Opened late on Sunday had to go twice. Asked the Italian guy not to dry try two items which he said yes to and marked them. The other guy working inside put them in the dryer anyways and said very conveniently "I don't know" when asked with the mark left by the Italian guy. The italian guy had left and went home, of course. Some items are missing and they just shrugged when confronted about them. Rude, unprofessional, unreliable. Stay away from this place. [response to the reply from the business] You admitted on your reply that you went out for a delivery and didn't care enough to leave a note to your coworker saying "two shirts are marked. Don't dry them." This is a poor excuse just pointing to poor communication between your staffs. The two shirts that you "assured" is okay to be dried are shrunken. If this does not count as "not suffered any damage" this points toward the standard your business has. I choose to leave review only when I have exceptionally bad experiences. It's very unprofessional that you use this to say that "oh, he always leaves bad reviews and this doesn't mean that we are bad." I hope that makes you feel better about yourself.

The price was very reasonable for a drop off service but as the old saying goes 'You get what you pay for' . They appeared to be very busy and not exactly organised. We dropped 2 small bags of clothes off about 10am. We were told €20 for wash and dry. €10 per bag for each as we wanted our whites and colored separated. Were told they would be ready by 4pm. We got back at 5pm and were told clothes were in the dryer and to come back in 30mins. We returned after 50mins and they struggled to find our clothes in bags. They finally found that our clothes were in the basket that just came out of the dryer. We were already late for dinner so elected for they to not be folded and were happy to take them in bags. When we got home we discovered that most of the clothes were still damp and our whites all discolored. I had 2 white T shirts that are no longer white. See pictures below. Very disappointed and angry to say the least. Would definitely not recommend. They obviously take on more than they can cope with and as a result, terrible service!

THE LAUNDRY CAME BACK DIRTIER THAN WHEN WE GAVE IT!! This place was terrible. Lacked good customer service and just eyeballed the clothes to determine the price of the wash. Had to pay extra for separating the whites from the darks. We were told to come back the next morning to pick up our clothes and they seemed disorganised and both bags were separated. Once we received the laundry and had gotten back to our accomodation we found the laundry was unfolded, wet, cold, crinkled, thrown into the bag and still smelly!! Our whites despite paying extra to be separated had black marks all over every single item of clothing!! An absolute waste of time and money and had to re-wash at the self laundry service in Spagna which was amazing!! Still did not manage to remove all of the stains they put on our white clothes even with stain remover.

Arrived and asked for them to dry my clothes for 20 minutes. A woman asked my name and stared at my like I was retarded after I told her. The first 5 minutes I spent watching a man move my clothes between dryers. I took a picture of the poster of rates because 5€ seemed very high. The man then began yelling at me saying I was not respecting his process. I sat unresponsive as he continued to yell at me with his cigarette breath. I went outside to get some distance. In a bit he hollered to me, “lady your time is up!” I gathered my clothes trying to leave and he, again, started yelling at me in front of another customer. I told him I don’t have time for this and left. Don’t come here unless you are a native Italian and have all day.

I removed a previous review because I was wrong. This establishment did not steal Anything from us at all and I apologize for my accusation. I do however stand by my statement of not being the friendliest/most patient staff and might recommend a self service laundry for tourists who are unfamiliar with laundry services as they are a very busy place for those needing some time to consider their options. We did not realize that self service/coin op was not an option until we arrived and were flustered and probably held them up from continuing their work as we were trying to decide what to do. Again, My deepest apologies for my previous review, I was wrong.

I am a qualified Tour Director and travel extensively. A few days ago while on tour with my group I arrived in Rome and after checking in at our hotel a few people from my group asked me if I knew of a laundromat nearby as our hotel laundry service was too pricy. So I did a little research and found this new, very conveniently located laundromat only a few blocks away. I decided to take advantage of that too and together with my clients I went there to have some of my clothes washed. The service was excellent, fast and reliable and prices very reasonable. My clients were very happy and I will certainly use their services again.

