Massage was good itself don’t get me wrong however I would’ve preferred a more quiet, peaceful setting whilst getting a foot massage rather than having multiple staff hold my baby boy around & to be questioned about if he’s hungry & his nappy. As a mother myself I know my baby too well, I do know he is a cute baby & it may have been helpful to hold him so mum can have her massage done but actually I would have preferred to hold him as that will make me feel a lot more comfortable. Yes I should have said something at the time but I was being too nice & feeling a little overwhelmed, I didn’t know what to do. Also when my baby pulled off one of the staff’s mask, well why didn’t that staff member put that mask back on. A lot was going on & I felt that the money I paid really didn’t meet my expectations. Sometimes space is nice & needed when a customer comes in for a massage. Sorry but I feel like I need to express how I feel & to leave a review for future reference.

Tried booking online for a Groupon then rung them to make sure it went through, was told someone will contact me within 24 hours to do the booking as booking date was 4 days away, I contacted them the day before as no one had contacted me and was told no booking was made and I had to wait until I heard from the booking team I told them the booking was for the next day and was told tough i wouldn't be able to come because therr was no booking i asked for the phone number for the booking team and was told they didn't know the number, i was then told if i didn't like it yry ringing Groupon and get my money back. I wouldn't recommend this company at all, hard to deal with, very rude and unprofessional

Love this place! I don't go anywhere near as often as I'd like but as long as you call beforehand you're almost always guaranteed to be squeezed into the schedule. Most times they can even fit you in as a walk in but I like to call beforehand and make sure as I was caught out once but that was my fault for expecting to be able to just walk in every time when these guys are so good. I've always found every staff member I've interacted with the be polite and helpful. TIP: don't park directly out front in the Dan Murphy's lot as it's paid parking, park anywhere else in the complex for the first 3 hours free or over by Macarthur tavern.

I have back and neck stiffness and tried different places before. I had Thai massage only once from an amazing Thai lady years ago and no one could match her. Today I discovered this gem of a place with the most amazing service assistant who was very witty and friendly. She left me in the hands of lovely Irene. She was professional and very soothing and incredibly strong for her small physic. The place is clean with soothing music and Irene gave me a foot scrub before we went into the incredibly quiet massage area. It was an out of body transformational experience. Thank you Thai Village and Irene ☀️

This was, unfortunately, the worst massage I’ve received. It was a shame as I’d had a terrible week and was looking forward to some RnR. I chose the hot compress massage, and was quite surprised that the compresses were heated in a food cooker, and thus got extremely hot. As a result, I sustained some minor burns. Additionally, I paid for foot reflexology and did not receive this service at all. The experience increased my stress rather than alleviating it. I would never go back. I feel like I should have been paid for the experience rather than having paid for it. Massive waste of money.

Unfortunately I've never made it through the door for a massage at this place, however I've had 2 bad encounters with their staff. The first time I had a couples massage booking which they promised the couple's room would be available, however on arrival they had already booked it out to someone else. On the second visit we were expected to walk into the main shopping centre and use an ATM to withdraw cash (and pay the ATM fee), all so they could save on their merchant fees. Never again.

I’ve had a headache for a few days and was desperate for some relief. I contacted the ladies at Thai Village Massage at Macarthur Square and they were able to book me in very quickly. The ladies were kind and my therapist was very attentive. She listened to my problems and was able to identify correct techniques to support me with pain relief. I am so grateful for the work these ladies did for my head today. I highly recommend them and I will definitely be visiting again. Thank you!

I have had alot of massages in my time, and in the campbelltown area, I would say this is one of the best. This service is highly professional, polite and friendly and the massage therapists I have tried both times have been of high standard in their work. On Wednesday I would highly recommend booking Polly and on Friday booking Apple, both are great therapists. They could work other days but these are the days I have been there and been happy with the experience both times.

