I don't know if she's the manager or the owner but some good customer service would be highly nice If a customer is not satisfied with an order wouldn't you want to sort the problem instead of being defensive and rude. The customer doesn't always have to be right but being nice isn't to hard I purchased a beef Pad Thai/TA as its always my go to for lunch When I received my meal and went in for a good scoop up The meat was dry the noodles was dry Barely any seasoning etc I'm not exaggerating the issue but I approached the counter with good manners Yous pre cook everything early morning that's why the meat taste dry Well that's what I was told over the counter don't worry ill still eat and review your menu

I ordered pad kee mao. It was made in rice noodles instead of flat noodles. Price is $15 average and it was okay in taste . Portion size was not great. I want to mention the reason of my rating. Staff are quite rude. I asked for extra fork and she made a rude remark and in my short visit I had two more bad experience with staff. This is really 4.5 stars! I found this place a few months ago after a friend referred it to me. I have been several times, the food is pretty good but I have had the Pad Thai and laksa which both have tofu in them but tofu is not listed on the menu. I always have to ask for no tofu. The last time I went I asked my a Laksa was no Tofu or beansprouts and when I got home with dinner there was no veggies at all in the meal. Normally the soup with have onion, carrot and mushrooms but nothing and the noodles had no Shalot or bok choy. Still very good and worth a try.

The crispy pork belly was disgusting, way overdosed in oyster sauce, took the meal back after having two pieces of pork belly to taste ( one each for my wife and myself ), they said they'd fix the meal ( not replace it with a new meal ), they gave it back as bad as it was when we first got it off them from their counter, unedible garbage, biggest waste of $28.50 ever. If there were negative stars I could give, I would give then a negative 3

The first time we ordered we really enjoyed- we had the crispy chicken and garlic rice and the pork belly dish (quite pricey pork belly $32). But the second time I have few complaints. The thai beef salad was too spicy and it was drenched in soup! Didn’t feel like a fresh salad dish at all. Pork belly dish was waaayy too salty.. couldn’t taste much flavour except for salt. I would still order again, but would try other dishes.

Stir fried chicken with basil is not too sweet like many of other Thai restaurants. Their food is served in paper bowl and bamboo spork. I like the atmosphere where this cosy food court is, casual and outdoor. Just need a cleaner to make sure tables are clean. Service could be a little more friendly and casual.

Basil Stir Fry

Missed item - no big deal, it happens so i called the store. Spoke to a very rude lady who assured me the item was there. My family and i went through and it definitely wasn't - and told her it wasn't there. She kept on saying - i packed it it's there. No apology which would have easily resolved the issue. I assured her again it isn't I'm not lying. She said I'm not saying you lied- but i know i packed it. So rude. Not worth it when there are plenty of great Thai around

We live close by, therefore we are always eating in ECQ, I went there the other day and bought takeaway, we were eating our food and we found a long hair in it, we called them up and spoke to the manager and he was very rude and disrespectful to us on the phone. When we told him about the situation he replied “ well what do you want me to do” in a rude tone, you would think as a manager running a business he would know what to do but obviously not. Never coming back.

Worst Pad Thai I have eaten...might as well call it "Pad Thai Soup".…too much liquid as per picture...aliens will not be getting this dish. As for my wife's dish...listen to her story...go ahead wifey... ... I had the vegetable Basil chilli with steamed rice ... The taste was very nice, however it was all rice with a few vegetables.... I would have liked more vegies instead of a thin layer on top of a bowl filled with rice...

This is got to be one of the best places for Thai food. Delicious Stir-frys and pad Thai. Don't forget to try the sensational dim sims. Friendly quick service.

After looking at the ratings we decided to try Thai Master as our usual Thai place In Rooty Hill didn't take deliveries on Sunday. We ordered Chilly basil stir fry without noodles and Chilly basil chicken rice separetly. The rice was very sticky and high on salt. The stir fry was not that bad. I wish the chef had tasted the rice before packing it, and would have known how sticky and salty it is. Not very happy.

Friendly service most of the time, I don’t understand the Laksa coming with 2 kinds of noodles a thin vermicelli rice and a thicker egg noodle. I always request just the vermicelli noodle which I must say doesn’t seem to be a problem. They also include tofu that I request not to receive and 7 out of 10 times I still get the tofu. Besides that the broth is sensational, a spicy and authentic flavour.