Don't trust this place with your laundry if you're a tourist. If they know you're leaving soon, they will pick and choose items of clothing from your big batch and steal them because they know you won't be able to go back to do anything about it and you'll probably not notice it till it's too late. Creepy thing is, they stole 3 pairs of my daughter's dirty underwear and 2 of my wife's nice blouses. We should have seen the cues when dropping off our large bags of laundry to this sketchy hole in the wall run by a dirty, dubious man. Take your laundry elsewhere if you want to get it all safely back.

This place Did a great job on our laundry. We took about 5 kg of laundry there they had it back to us in less than 24 hours. We had an option to get it back the same day. It was only €14. There was a place up by where we were staying at the Westin it’s very close to the US Embassy that charged us four times as much and lost one of my daughters items. The only thing I can say about the place that charged us more is it the clothes smelled a little bit nicer. Because they added a fragrance at the end. I can’t recommend target laundry service enough friendly fast and great service.

I used this service today and the owner provided the service with a very fair price of 14 Euros. I had 4 kg/ 10 lb of clothes (estimate), so the price is the best in the area. The afternoon staff honored the price at pickup. The clothes were complete in 3 hours. This business is run by an honest hardworking man who caters to tourists while providing services to large clients as well. The clothes were clean and dried properly. There were no missing clothes. If you are a tourist or you are local to the city, you can trust this laundry service for large and small services.

Stopped in Rome, Italy for 3 days coming from Athens, Greece with several more days of travel in Europe. Needed to find a laundry service for our trip. About a 15 minute walk from our hotel and brought 4 loads of laundry near the end of the day Friday and asked for an afternoon pick up Saturday afternoon. Asked all loads to be washed cold and dried on low heat. Charged 10 euros per load (3 loads were at or less than a kg and 1 was over 1 kg) and gave us a ticket. Paid upon pickup at 1700 Saturday with all clothes washed dried and folded. Would use again when in Rome.

Excellent. I brought and got the laundry back within hours of the same day at the agreed upon time and at a very reasonable price (washing and drying, no ironing). Staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely use the service again if in town again. For those who said they didn't get their bag back: Just ask them. Please note that the employees speak only little English (Italian works much better) and that it is not a self service washing salon. They wash your laundry for you.

We stayed for 8 nights in Rome in near by hotel and having a place you can give big of cloth and get them wash and folded was great and a great saver during this heat. On average we found that paper bug size like Ralph or Trader-Joe with cloth cost 10 euro. For us Time wise when we gave the cloth early in the morning it was ready in the evening, later morning close to noon was ready only next day.

My Laundry was not done on time, when I went to retrieve it it had turned out that they forgot to wash it. I paid extra for laundry to be separated into whites and darks then washed. This was not done as my whites are now stained. Im summation: If you are looking for an excuse to buy a new wardrobe then this is the place to get it. @Target Laundry......why do I no longer have matching socks?

I was in Rome for a few days recently and was in need of a laundry service. By chance I discovered the Target Laundry “panni stesi” close to my accommodation and which apparently opened only a short while ago. The staff was very helpful and friendly: service was fantastic and the prices are absolutely ok. I definitely recommend the laundry and would make use of it again when in Rome.

This was an easy to find establishment with the owner there operating and assisting with washing. This means there is no unnecessary waiting time for machines. The laundromat is clean, professional and well maintained. The slot machines take coins and notes and provide you with change, though the machine doesn’t take notes greater than €20. Great and easy experience!

I was skeptical at first. You always hear horror stories of what happens when You turn your clothes over to someone else. Nonetheless, it turned out great. Great quality service for the price. Friendly staff. €24 for a packed suitcase. Full service - wash. Dry. Detergent. Fold. Put in bag. All you have to do is pick the bag up and be on your way

Well the other reviews about missing clothes are true. We took a small load of mostly underpants buy three pairs of pants and two blouses. We got home with two pairs of pants. Apparently my husband shares a pant size with someone who works there. Because they stole it. You can’t loose an item like a pair of pants from a small load. Do not use these crooks.

Lost some socks and underwear, and gave us a few pieces of someone else. They clearly dont pay much attention to tourists laundry as people rarely have the time to come back. Nevertheless, I did come back and asked for money back. I had to wait for about an hour until customers came and paid so they had cash on hand, but then I did receive a full refund.

