I'll start with the good points: We got to our destination within a reasonable time (we were running late for the airport from Montreal). Tania, the phone representative was extremely helpful and polite. I'd give her ten stars if I could. She's the main reason the company gets any stars. For the bad points, the short version: The company stole my money (double charged), through purely their own fault. They were informed of this. No apology, no accommodation--voice mail. I asked for courtesy and my fair reimbursement. I will find out tomorrow if I have received the latter, but I certainly did not receive the first. An apology will bring 3 stars total from me. The long version: Terrible customer experience. When we got to the airport, the driver was very gruff. As he was preparing the receipt, I asked him to open the trunk so my partner could get the bags out while I settled the bill. ("Attendez." No smile, nothing. Just a simple command as though we are servants, and not the people putting bread on his table, who were also clearly in a hurry not to miss a flight. Also, I always speak in French in commercial interactions in order to show some willingness to accommodate, so this was not a language issue.) However, after charging my card once, he insisted on passing it a second time, telling me that it didn't work. Apparently because no receipt came out. I can't confirm that myself as I didn't see what happened after he took the machine from me. When I asked (he lost points for not proactively allaying my obvious concerns), he said I could get a reimbursement from the company if there was an issue. After getting back from the trip, we found out we had been charged twice for the same transaction. I called the "customer service" number and got a voice mail. It is probably not the customer service representative's fault, and she was helpful when I finally got in touch with her, but it was a nightmare to do so. When my property has been wrongfully taken from me, I expect to get it back as promptly as it was taken, with a brief apology for the inconvenience. The company's logistics are their issue, not mine. After receiving the voice mail, I called the main line, and was cut off mid-sentence and told to call the administrative line after 3PM. When I tried to explain that I had done so already, that the business hours on the website say it is *closed* after 3PM, and that I and was willing to go on hold, I was all but hung up on. I called back and got Tania on the phone, who was incredibly polite and helpful. She explained to me that the customer service was on lunch break (from 12PM to 1PM) so it was normal that they didn't answer, but I would surely get a response after 1PM. Why there is no one manning the phone line that is there precisely for the purpose of accessibility, during the time of day when people are most likely free to call, I have not the foggiest. Take note: A simple, polite explanation goes a long way. We are creatures of reason, not machines. I thanked Tania and asked if I could call her back again if I had any further issue. She assured me it would be no problem. I called back at 1:45PM and again voicemail. I called the main line again and asked for Tania. I was assured, angrily and abruptly, that it was impossible to speak to Tania, that I would have to call the administrative line, and that it was not the phone representative's job to deal with this, but rather the customer service person. I tried my best to explain the situation, that I did not want to leave a message, that I was willing to wait, that I would be happy to speak to Tania again, that I was very frustrated with the service that I was receiving, and that it was not merely the money but also some basic human interaction that I sought. After angry shouting I was hung up on. I called again. Got Tania. She politely listened, put me on hold, and I was transferred to the customer service representative, who sounded a little harassed (certainly no smile in the voice), but offered the reimbursement with no hassle. Still no apology.

If I could give minus stars I would! Please DO NOT waste your time or money with this taxi service . When I placed the initial call the guy was pretty rude about me not knowing the correct pronunciation of the address. Then he said he’s sending someone and when I asked how much time to expect the wait he’d already hung up on me. I waited outside in the snow with my son for 10 minutes, and then when I called again they said that they’re still locating a driver and that he will call me when he’s outside. We went back in and 15 minutes later I called to check what was going on and they asked if he didn’t come yet and said to wait another 10-15 minutes and if he doesn’t contact me than to call them back. I got no call so 15 minutes later I called them and was told that the taxi came 5 minutes ago and that I missed it. I tried to tell him he had said that the driver would call me when he arrived but the guy kept saying I was not ok and that I had obviously missed the taxi. I asked him to send another taxi since we were already running so late TO OUR FLIGHT. He then said that he already sent out two drivers and I missed them both (This didn’t make ANY sense, he was obviously lying) and therefore he is not willing to send another. He kept saying “this is what is called to miss a taxi” . We ended up taking an Uber and thank god we didn’t miss our flight because of this horrible company. They should be out of business the way they treat people. I guess they just don’t care to lose rides and disrespect people’s time since they know tourists come and go…

