Amazed at the service I received. Called on a Sunday, was straight on the phone to a GP, and received great care from a remarkably personable practitioner. I'm shocked at how good this was; be prepared for a couple of calls back and forth while you're set up if it's your first time, but considering the standard practice is to sit in a waiting room for ~45 minutes, this was much more preferential. Cannot thank Dr Sharma enough and can't recommend her, and this service, highly enough.

Details of my experience with telehealth doctors. Disappointing, Frustrating and a waste of my time. Made seven calls in my efforts to speak with a gp left numerous messages expecting a call back and nothing. Went on Telehealth doctors website and submitted the form and also sent a message via the website. And nothing. Thanks Telehealth Doctors.

Tried to contact them 3 days ago just to get a medical certificate, but got nothing back. Sent them my information through the web-form, called through and emailed but got no notifications or confirmations that they would ever contact me back. Honestly felt like they just took my information for no reason and I feel unsafe with them having it.

My son was sick and we couldn’t get to the emergency room as we are new to Melbourne. The doctor examined and saw my child on video and gave a diagnosis. We confirmed with our regular doctor the next day and it was correct. I was impressed by their skills via video conferencing! Thank you goes to the doctor and Remi on the phones.

The best service you can ever imagine. They’re really professional and patient. I asked for a medical document several times because of the organization who requested it. They’re very informative and kind. Can’t expect more. I won’t hesitate to recommend this clinic to my friends.

I have called on the given contact number on two separate occasions but my calls were not answered, did not get any callback even after leaving messages. Unsure, if there is any other method to connect with them.

Great service for emergency appt. Had trouble downloading link but the chat option was amazing - the person chatting with me was prompt to reply and sorted the issue quickly so I could get my script. Thank you

Don't write reviews normally, but beware, we were charged an extra $50.00 for release of a prescription. Have tried to contact to receive receipt of payment, no answer by phone or email.