Great to have an affordable service (10 euros ) The wash is ok. I think it's a bit rough on the clothes , I didn't have anything expensive so didn't care too much. My clothes were not folded and came heavily wrinkled despite me waiting for them to fold it. I suggest store to fold once done with dry, customer cloths will end up in a better shape.

Mary your littlest customer :-) was very happy with the service. Very friendly, and knowledgeable making recommendations on how and at what temperature to clean and dry. They will permit self service or do the work for you. Their detergent left the clothes fresh also and is eco-friendly. Great value also. For us the location was just brilliant.

We dropped off our laundry, asked to separate blacks and whites. Told to collect next morning. It wasn't ready. Went back at night. Got back to hotel and checked - one of the shorts had unknown bleached spots, tops became smaller and some clothes were still damp. We paid 25€ for around 2-4kg worth of clothes. Didn't find it worth our money.

Dropped of a medium sized load of laundry early in the afternoon on Saturday and picked it up a bit after 7 in the evening. Very convenient from the W Roma. Very happy with the service at a very reasonable price - much better than hotel prices! If you’re in this part of Rome, Target is a really good place to catch up on laundry.

Mustafa was so helpful and lovely! We took our washing there and for 10euros Mustafa organised for it to be washed and dried for us which was all ready within two hours. So now off we go to our next step on the trip with a clean suitcase of clothing! Oh and he was also open on Sunday which is rare!

Fast turn around, great if you are travelling and is close to where you are staying. But, remember to not hand in delicate or expensive items as they may be damaged due to the machines and process they use. Read the labels, the dryer machine is industrial and some clothes will shrink.

These guys are genuine and polite. They found 40 Euro in one of my pants pockets and instead of keeping it, returned it to me.This place was further from my hotel than other laundry places, but I'm glad I came here instead. This place has a high rating for a reason.

Great experience! We left our clothes. The attendant stayed the whole time. We can back, presented our receipt, and were handed a bag of clean, folded, and sorted clothes. Price was shockingly reasonable. Ready to start the next phase of our trip with clean laundry.

Cheap service at €10 per wash, but be aware that this is an industrial style laundry so your clothes may not come back as you left them. A couple of our shirts have shrunk or been twisted out of shape and there’s now a big stain on the front of one of our jumpers.

This laundromat is in an excellent location, has very reasonable rates, and the service is great. In a city that is lacking this type of facility, finding this was a bonus. Thanks to the owners who talked us through the options and very so kind and helpful.

We were looking for a different laundry service. But, it's machines were not working. They referred us to Target Laundry Panni Stesti. The staff is very friendly. The place is really clean and modern machines. The service was excellent. Highly recommended.

We are from Vietnam, spent a few days in Rome. This Laundry is great, very near our Hotel. It is very clean, the staff ( Admatt and Mustafa) were helpful. Besides the heritages, we love Rome because of such a nice service shop with nice people there.

Life savers as I was staying near the fountain at a place without a washer/dryer. Definitely recommend dropping off early if you want clothes back same day! Clothes smelled fresh, all accounted for and even folded which I wasn’t expecting!

Good experience and close to my hotel. Reasonably priced. The people working there speak functional English. I had laundry of 6 sets of clothing for 6 people, all could be washed together. They had all of it done in 2.5 hrs.

This place is amazing. Came in desperate to get my shirt ironed, but the woman that does ironing had already gone home. No problem - the guy just set me up in the back room to iron it myself, and then refused to let me pay!

Charged $15 Euros for one load of laundry, and every shirt, shorts, and pants we got back were so badly wrinkled we couldn't wear them (see photo). Only thing we could use were underwear and socks. Just a rip off service.

I needed a laundry service and they offered same day turnaround. Dropped off at 9am, pick up at 5pm but was ready at 1pm. Smells clean and is folded. Price was good specially if they have it ready in less than 4hrs.

Would not recommend. Shrinks clothes++, one pair of shorts came back with a large brown stain, went back to ask why and was blamed with no offer to try and remove stain.