They tell you to book on line for a groupon voucher. Then you can never get in and the website does not work. When you go to see them they are rude and say their partner put them on Groupon and now they have 1000 groupon vouchers and don't know what to do. So, after trying to get in for weeks, you eventually don't get your massage because its the last day and they still don't fit you in. Plenty of great massage places around. Don't waste your time here

This was a tricky one. The ambience was not the best. You could hear every other room, things being dropped, the doorbell ringing, the aircon was freezing and no towel was offered to cover up until 40 mins in, it wasn’t exactly relaxing. But the hospitality of the staff was awesome. The massage was like nothing I’ve ever had before but she nailed it! Lovely staff, amazing massage. Just need a bit more of a peaceful environment to fully relax.

I like to go to the village for a massage every 2 months. The staff are very friendly and massage really hard which I really really like. The only thing I don’t like is some masseuse are not so consistant as they would do harder/more on the left shoulder but softer/less on the right which felt weird and unbalanced. All in all, it’s one of my favourite massage place and I hope they will do more deals on Groupon :) Thanks guys

I have had many thai massages before but this place is something else. Its genuine thai massage, take a couple deep breaths and relax, you will feel like your at a 5 star resort in phuket during the massage, essential oils on the towels, the store smells amazing and looks great. I will be back With my wife this time. You must try this place. Ask for May. She is very professional and friendly

Best.Massage.Ever. Slow and relaxing and therapeutic! My masseuse was AMAZING! she didn't rush and gave me exactly what my body needed. The smell in there is amazing! Essential oils aroma was everywhere. I've been to massages millions of times and only twice have I ever felt amazing. This place is a must go to, for someone who wants to experience exceptional traditional Thai massage.

Found them on Groupon and got myself a great deal! I was very well looked after and enjoyed my massage, was SO good- just what I needed A beautiful serene atmosphere with a nice tea afterwards, definitely going back and they sure do deserve 5 stars. I'm writing this review on the car park ONLY. It costs $12 per hour if you'd like to park in front of the shop, as it is meant for takeaways. 3 hr free shopping centre parking and toilets are both available within a short walk. I wish I was told beforehand, as we arrived right on the dot for 75mins massage section after a long drive from work in 2 cars.

Booked a 2-person 70 minute massage package and was greeted by Max and Sandy at the reception desk on arrival. Me and my mate were treated a quick feet scrub before heading to the massage chamber. Exceptional service and well worth the dollar spent. Would definitely head back in 3 months time. Thank you Max and Sandy for the relaxing massage!

This used to be a really good place to get a rejuvenating thai massage but recently I had one and it seems like they are under a new management of something. The new staff didn't know proper technique and after requesting for a different therapist, still got the same result which was a very mediocre massage.

My fiance booked this massage online for my birthday, I have been so stressed lately and was really looking forward to this , we arrive there only to be told we don't have a booking and the lady telling us we should of called instead. Don't have an online booking option if it's not going to work.

I booked in a super last minute massage as the muscles in my back and neck were tight. It was my first time here and 100% will be back. The massage was SO GOOD! I literally walked out feeling like another person. The girls were super lovely and the 60min massage was super effective and relaxing.

My husband and I had a couple's massage on Sat 8/1. We were attended by Kevin and Anya. We were both really happy with the intensity of the massage and the communication from the masseuse. The salon is very clean and the staff really are following Covid Safe practices.

I had booked in for a cocoa butter massage yesterday and from the moment i walked in i felt totally welcomed. The massage was to die for and my therapist was excellent. Nothing to complain about, the tea at the end was a nice touch and will be definitely be back.

Would love to knave a 0 star, bought 2 Groupons for my wife but when we go to book there is no bookings. I ring the shop they say no availability for vouchers only for full price customer. Why on earth would you have them on Groupon when you do not honour them.

Double booked us for the couple room, then told us to come back in 20 mins so we did... then told us to wait another 20 mins... then proceeded to blame us. Terrible customer service. Don't bother with this place, there are much better massage places around.

Fantastic authentic Thai massage, I don't usually treat myself to such things and with a young family it's hard to find time but I'm so glad I did. 1 hour of zen and I walked out of there refreshed and feeling great. I'll definitely be back!

This is the second time I have been and both experiences were the same. It’s too cold in there to relax and the masseuse’s hands were freezing cold. I’ve been sick for two days with fever and chills so won’t be going back.