So I call a taxi early morning Sunday 4am. I tell the driver which route I would like to take and tell him I do not want to take the highway because it is more expensive. He disagrees and tells me u have other clients and that he refuses to take my route because " I'm wasting his time" I proceed to tell him that I'm paying for his time and I don't care, that he has to take my route. He still refuses until I get on the phone and explain the situation ( I guess he gets scared ) and proceeds to take my route. He calls me cheap and says that next time he sees my address he will not come. The next day I call a taxi and get the same guy, I did not notice because he did not have a hat on like the other night. Before we leave the street , I explain the route and he turns around and starts yelling at me talking about his not going through this again. I said ok let me out. And then he keeps driving saying fine we will take your route. I said no and threatened to call the police. He still didn't want to let me out. I screamed your kidnapping me and finally let the doors open. Never again! I'm so disgusted my this service it is not the first time I've gotten bad service! But this was the worst I felt endangered! I called to make a complaint the boss was " late" I called back and know his in a " meeting "

Fast to drive where they want. They don't care if you have a problem with the autoroute "vertigo " Work was on phone texting calling. Wife stressing him out . I had to get really mad and make it clear get off the phone. I told him I too a picture of this unsafe driving. My last incidents was 1yrs ago a driver Hassan late at night ask me if I need help to clean of my car I sad no he keep on bothering me . He grab me from behind try to tape me inside of my van . The only thing my horn and holding my clothes very tight on myself and praying to get away from him. A snow truck came by and he ask me not to report what happened. I did call the company and the boss looser express to me How is he support to control his driver and I have the boss all of the driver inform now I don't take any taxi I was my back at all times worse of all. I did not call for services that night God that save me to fight him off. The company need to do check on there workers

Always order a taxi from them for the clients who request it at my work. Generally great service, sometimes they even recognize our number and know our address! Never had an issue with the fact our clients have animals as long as we tell them in advance, although we have bouts of attitude from the dispatchers when telling them the names of clients... As if it was surprising (in a bad way) and sometimes they're rude over it. Hard to hide my shock from the clients watching me call for them. No playful ''Oh that's a unique name'' more like ''Miss what now? What kind of name is that?'' with the attitude of a teenager scoffing over it as if their name is too bothersome to deal with. Be a little nicer... It's not something to feel inconvenienced about, it's someone's actual name ffs. Asking me to spell it because you don't know how is fine, believe me, but sneering at it isn't. Customer service is 50/50 on our end.

I can only speak to my experience with the company. I was hesitant to go with Taxi Coop because of the staggering amount of negative reviews, but then looking at each Montreal taxi company, there isn't really one that is better (unless you go with teo, but I had my own reasons for not choosing them). I booked a week in advance for a 4:30am pickup from Downtown to the Airport, and called to confirm my reservation the night before. I received confirmation both times. My taxi arrived early and waited for me, and my driver was very friendly and professional. He told me which route we would be taking when I got in (because of roadworks) which I thought was helpful (but it was a flat rate from Downtown to the Airport so the route didn't matter cost wise). I was travelling light and he made sure I had no extra bags in the taxi when I got to the Airport.

I’ve used taxi services all around the globe, finding so many different personalities of the chauffeurs, but tonight I found a true gem. A chauffeur who gave a ride to me and my wife was soooo amazing. Middle aged guy, amazing honesty and with the silence burning spirit in his speech. So brutally honest person, so knowledgeable about the philosophy of the modern society, places, towns and cities in province of Quebec and recent history of those, the social aspect and the philosophy of every single of one, … just so intelligent, so polite, so down to earth, so knowledgeable and such a friendly person in general. It was a 10⭐️ service from a most professional taxi chauffeur around the globe. The vehicle number was 2781. Such a ride. Recommending him generously. I mean, true taxi ride experience. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️❗️

Worst taxi experience of my life. I booked a taxi through their online form and requested a carseat. The cab that showed up the next day for when I booked was late, no car seat, terrible tires (ice on the road, I would guess they were all season because they couldn't grip the road) there was something seriously wrong with the vehicle like a broken axle, it felt like the tires were square and made a womp womp womp sound and shook the car. We made it 50 meters and told him to turn around and take us home. We had to drive our own car (no issues with the road with proper tires) and find/pay last minute for airport parking for 2 weeks. When we got to the airport I got a nasty text from the taxi driver saying he hoped we missed out flight!!! Couldn't believe it, absolutely horrible!! I'll never take a taxi in Montreal again.

