This is a store of truly amazing people. As someon with a chronic illness it’s massively important to have people who know their stuff and even better yet care. They are also wonderfully LGBT+ friendly. I came out to them about being trans before I shared it with anyone else and they have supported me from day one. These people are just beyond amazing. West end is all about community and this little store is a beautiful family of people who will do everything they can to help you. I would suggest them above any other chemist I have ever been to and I have gone to so so many. They have a great range of products and are smart about making sure nothing you are taking crosses over badly. When I have had major medication changes they have taken the time to go through my list of meds and check everything is still going okay. That they have my doses up to date and even keep tabs on how I am going with changes to my antidepressants. This is a chemist that goes above and beyond. I am so thankful for them.

Honestly the staff here have made my entire day with their kindness and informative knowledge on skin care. I spoke to a lovely young lady and a Middle Aged lady who both went above and beyond to help me find stuff for my skin issues - they even gave me a little sample to take home to try which was so lovely. Currently there’s an amazing deal on if you spend 50 dollars on certain brands ( and sign up to their members card ) you get a HUGE bag full of incredible skin care / hair care products!!! I've been visiting this pharmacy for the last two years (very frequently of late due to an unfortunate series of illnesses and surgery). You know those pharmacists that get really overtly judgy and suspicious when need to purchase opiate painkillers? Not these guys, they're super understanding and helpful when it comes to just about anything . One of the pharmacists also put my friend's arm in a sling after she came to greif with a heavy door. Can't stress enough how helpful and understanding the pharmacists and general staff are. Prices are also very reasonable.

Terry White Chemist WestEnd has been our go-to Pharmacy for over 8 years. We visit regularly for scripts, other medical requirements or just about everything your family could need. Going to TWC WestEnd feels like visiting close family or good friends. They make you feel welcome and cared about and are always good for sharing a laugh. A very wonderful business motto in such a busy and demanding industry, especially during Covid. George, Mary, Karen and Damo (and all staff) you guys deserve medals! Thank you.

Had a very uncomfortable experience yesterday with the staff member that made an comment while I was talking to my partner about which glasses to go with. She said “maybe you should try seeing if you can read instead of how you look”. I’d just gotten to the store and it was the second pair I’d tried on. It was unnecessary, rude and embarrassing. I’ve been wearing glasses and contacts for the last 15 years.

I would like to come on here and give this pharmacy a 5 star review all of the employees at this pharmacy are absolute magicians I went in there today to buy some meds not knowing exactly what I needed and a very nice lady called Karen helped me pick exactly what I needed big shoutout to the guys down here they care for all their guests and cater to all their needs Thankyou guys keep up the good work xx

It’s a very kind chemist. I went there with severe vertigo and feeling quite sick and they gave me my meds without any issues. I feel like if the standard of a good pharmacy is to provide medicine to a sick patient in the simplest most convenient way, then it certainly did its job. It’s very clean, the aisles were easily accessible and overall just quite reliable.

The Staff make a difference. Visited in 30/6 Saturday and was greeted warmly by the young lady as I entered. (Shopping for hemorrhoid cream is embarrassing right? But she made me feel at ease and we shared a laugh). Lovely people. Like a Pharmacy should be, not a huge factory. This is where I will shop from now on.

Such a lovely group of people! Always a pleasure walking in here and having Damo, George and the entire team look after you. They always go above and beyond, and there really isn't anything better than having a laugh with Damo... he's my Australian of the Year, that's for sure!

I cannot thank the staff here enough. They went absolutely above and beyond for me today to ensure my script could be filled when the doctors surgery hadn’t sent it through. The staff here clearly genuinely care about the people they’re serving. A huge lifesaver for me today

After being away from West End for two and a half years, I'm incredibly glad to see these folks are still just as great as they have always been. Easily the most welcoming and friendly pharmacy I've been to in Brisbane. Great price point, too.

The chemists and staff here go that further than needed always helpful to the points recovered. They always have time to help. A fantastic chemmart. 10 out of10 stars for a fantastic work effort. Thank you for all your service over the years.

First time I've used the chemist and the young lady who worked they're was incredibly helpful, knowledge (despite my vague description of what I was chasing) while being engaging and friendly.

Great staff, excellent pharmacist and plenty of perfumes, make-up, blackmores vitamins and nutrients. Just ask the friendly staff for anything you need also covid safe.

Always friendly and knowledgeable. I popped in for a prescription, and a friend was here and prompted me to get a flu vax too which they did on the spot. Stellar.
