"Convenient location and parking"
"drove to three different targets looking for a board game to gift to my nephew"
"Aggressive employee (around 6’1 black male), essentially accused me of intending to steal a plastic storage bin today because I walked in and didn’t have a cart… I waved him off off and went about my way but I am very disconcerted by his rudeness and will never return"
"Customer service is THE WORST"
"Bought a cell and tried to use one of their in store sample phone's to activate it staff told me that I could not then I talked to management and he said I could not unbelievable 1st place to ever do that stay away staff is beyond rude "
Convenient location and parking. However, I was disappointed to see so many new items locked up. There is a buzzer to call someone to unlock the case, but the buzzer was broken. There were no employees around to flag for help. What is the point of shopping in-person if you can’t access the goods?
drove to three different targets looking for a board game to gift to my nephew. it said online there were three in stock at this target. None. “go to the one in Columbia heights” the guest services worker said. none. I was furious. Don’t rely on their online inventory system, it’s useless.

Customer service is THE WORST. I work in a senior living community, and a senior left a package and their personal information in the store. NOBODY could or would assist us with how to go about trying to find where to locate the left items. This store is THE WORST.
Bought a cell and tried to use one of their in store sample phone's to activate it staff told me that I could not then I talked to management and he said I could not unbelievable 1st place to ever do that stay away staff is beyond rude .God Bless everyone !!!
Wanted to ask an associate where the school supplies were but as I was walking towards him he looked me dead in the eye with a mean look and didn’t speak…kept walking by. I was going to say hello and ask but I was too scared. Found the supplies myself …
Nice, clean Target just a few walks away from the Metro stop. Found almost everything I was looking for, however there were some empty shelves in some of the food aisles during a non-busy time. Not a big deal breaker though. It's worth the trip.
The worst Target I have ever been to. Constantly out of stock on many items over many separate visits. The worst offense is having a huge amount of personal care items locked up and employees simply never coming to assist. The shortest I've
This is the worst Target in the DMV!!! Nothing is ever stocked. Staff will *not* give customers the right of way. It’s absolutely disorganized and chaotic. I actually just put in a delivery order and staff member Vera Mabuza was extremely
In the past, I found this Target very convenient and enjoyed shopping here, but over the last few weeks they have locked the shelves for everyday basics—laundry detergent, soap, cosmetics, deodorant, etc. It is extremely annoying, because
I had a bad experience with this store I consulted a TV promotion TCL 65 "Class 4-Series 4K UHD HDR Smart Android TV - 65S434 on 11/22/20 and on the website the DC Tenleytown store had the product in stock I went to the store and getting
Honestly, the store is awesome. It had everything that I needed and it was easy to shop. The one downside was how rude the cashier was. I have NEVER been talked to like this before. And I wasn't being rude. She kept wanting me to use the
Ran into this target to pick a few things up quickly. Was slightly confused on where to enter as there were side doors but the store was organized and clean. Self checkout was absolutely packed and there weren’t many lines guiding folks
This is a good size and a good amenity for the area. It has become our neighborhood go to for consumables like toilet paper and paper towels. The grocery section is surprisingly good and there is a variety of other products that I could
Be aware that although this is in an urban setting, this is not one of those little urban mini-Targets -- this is a full size Target. This was my first visit to this location and the staff were very helpful and friendly. It's in a great
Honestly this is a small Target near my work and metro making it convenient. The handful of times that I was able to either get what I paid for, found what I was looking for without a problem, or wasn’t haggled down by homeless is slim.
This is a REALLY good Target (at least for now, in a few months it may start to get picked over and not look as nice). It’s bigger than most of the other “mini Targets” in DC and it has a lot of unique products I’ve never seen at other
One of the worst targets I’ve been to. Very disappointed and consistently lacks variety of options and is out of stock in many items that are basic necessities. Is consistently missing items that every other target I’ve been to in the
Every time I walk in I feel like half of the shelves are empty. Because it is a small store format store, only one or two of any particular kind of product is out. New releases? Will not be out on the release date. Still waiting for
Very convenient location on top of the Tenleytown Metro. Nice to be able to get necessities in the city. This location has less stock than a suburban store, but they have all of the essentials. Nice to be able to get kitchen wares,
Worst target in DC. They have the rudest checkout people. Don’t bother complaining to management because they don’t care. They allow target employees to talk down to customers. They also are not coupon friendly at this location.
Customer service at this location was below any other experience I've had. The employees don't have any other response than "I don't know" to any questions asked and they refused put in any effort to help find the answer.
Not a great shopping experience with many aisles of packaged goods locked up (detergent, shampoo, soap). I tend to avoid places where I have to ask permission to buy a tube of toothpaste that is behind lock and key.
Generally clean and is stocked with essentials. Poor management from team leads. Unless you absolutely need something, save yourself the time and visit a different local Target at Cleveland Park or Bethesda.
Great location! This is a small-format store but is well located right next to a Metro stop with three schools and American University nearby. The toy section is by the side facing the elementary school.
A lot of the shelves were empty or locked away (skincare aisle) please be aware of homeless people begging for money in the store. I was cornered into buying a gift card for a homeless lady.
Best target in the DC area. This location boasts metro accessibility and excellent customer service! One employee named Maximo was a great help for me finding aquaphor ointment in a hurry.
Close to metro for convenience at least. Decently stocked when I was there. Had to find staff to unlock cabinet to buy nail clippers which is a joy! But thats the world we live in now.
Avoid this place! I bought a Logitech keyboard on Aug. 15, 2021. It stopped working on Sept. 24. I went to customer service / returns on Sept. 26, only to be informed that there
Absolute worst Target to which I have ever been. Parking validation machine does not work, and store employees refuse to get the store manager if you have an issue.
Failed to provide all articles in my order despite me confirming that the order was complete. Arrogant staff who could not care less.
Great new addition to Tenely! Perfect small size catch all store and much cheaper groceries than Whole Paycheck across the street.
There are way to many targets in DC. But I guess its convenient to have one a few blocks away. I miss the Best Buy though.
Remarkably clean and tidy! The people whom I had interactions were very kind and most helpful. High marks all around!!
Upscale neighborhood. WMTA 20 feet from the entrance!
Not a real Target, basically a CVS
