My husband and I decided to move from Florida to Clarksville about six months ago. We found Jamison and The Anderson Group on Google and reached out. Best choice we made. We had to sell our home in Florida to buy our home in Tennessee. We had never bought and sold at the same time before much less doing both in two different states. We were very nervous but Jamison assured us from day 1 that he would guide us through the process and be available to us at anytime. And he was! He took it upon himself to reach out to our selling agent in Florida, our lender and the title companies involved to make sure John and I didn’t have to worry about anything. We picked our house in Tennessee sight unseen because we did not have the time to fly back and forth. Jamison went to the home and did video walk through twice for us. He was there when we could not be there for the inspection. Kept in contact with the builder to represent us and make sure any issues were resolved before closing. We closed on our home in Florida then hit the road for Tennessee. When we got to our new home Jamison was there to greet us and do our final walkthrough with us. After closing he was reaching out to make sure we were good and to let us know he was there for us if we needed anything even after we closed. After we closed we had a minor issue with our refrigerator and he jumped right into action to deal with the builder to get it fixed. Jamison made what could have been a very stressful out of state move for my husband and I into a very easy and pleasant experience. Thank you Jamison. After over 5 months of searching in an absolutely insane market me and my wife just closed on our first home with Jake Gomes. It was a ton of work and I think we may have looked at 100 houses, but each weekend like clock work Jake would have a list of homes for us to view. Even in off hours, he was within an arm's reach with any questions I had or properties I found while scrolling aimlessly on my phone at 8:30 at night, often to have a showing set up for the next day. I gave them him our budget and on every offer we made he worked with us to make sure it was appealing to the sellers and fiscally responsible for us. In today's market, especially in Nashville, it's not uncommon that despite having a great offer you just get outbid by someone with a much larger cash offer, its the nature of the game. However, after a lot of proposals we found a great house, and we actually got it below asking. The entire closing process was seamless and transparent, especially since we worked with a local bank that Jake had done a lot of work with in the past. There was a ton of communication between myself, our realtor Jake, and the mortgage lender which made purchasing my first home a breeze honestly. All in all, great experience and would highly recommend.

So happy I found the Anderson group when I began my search for a house in and surrounding Nashville.