Sunday, Sept 25 2022, 15:16 Incident on Blvd Robert-Bourassa between St-Antoine O. and Notre-Dame St W. Taxi Hyunday Elantra, color gray, plaque d'immatriculation FRG2180, from Taxi Coop Montreal #5259 made quick left turn from right lane by cutting my way. I had to make emergency brake and sudden move to the left to avoid the collision. I have made a 2 seconds signal to bring the attention of the taxi driver to the incident. But the driver smiled and did the cut of my way again on purpose by putting the life of everyone into a danger again (there was 6 yeard old child in my car and another passenger who is a witness). Hope Taxi Coop will react on this incident (already made an official report in Bureau du Taxi de Montreal).

I had made a reservation a few hours in advance for a van to carry several passengers at a specific time. I received an e-mail saying reservation was confirmed. When the time came, no van arrived. So I called only to find out that they could not find a van, so then I asked them to send two taxis instead quickly. They said they'll send them quickly. I waited - again none arrived. I called to find out they still couldn't find any cars for us. Confused - if I ask for a taxi, tell me in advance that you cannot deliver on time. That is all I ask - improve your communication methods so that people aren't rushing to get to airports and stations because of no-show taxis.

Worst service ever seen. I called a cab they told me the taxi is available and I’ll have to wait within 5-10mins.. 20 min later I called to ask them why I haven’t seen someone to pick me up. The agent told there is no cab available... Reaalllllyyyy??!!!! How can you tell a client that there’ll be a cab coming to pick u in 10 mins then few minutes later there’s no cab. And the agent was so rude, she told me I was supposed to call in again after 10 mins. Was I supposed to dream that is how u guys work?? You should at least read the terms and conditions for client to know about that information... I mean what kind of customer service is that. I was shocked

This morning dispatch did not send a cab when we called and asked for one. After waiting for 20 minutes we called back and they sent a cab. Because we were now late for our train I was speaking to my partner and the driver chimed in 'that this situation was your fault' I told him repeatedly I didn't want to speak with him but he kept telling me about how we're both men, as if that were relevant. When we got to the station I didn't leave a tip , which upset the driver. He got out of the car and started yelling with an threat 'if I see you again'. I'm frightened as this angry threatening man now knows my address.

Called a taxi for my colleague who is in from out of town (He convinced me to call a taxi because he does not have Uber in his small town and doesn't trust it). After 20 mins, called again they said they had no one in the area, call back in 10 mins. Called back in 10 mins, they said they still had no one in the area, call back in 5 mins. I called back in 5 mins they still had no one. Cancelled the ride, called Uber - car was at the door in just under 7 mins. I understand you can't have cars everywhere - but why not give me a heads up at the beginning of the call that it could be a 30+ minute wait?

They should really have something for less than a 1 star rating cause you service why people are using UBER . Change your BONJOUR logo to f@#k off . Got into one of your cabs tonight , only after i gave my location ( old montreal to NDG)to the driver and looked it up on his GPS he tells me to leave cause the timer was not working . So i go back to cold windy rain , he doesnt drive more than 20 feet and he picks up a nother fare . found another taxi company , great service , told the driver what just had happen , he was shocked hear but not as surpried with the company .

Ordered a taxi to pick up some food at a restaurant for family stranded at Trudeau Airport after missing a connection due to a 4 hour delay late at night. After 45 minutes with no food delivery, called restaurant to find out taxi never arrived (I forgot to leave my number with restaurant). Called taxi company to learn that they had no cab but never bothered to tell me. Told me to call back in 5 minutes twice, but still no cab. Restaurant staff offered to deliver food because they were closed and didn’t want the food to go to waste. Very disappointed with this service.

De la merde! The girl on the phone was extremely rude and kept cutting me off while I was trying to explain to her the location; she kept saying "i need the address" and ended up hanging up on me, which as I see is a common practice of this company!!! Then I called back and she said the cab would take 15 minutes, which was fine cause the person to pick up was 10min away... they showed up 6min later which made the person run like never before to catch it!!! Overall and underall HORRIBLE. The drivers are usually ok tho. It's their hotline reps that suck big time!!

I booked a minivan taxi for 9am. The taxi didn't show up by 9:10am, so I called to make sure that my taxi was coming. The receptionist said that they never received my reservation. She would send a taxi right away. At 9:30am, I called and didn't get through. At 9:45am, the taxi still wasn't there. I called back. The receptionist said that she had spoken to me earlier and like she said, the company had never received the reservation. Then she said that they were STILL LOOKING FOR A TAXI. They had my phone number and had made no effort to call me about the delay.

