Recently got my Nexon's 2nd free service done here. Overall internal work was usual, do not have any complain about it yet. But, I am really disappointed with the external cleaning they did. They did waterless wash (which is actually harmful for the outer quote) and didn't even touch the wheel axle / under body chassis leaving it full of mud like it was earlier. Upon arrival, I was told that water wash is "banned by company" which was a false statement as later I queried to multiple SCs who are still doing water wash with foam since a long time. And it seems they don't clean under body unless customer opts for anti-rust coating - this is ridiculous. Even after whatever wash they did, I could see dusts on many areas. When asked, they simply wiped it with a dirty cloth. Service executive, Mr. Chandru was not much supportive and didn't sound knowledgeable to me as he couldn't answer few of my basic maintenance related questions. They also took 4+ hrs. for the work whereas other SCs usually take half of the time. This was my first and probably the last visit to this SC.

Tata Prerna Service Station is the perfect destination for all Tata vehicles. They have huge Service Area with multiple vehicle getting serviced at same time. The staff and management are very polite and make me understand of all things. Mr. Chandru R sir assist me for my Car and make it ease the service process. Its just 10km from Yelhanka Junction towards Airport. I came for my Nexon First service as I newly purchased last month. The place is easy accessible and 200 m from main Highway road. Service is perfect and the service Team are highly qualified in fix and knowledge. I would refer Prerna Service to All. Please do visit for all Car and service related things. The Customer lounge is very perfect and have enough space and seating capacity. Its Air conditioned and have Coffee, Tea facility from management. Anyone can have a time seated for long time while there Car getting serviced. Toilets are available for both Men and Women. Thanks Team once again. I will give 101/100 to Team.

This is my car's second service at Prenena Motors car service. First look:-overall parking arrangements are good when you enter you will find TATA Motor's service standards. Once you park your vehicle service desk representative gives you an estimate and inspects the car, once you get the estimate then you leave all worries on the team they will take care of it. The good thing is they have a dry wash concept where they do not use water to wash your car means on every car services more than 100 litres of water saving. (eco-friendly) The overall services are like any other TATA car service centre need not think a lot. The staff is quite friendly and soft-spoken. If case you have any doubts please fill to ask they have very good knowledge about cars. Summary:- if you are the first owner of the car then please fill free to visit here your car will be in good hands. I have two assistants from the service centre over my car both times it's satisfying.

I recently gave my Tata Nexon for my regular service at this place. My vehicle has been having a persistent issue with its airbag indicator which is not supposed to show up when the vehicle is running. It's a serious security concern if the airbag indicator continues to be on when the vehicle is on and running. The vehicle is almost 2 years old and this issue was not resolved in any of the service centres. At this place, I met the technical advisor named Mr. Mohammad Zaid Shariff, who took a note of the issue and got it fixed instantly in this service. I wanted to write this review as a special word of appreciation for him for taking up this issue very seriously and getting it promptly fixed keeping in mind the safety concerns that were expressed by me. I appreciate his technical expertise and his professional spirit with which he addressed the issue and resolved it.

This is Tata Passenger vehicle service centre. Advance booking for service is mandatory. Has ample parking space, service advisors are pre-allotted by CRM, you also get a confirmation message over Whatsup with precise Map direction. On arrival after parking your car, CRM introduces the respective Service Advisor and arranges water, Tea/Coffee. Service Advisor Mr Shivraj attended very gently being my second service of Punch. He was also keen in explaining the various maintenance plans offered by Tata. The customer waiting lounge was sufficient for 10-15 members with a Television, automobile magazines, multi language newspapers for recreation. Washrooms were maintained neat and clean. As per commitment, i was handed over my car with no delay. Even the mechanic re-confirmed below the bonnet before I started my car. Sustain the same. All the Best....

Service experience - Great Car - Tata zest. I visited on Saturday morning without any prior appointment. Customer service executive - Mohammed zaid sharieff Was polite and helpful. Attended my issue as soon as reported. Took him to drive to drive to show my issue. He completely understood it and given intial resolution with his knowledge. That was upto mark. Service done by - ANIL I was able to see him from window, i found out he went through all the services requirements in a sequenctial resolution process. After service executive took me for test ride and clearified all issues. Great service. Found all services stream lined from entry to exit. I can recommend this to anyone.

