Had the same experience as other customers, came in after a threading and it is $15 on the price list, after she finished the job which is one minute she said done. And then she charged $20, but I said I just did threading which is $15, she said it’s shaping too so it’s $20. Very bad service and dishonest. Will not step in here again.

I had the absolute worst experience at this brow threading salon. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Not only did they charge me extra $20 instead of $15 without informing me it was for shaping, but the result was incredibly unsatisfactory.
