the clothes. And these prices are so high. Just not worth it.
Shelves were bare in the produce and cereal aisles. I was a little disappointed in seeing they had such a small grocery area.
Doesn't have everything, but the prices are great. If you don't get there earlier on a weekend, can kind of get picked over.
Shelves are pretty empty and theft is rampant and clearly visible. Very understaffed and wait times seem ridiculous.
Good for a few items. Prices a bit high but only place on Hayden Island to shop. Usually always fresh. Thank you
Very nice store very clean not always well stocked with items but for the most part I enjoy shopping there!
Best store on island to shop at everything from dishes to food and clothes light bulbs and such
Easy to shop and checkout. Not quite as big of food selection as some regular grocery stores.
Very convenient place to shop while I am waiting for the C-Van bus to take me home
Target is not the same has it was back in the day …
Small party accessories, especially large bags.
Easy if you can't make it to the grocery.
Downtown store is not any good anymore.
7-11 has a better grocery section !!!
Still lots of empty space on shelves
It's Target, what more can I say?
Prices are too damn high period.
Everything looks good and fresh.
Really good place for shopping.
They didn’t have any targets.
Very patient workers
Always a good deal
Lines lines lines.
Very good service
Food is expensive