Multiple complaints... Earlier, pickup and drop for service was free, then charge of 300/= and now increased to 450/-. So I had asked if I can drop my car myself, and was told that it can be done between 9:30 and 10:30 AM - but NO MENTION of need to book a slot or get an appointment. No date was also given - I had spoken to Ms ANUSHA. Today when I called if I can come to drop the car, i was RUDELY told that I need to book an appointment slot and there was none available. When I told her about our previous conversation and that there was NO MENTION of either appointment or slot booking, she cut the call. WORST EVER service and no bother about customer at all

Overall: Professional and smooth experience. Booking: I booked an appointment using the TMSC app, called and enquired whether they received the appointment details. Mrs. Anusha confirmed and booked my appointment sharing the details over WhatsApp/SMS and email. Service: On the day of the service, Mr Shivaraja was extremely professional and explained every detail of the procedure carefully to me. I received the vehicle after service in less than 6hrs. Others: Neat and clean waiting area, refreshments also provided by staff. Restrooms were also clean. Happy to have an official Tata service centre in Yelahanka region. Thank you!

I was pleasantly surprised to get the best ever treatment at the Center as I visited it for my servicing of my EV. I was distinctly fortunate to have Mr Mohammad Zaid Sherriff as my service advisor. The gentleman was not only polite and hospitable he is very knowledgeable about the various aspects of EV. He took extra care to demonstrate me these features to ensure optimum mileage on full charge. These advice are hugely beneficial to me. Besides, the office ambience was very good with courteous staff ready to help customers like us. All in all, very satisfying experience to visit the centre and I wish them very best

Amazing tata service service centre. Usually when center is new it's very good later it gets crowded and won't be the same . I hope you remain the same . Very good experience compared to all other service centers . Things work on time. Did not feel cheated . Car was super smooth. All the issues mentioned were resolved . No extra expenses. Delivered to home on time . Very spacious and less crowded . I have another tata service center in 2 km of my house. However going this extra 15km is totally worth it . Keep it up. Anusha the customer relationship manager and Shivraja the SA both did an amazing job.

The staff of this service centre is very polite and proactive. Went for first service so nothing much to tell about quality of service. And service was quick without much waiting time. They do dry wash. Which can be done better, many times I found them to apply polish directly on dirty cladding and tires. One thing which i did not like is after cleaning they did not tuck the floor matt in hooks provided.which caused trouble while driving as matts skid and created trouble while driving. Will update my rating again after few more experience. Hope they improve further so that i can make it 5 star

If you want to put yourself in trouble of buying a car which will be defected and zero help from dealer then go to this dealer .. my Nexon broke down after 10 days of purchase then these guys told me to submit the car … I submitted them they could not fix n gave me back saying oh it is fixed .. then next again same issue … they kept the car for 1 week again with them … still same issue now have kept in the service center again … there is no solution just false promises … I have been running here n there since last 25 days now … it is really frustrating… be aware from Prerna motors …

Had taken my Hexa XTA for for fuel lock issue, advisor told me part are unavailable told us will be available in a week but after a month parts was available they made us wait for almost 3 hrs to fix but later updated part unavailable to fix. Verdict parts are not available and issues are tried to fix our trial n error .Adviced to local mechanic coz they are 100% sure on which part to be replaced and how long it takes . The team was not even able to justify why we should come to TASC instead of local for which they were blank and couldn't answer to it. Team TATA please wake up !!!!

Communication is very very poor, reps don't inform you of any activity. Do not go for cleaning as it might take additional 2-3 hours! Believe me! A 350 rs dry cleaning isn't worth that much time! Service quality overall was decent, but problem was not resolved in 1st go. They picked up my car the next day and resolved ~90% of my cars alignment problem. Seating area is decent but not enough chairs or sofas are present. Price is decent. Service staff is very good offering you water and tea at regular intervals.

Highly disappointed by service advisor’s behaviour. Any issue after service they abruptly ignore you and do not respond at all. They did not fix rear wiper and did not fix wiper fluid connector also for my car. I have called service advisor ten times after service and no response at all from him. Update: I see they are responding on my review with some nonsense story. Mine is new car and I went there for first year free service. They misplaced wiper parts and not acknowledging to fix it.