I have used Taxi Coop a few times over the past years and usually didn't have any problems. Fill out a reservation form on their website then the taxi would show up when they're supposed to. However this time, even with what appeared to be a confirmation email sent back for the reservation booking, no one came. I had to scramble to find another ride to the airport to make an international flight. I would give 1 star but previous positive experience keeps from doing so. Please double check with them if you book a taxi that they'll actually show up.

Ordered a cap for 5:35AM. The cab showed up at 5:45. I m on crutches waiting on the icy sidewalk. As he pulls up, I ask him if he could pull in a little closer, so that I don t have to cross the ice bank on the parking lane. He answers that there is ice there and he doesn’t want to get stuck. Ok, Right! It s much better for your client to navigate through a 10ft stretch of ice on one leg. Driver never got our to help me get in the cab or out once we reached the hospital Terrible lack of judgment and poor service is my assessment of this driver.

Coop = Horrible service! 20min waits or more for a taxi to show! Poor communication meaning no card payment options even though I specifically requested it! And they take no responsibility or show remorse when they know they are in the wrong! And the representatives are rude and un apologetic! Diamond taxi hands down the best company! They have my business for life! You wait less than 8min for a taxi and they are always equipped with card payment options! Coop you better step up your game otherwise Diamond taxi will put you out of business!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. I was calling a taxi for an handicapped man who’s in a weelchairThe woman on the phone was so rude, she was speaking over me and she hung up on me without even letting me finish speaking. She said “merci bonsoir” in such an uninterested tone ans hung up without letting me place a word. I’m not surprised as all quebecois women I’ve encountered always have a passive aggressive attitude and bitchy…. anyways what I’m saying is do not bother, you don’t need that kind of attitude, rudeness and low energy in your life.

Totally unreliable. My father called Co-Op taxi on August 29 2020 to reserve a van for the airport on August 30 at 4am to catch an early morning flight. The van didn’t show up on time, we called Co-Op at 4:05 and they said they were ‘super busy,’ as if our prior reservation and fact we were relying on them for airport transport at an early hour didn’t matter in the slightest. They said a car would arrive ‘soon’ and by 4:10am we realized we were better off with an UberXL, which came in 3 minutes. Don’t waste your time, stick to Uber.

If there is a zero star that's what I would give them. I don't usually post on these things but had the worst experience at all levels with this company. The girl at the call centre is extremely rude! I lost my cell phone and the people at the lost and found never returned my call. I called once a day and left voice message and gave my info to be reached and kept getting redirected. Cab driver rushes me out of the car cause he couldn't park. Terrible. Worst taxi company. They shouldn't be a company offering public services.

Horrible! I'm a regular client and multiple times they kept me waiting 20mins!! This morning was another time they kept me waiting and I was running late for work. I waited in front of my apartment for 25mins and when I spoke to the manger he had the audacity to say that the driver came and I didn't show up. Turns out the driver went to the wrong address but did anyone call to check, definitely not. This has happened more than once. Taxis complain about Ubers stealing business, with service like this it's obvious.

They have an app. It really doesn’t work. I booked a taxi and then canceled because nothing was happening on the app. I tried to call in. No answer. Ordered an Uber instead. Meantime taxi showed up and I explained the situation and apologised because the app didn’t seem to be working. He said the dispatch had called him to come to my house and he was upset (I would be too) so I guess the app is not functional and they just call drivers. All in all unnecessarily confusing and will avoid in the future

Don't call, use another company. Even Uber is better than this. Called for a taxi, after 20 minutes not there, so i called back to know if the taxi was near, dispatch (who seemed exasperated by me for asking this) refused to told me and said that i just had to wait and it would come eventually. So cancelled it and then the dispatch sounded happy. Incredible. On top of that, before today i used to call them at least twice per week (sometimes it can go up to 6 times a week) for 40$ trips.

I should have paid attention to the reviews. My mom called a taxi, but it wasn't clear that the request went through. I called myself for her, I didn't notice the time and 30 min later, nothing. I thought there was a delay because of rain and covid (less cabs), but 30 mon is ridiculous in the city. I called and they said they have no cabs in the area. So why accept the order then? Or not call back? I called Atlas and they were there in 5 minutes.

Sometimes it takes 30-40 minutes for them to " find you a car ". When they do finally arrive, it really depends who you get, because some drivers can be really kind and others will straight up take the longest possible way just to see the numbers go up. If you speak up about it, they'll pretend like they don't understand you. As I said, it really depends who you get. If you notice any funny business, don't just stay quiet about it. Be assertive.

