Shops at petrol stations tend to be worse than anywhere else. The Costa coffee machine was poorly maintained and yet it's so expensive. The shelves were bare and the staff overworked. Only use this Tesco when I get fuel or there is no place else open nearby.

Good, bcs they close later than other shops, but still if you need food and others are open, it is better to visit them, as it seems a little more expensive here, and a smaller selection (which is not surprising, because it is a gas station)

The Staff could be more helpful particularly the middle aged blond guy who talks rubbish when asked about crisps and other stuff. When you ask for receipt they always forget and you have too ask again. Staff don't look happy working there.

Just been in now overall it's good but every time I go in there is one man on checkout (raj) I don't know what I've done or if he's like it with other customers but he just throws your shopping into the bag and asked if you've got petrol

This is my local late night shop and as I work in retail I relay on it. Went today 20/12/21 at 22.01 to be told they are closed supposed to be open until 24.00 I can't close my store until closing time disappointed

Great place to get fuel and polite staff. You can also pay by card/debit at the pump, because of the pump and pay system which is really handy. The ATM machine is really slow though, hope it gets fixed soon.

The access and queueing system is a very good idea, limiting the number of people in the store at any one time. However - it could and should - be further improved by emphasising the one-way

Absolutely disgrace this so called shop no customer service at all young lads running about laughing at customers apart from one who helped…. This needs shutting down its appalling

Walked a mile round trip to drop off an evri parcel only to be met by staff who refused to take them, giving the impression that they couldn't be bothered.