0% respect towards customers They keep on fighting for attending customer inside the office. If may raise many issues their actions towards is zero. I wish not to visit this service center again very poor. And more important thing do not go on Saturdays they are least bothered about it Only positive about this location is Manager & Tech Team. Manager himself attending all coustomer. Manager is so humble There is no support from attending team Lot of things to improve on a whole

New tata service station in North Bangalore. For my car service I was hesitating to go on new service station but it was a good experience. Staff was very supportive. Best part is car cleaning. The team is very hard working and did great job. They don't have wet Cleaning. Dry wash and interrior cleaning was up to the mark. Waiting area is ok inside office only. Tea/coffee/biscuits served regularly. Overall good experience. Hope they maintain the standard or make it better.

The service provided is good, but the strange part is they are close on Sunday. Does Tata Motors expect to take leave from office to service Tata cars? If anyone missed to book service appointment for Saturday, then only weekdays are the option. All major service centers work on Saturday and Sunday, this service center is..... what to say. They can take weekoff on any day other than Saturday and Sunday to provide better customer support.

Brilliant Servicing experience. I driven all the way from marathalli to here since KHT couldnt resolve my issue even with two services. While it took time for part to arrive the servicing team lead by raghvendra was very accomodating. But the hats off to the cleaning staff. I didnt find such good service in any other tata service. Facilities are nice here and clean. I also got anti rust done here for only 2500 with 5 years warranty.

Worst experience ever . Had been to replace my Break Pad , service reperenstative Shivakuamr was so horrible . I have even bought It to the notice of your HR and respective team . I would never visit this service center again . Majorty use to say the major fault of Tata Motors is after sales services , they proved it right. Horrible experience after purchasing tata vehicle and on top of that no proper repose from service center .

A great place for your tata car services is in north Bangalore. Especially the advisers are great they are very welcoming. Special call out for raghavendra the station lead he is very polite and very high on his customer satisfaction index. After struggling to get any appointment in other service center, came to know about this newly opened one. Went there for my 4th service and AC issue. Trust me from service manager to office boy, every one were very much supportive and customer focused. All issue resolved in no time. Very much satisfied. Special mention to center manager - Mr Raghvendra and service incharge Mr Zaid. Keep it up guys.

One of the worst planned service Centers. 1. Any number of cars they accept without thinking of the resource availablity. 2. List of issues shared, most of them don’t get fixed 3. Wait time even for getting the job card done despite having an appointment 4. Dry cleaning - all the dust on the car and edges will be as-is In short - waste of time giving the car for service here.

Good Service done here. Better than other workshops in Bangalore. Usually rush is also less here and appointments are available easily. Quickly my service was done as I was in the lounge. Mr Raghavendra the Service Manager escalated my issue and helped me to solve the issue with lots of interest. Totally satisfied with the experience here and best in Bangalore.

Visited twice and could not get desired service as issues kept repeating. When connected on understanding, why its not fixed in first place, they came with multiple excuses on advises shared and spoke harshly without accounting customer relationship. TATA service team should learn how to speak with customers and treat customer.....

I actually felt it's one of the worst service centre from prerana staff are not responding properly not attending the customers and simply they will tell wait and during my 2nd service they themself damaged the coolant pipe and said that u come after 10days we will rectify like that so don't go for this service centre.

Parts required are not available, i called upon the above number given ,they told that pls visit the service centre,part is available,when drive 15kms one side to reach,waited 1 hour as all went for lunch just to know after that part is not available,don't waste your time by going here,very lazy staff...

DO NOT GO HERE. Gave my TATA Hexa for servicing. None of the oils were not changed - a simple top-up happened. The team is highly irresponsible. The engine was overloaded with oil. Had to redo the service in less than 4 months. Please go only if you have money to burn or car engines to damage.

One of the worst services ever. I left my automobile for more than one month and it is still not delivered. They keep on piling excuses on top of excuses whenever I enquire about delivery. The people are just lazy and pathetic. It was mistake leaving the vehicle with them.

Service might be good, but they do not value your time. Their 10 minutes is equal to you 1 hour. Wasted more than 2 hours to get my car and on top of it the Service Engineer did not have the decency to apologise