I reserved a taxi for early next morning. I got a email said the reservation has been took cared. But the next day I waited 10 minutes past the time that I should leave, no taxi came. I called the company and the guy said they don't have a taxi for me and they were busy so no one will call me to inform me about this. I am so disappointed about this company. Called for a taxi, driver arrives and calls me, while on the phone with me, picks up another passenger and leaves with me 20 feet away. Called the dispatcher who said "it's the driver's problem, not ours" and hung up. Called the administrative office who said it was lunchtime and there was nobody to talk to. Would rate zero if I could. For a business in the service industry, they ultimately fail at providing the service part spectacularly.

Ordered a minivan taxi days ahead for an important event. At the specified time, I called and they were "looking for a minivan". As 10 minutes had gone by, I asked for 2 regular taxis urgently. Still no taxis 10 minutes later. The dispatchers left me on hold each time I called. I cancelled. A reservation means nothing to this company as was revealed by the dispatcher. You could miss your flight, a funeral... I will seek compensation.

Agressive drivers who give others the finger when they are in the wrong. You in the white prius near mtl-toronto blvd and the St Pierre interchange onramp around 1:55pm April 17th, pay attention to the road instead of flipping others the bird, we honked because of the incessant break-tapping when no one was in front of you and we didn't want to rear-end you! also shouldn't you be wearing a mask with others in the car? Unprofessional!

Terrible service!! My friend and I were visiting Montreal and we had a bus to catch at midnight so we called asking for a taxi. We stated where we were, but the representative asked for the exact address and we weren’t exactly sure so we just gave an approximate location and she hung up on us after only 10 seconds! We realized that the subway was a much better option than this useless service and luckily caught our bus on time.

Put this company out of business for the love of Christ. Called night before as I normally would for an early morning pick up to the airport. Come the morning, no car. Call coop only to be told by some grumpy woman on the other end that she thought the reservation taken the night before was for a week later. REALLY ??? Bye bye coop. Viva UBER and everything else that makes "sense" in this day and age.

I used this company for a ride from Hemmingford to YUL Airport. I made the reservation on a Saturday night, for a ride on a Sunday morning (using the reservations email listed on their website, not the form). They called me when they were on their way to pick me up, and when they were 5 minutes away. The car was clean, and covid precautions were implemented. I would definitely use them again.

Worst cab ride of my life. Driver said "TIP IS NOT INCLUDED" before even taking off...and once in traffic, asked us again to pay more than the fare, supposedly because traffic was too much for him. (In MTL, it is a fixed fare to the airport from downtown) Once at the airport, he did not help with luggages and still expected a tip and it was so uncomfortable. I will never phone them again.

Please don't ever take these cabs. I told them where to take my mom coz she's old and can get lost. Instead the woman didn't even told the driver the address and got my mom lost costing her $10. That wasn't enough when I asked why the lady on the phone interrupted me and yielded so I told her I will never take their cab. Take an Uber or a friend or a bus or something else!!!! I'm begging.

I had a great experience with Taxi Coop Montreal. I used their on-line booking system for a taxi to the airport. I received an e-mail confirmation within the hour. Most impressive was how they responded to me needing to revise the reservation not once, but twice. They were very accommodating and professional, and the driver was great. No muss. No fuss. I'll use them again, for sure.

Terrible - Pire service / pire compagnie de taxi I called the night before to reserve a taxi for the morning, and I even called again in the morning to remind them and they still never showed up, even after the receptionist promised a cab was on the way - I missed a train because of them. Very rude customer service. First I call to request a van, they said it would take around 20 min, I called 30 min later, they said never sent the van because they did not have anything available. No phone call no text to let me know, then the woman on the phone said she never talked to me. And disconnected the call. Horrible service, dont recommend it at all.

Taxi drive was very aggressive driver, he was cutting off other drivers, he was almost hitting other cars\threatening other drivers with his car, he was speeding excessively on the highway well over 140kph, he was swerving in and out of lanes very dangerously nearly missing other cars. He needs to lose his license and never be allowed to drive a car again

I love Co-Op because I lost my wallet in one of their cabs and they tracked me down, called me and delivered it to my work, with all the twenties still in tact. I tried to give the gentleman a reward but he absolutely refused. My experience w/ Co-Op was one of impeccable honesty. It's always a smooth trip for me. These are the dudes I call on and trust.

