I went in To The Athlete's foot on the weekend, Andrew's service was more than helpful than other active wear and footwear shoe shops I have tried in the CBD I will definitely be coming back here. He took care in assessing my foot size and gait. Thank you for making me feel welcomed and valued. He also recommended a podiatrist in the CBD for my foot pain. If you are looking for someone very knowledgeable this person really knows his stuff I highly recommend.

In city for lunch but walking past and thought I need new shoes for gym so called in and served by Andrew who was very helpful. Had 3D measurement of feet taken and ended up buying a pair of New Balance shoes for $130 which were $120 cheaper than the Brooks I was looking at. Really good support but kept in box as didn't want to get them filthy walking around the city, as city is absolutely filthy, save them for the gym.

Staff/Management have no customer service skills or even interest! I bought shoes online that looked different in store. Unused, unworn, they wouldn't exchange the shoes for the exact same brand/model in a different colour. Now I have expensive shoes I don't really like...and won't ever shop Athletes Foot again(after buying many pairs here previously!). Avoid!

Lily was super patient and pointed out that my left foot is bigger than my right and was probably why my last pair did not last as long as I hoped, offered me at least 6 options before I settled on a pair. Great service as always. Wouldnt let me do a 2nd review so just deleted my old one which was for Emma who was amazing too.

My five stars go to the superb customer service and the wide variety of shoes. It was my 1st time at Athlete's foot. They took a 3d scan for my feet and selected the best shoes accordingly. Athlete's Foot raised the bar high when it comes to buying shoes. Shout out to Amy who was super patient and informative.

The service I received today from Amy, let alone the other staff was just simply excellent. The technology used was excellent, their interpretation of the of the output was excellent and subsequent recommendation regarding footwear was was 100% correct. I cannot recommend this store enough.

Dropped in to get a 3D image/check of our feet and if we needed orthotics or additional support. Served by Amy who was absolutely brilliant. So knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. She was delightful to deal with, and a really amazing advert for customer service. Thanks Amy.