Great level of customer service that cater for vegan's. Would recommend the pad see ew and the chilli thai basil rice. The gentlemen who served us on Friday night about ten minutes before close was just lovely. Staff accommodated our dietary restrictions and the food was absolutely delicious. I eat Thai atleast once a week and this is certainly up there with the best! Thank you Thai Master!

Words can’t describe how much i love this place. It really deserves all the hype it gets, i never rate a place 5 stars but this is just amazing. Especially the green curry, i took my first bite of that and i started floating, the creaminess of the coconut cream and the very soft chicken goes so well together with the jasmine rice. I absolutely love this place! Keep up the decent work!!

DISGUSTING EVER SATAY SEAFOOD STIR FRY I am just coming from there, bought two satay stir fry seafood with rice, it looked like someone put disgusting looking yellow jelly on seafood and rice.. it was gross. Sorry to be so mean but it was awful, I am just not confident enough to ask my money back or too polite but that was a terrible experience. Just feel bad for my money

This restaurant is really good! This is our go to restaurant for Thai food in western Sydney. The taste and portion is really good! They understand when someone requests spicy food, they are looking for authentic spicy and not Aussie style spicy. So keep it up, we will order again and again.!

Very disappointed with the pricing. I ordered 7 dishes via Uber for lunch. Each dish was $21.50 and in the menu is showing $16.50 including rice. The food arrived with no rice and I called ti advise the Restraunt who told me they exclude rice with the lunch specials via uber. I will not come back! So over priced and not as tasty.

Wouldn't say it's authentic thai food, but it is something quick and easy, and relatively filling. Most but not all ingredients is at a satisfactory quality level for a food court dine in shop. Friendly service. Liked their use of sturdy paper bowls to support the environment.

Ordered two dishes. Beef pad Thai and Chicken fried rice. Both were the worst we ever had. The meat were overcooked to the point of being dry and hard. The pad Thai was just too sweet and soggy. The fried rice does not have any flavours like it should and what we have eaten before elsewhere. Won't be going there again

We just had two fabulous meals, chicken laksa and pineapple rice with duck. It was just to much to eat it all in one meal so I know what's for lunch tomorrow ! Good food, good service and a nice smile, I recommend you try for yourself! We will definately go back for more

Since eastern creak it self is a nice place to hang out just wanted to try the Thai joint. I must say the food is splendid, its authentic Thai flavours have blown me away. So if you live around eastern creek and love Thai, it’s the best place to try!

Ordered the thai beef green salad and did not enjoy it at all. The beef was way overcooked, completely chewy and dry. The sauce was too salty and overpowering and salad felt like a lazy effort. Would not recommend ordering.

Never a problem here, staff are awesome. Massaman beef is awesome as are the satay chicken sticks. We live locally and this place is our choice

Very bland, and oily as you can see on the plate I placed it on. I couldn't taste any flavor at all. Probably get more flavor from a pack of migoreng noodles. First and last time there. The one star is for the service.

More of a 3.5. Food wise I liked my pad se ew but the price you pay and portion size for noodles feels a bit expensive. But a bargain is the last minute sales deals they have for $5!!! That’s what I’ll aim at next time

Just bought green curry. Paid for the whole pack and only got 50% full. Thief’s are looting people on food. Better to buy from noodle paradise and atleast 30% cheaper and full bowl. Shame on you people.

I tried their Chicken Laksa lastnight, it was horrible! The Chicken was overcooked and the noodles were not Rice Noodles but Sweet Canton instead. Don't Waste Your Time & Money $$$ at this place.

Really enjoyed the Pad Thai here and the order taker is a really nice guy. Look forward to coming here again to try out all the other stir fries and salads and the prices here are fair.

Flavour of the massaman Beef Curry is excellent, however the meat was still tuff and not falling apart as it should and the potatoes werent cooked. If you fix this it will be perfect!

We loved the food , was best Thai food we ate in a while . The ingredients were fresh and lot of variety of veggies along with the prawn dish we added . Will surely come back again .

My favourite Thai place!! Worth the drive from Blacktown. The Thai Fried rice is my favourite. Alway a decent serve and price is pretty good. Staff are friendly and service is great.

I use to enjoy eating here until I noticed a change in the meat especially the beef in the stir fry it’s very tough and hard to bite into,full of fat and not enjoyable at all!

They have big serve comparing to other restaurants. Also can do Vegan too. Must try if you are around Estern creek. The place has nice vibes too. And the Staff is lovely.