Waited 2 hours for my taxi. Driver was texting / distracted on the phone the entire ride, and when booking the taxi the schedulers are consistently rude on the phone. The cars are also not clean very often. If my work didn’t pay for the rides I would NEVER use this service to get around Montreal. Take an Uber, it’s cheaper and you’ll be treated better.

Unprofessional receptionist, very rude if you don't speak French. I knew how to speak but I prefer to speak in English. I visited my relatives in Montreal and I booked 30 mins ahead. They don't call back if the taxi will be late or not coming. So I called back after 30 mins late and they told me, my taxi will be late. I calling this taxi anymore.

Called them for a cab in Verdun. Told me it would arrive in 10 min. After 15min, nothing. I call back and the guy tells me that he has nothing in the area, and I would need to wait another 35-45min. They don’t communicate and if I had not called, I would have been super late at the airport. No excuses, nothing. Terrible customer service.

Did not show up on time despite calling 10 mins before scheduled arrival. I called them back when taxi was 5 mins late and they told me they didn’t have a van available (which we had reserved the night before). I was told they could send 2 cars. Well, 20 mins late is not acceptable when people are trying to catch a flight. Never again!

The dispatcher lady told me to find another company which is fine if you don't want my business but it was the way she said it. She just gave more of the same that I got from all dispatchers and I hate to say it, the women dispatchers are much worse than the male dispatchers for some reason. If you don't like your job, then quit.

Twice when I’ve called they have failed to send a cab or let me know they don’t have one. My last cab driver threatened us because we were worried about running late and thought we were blaming him (dispatch didn’t send a cab first time we called). The cab driver before that was doodling on a pad on his lap while he drove.

Violent drivers. The driver with the license plate FST4275 is reckless and dangerous. Sped up from behind on a 30 zone, cut on me on the overpass on Dudemaine, and started break checking me. Called the company to complain no answer. This isn’t the first taxi coop driver who drives this recklessly in 30 zones. Ridiculous.

Called 1 hour in advance for a taxi. Told to call 5min before instead. Called 5 minutes before, waited 25min outside. Called back for news, told they had no driver available. WHEN where you about to notice me about that??? Cancelled the joke, found an Atlas taxi nearby. 1/5 as I can't rate lower. Better chance next time.

Really bad experience with the person on the phone line. Very impatient and rude, hung up on me three times because I was not able to find the correct address. I understand serving tourists can be difficult but as a Canadian it’s disheartening to see this. Didnt get her name. She was working around 5pm on Tues May 2nd.

Very unreliable service and rude operator at night. Called a second time after waiting for 15 mins. No apology, no explanation and no call to say they were late or not arriving at all. I actually recommended this taxi company to all my out of town friends in the past but had to call them again to avoid at all cost.

Not only do the drivers hit on the women, they make disgusting offers, comments..etc. I will NEVER again use this service and will NEVER recommend. Driver # 37181 in specific tried to have me robbed in front of my home speaking in Arabic, not knowing that I do too. Left messages and no one returned my calls.

I called the night prior to my flight to get a ride to the airport. In the morning, my flight was delayed, called back to get my cab later on and there was no issue, very accommodating. Incredibly rude over the phone. The lady yelled at my boyfriend when he simply asked the price for a jump start, and when he called another number, the lady was just as horrible. When your car won’t start you’re already stressed out, you don’t need incredibly rude and horrible responses on top of that.

Called an hour ahead of time to get a taxi. Five minutes before they're supposed to arrive they call to cancel because there are "no taxis" in my neighbourhood. I had a train to catch. This is horrible service and this company should not be in business. I support coops but this one is terribly run.

Tried using the online confirmation service. Didn’t receive a confirmation so I called in. Reserved a morning ride for 5:30am. Had a back up plan just in case. Most the reviews are negative. Driver arrived at 5:25am. Driver showed courtesy and politeness. Had a smooth ride. Arrived as plan.

Utterly useless. We've been charged 61 instead of 41 to go from Old Montreal to the airport in a regular car, definitely wasn't a limo. I sent an email to ask why we've been overcharged, nobody replies, I called them, incredibly rude woman is shouting at me some nonesense. Horrible company!

I booked a trip, for the airport on a Saturday at 4:45am, the day before. Received a confirmation around an hour after booking. The morning, the driver arrived on time, even a little earlier, he was kind and efficient. I recommend ! (This review is based on a single, booked ride)
