I had my lashes tinted & lifted, I've had these services before (not through Beauty & Brow) so was aware straight away that things were not "right". But ignored my feelings, thinking I was just anxious about going to a new beauty place. After being told the solution needed to be on my eye lashes for 40 minutes it was close to an hour before someone removed the chemicals, my eyes were burning & I was able to tell instantly my eyelashes had been over processed causing them to curl back into my eyelid, I had to rush to another appointment so made a time to come back to express my concern. I was told three different reasons as to why "this was normal" by the same girl in the space of one conversation. When I called her out on this "how can it be all three issues at the same time?" she back tracked and offered for me to come in, in two weeks time to have the process re-done - however as I've had these treatments before I was fully aware that repeating the process again in such a small timeframe would result in my eyelashes FALLING OUT (you need to wait 6-8 weeks for all the lashes to regrow before lifting again) when I mentioned this to the "professional" she just shrugged her shoulders, I walked out speechless. DO NOT GO HERE! **also the pathetic generic responses from the company to these negative reviews do no make up for any of the damage they're unqualified staff are inflicting on patrons, you need to (re)train your staff as they're beautician cowboys and are going to seriously injure someone some day!! You should not be operating, especially as a franchise!

I have had made a call for waxing today at 12:04 and asked if they have waxing appointment available. Someone answered call and stated it is available and do not have to book an appointment. When I visited the store two ladies were doing threading of two customers. As soon as I entered, first all was asked why I was there, I mentioned for waxing, one of the lady very rudely and by making a stupid face asked me, do you have an appointment, again explained I contacted the shop and was told no need to make appointment and can come anytime. She was rude on this and started argument. When the other one confirmed she answered the call but did confirm that appointment was not needed. Then the first again said rudely, ok Take a seat which was very unwilling to accept that she had to accept now that she was wrong. Anyhow, I don’t think anyone would like to be served with this kind of attitude or behaviour when you do gently entering the shop and you have to go through unnecessary argument. Even if you don’t want to serve, atleast say it nicely may be the other person will understand. But the way you are treating people is horrible, may be it is just me. But I felt so unfairly treated and then Putting the customer in a position to say inappropriate words is hurting you so badly. Please think how you treat someone coming to your shop after a confirmed phone call and making them feel so unwelcome. How would you react. Atleast, learn some customer service manners. Most horrible experience and a degraded services. ZERO star actually. Surprisingly Ridiculous.

I would not recommend this place at all. I went in for an eyebrow tint as it was super cheap ($12). She put tint over my eyebrows but did not shape it at all (wipe excess off). The tint was laid all over my skin around my eyebrows. I was worried that it would tint my skin around my eyebrows but the worker assured me that it would not. She then sat in the chair next to me and started talking in her language with another worker. Without timing at all, she came over after what seemed to be 5 minutes and wiped off the product. After telling her that I do not see a difference, I was informed that "it would darken over time". However, when I first came in, she said it would fade and lighten and that it would last about 2 weeks?? She then told me to try eyebrow threading to make it look "better". Another customer had the same treatment as me, she already had hers applied before I even came in. When I left, the customer was still in her chair waiting? I did not even bother to continue to argue more at this point as it was only a $12 service. I now use an eyebrow tint from Woolworths for the same price and the tube lasts me months, product is also way more noticeable on my eyebrows. Save your money ladies.

I walked in and asked if they had any appointments available for eyelash and brow tint and she said yes and sat me down. Then went out the back and left everyone sitting there for 30 minutes alone! Most people also waiting left by the time she came back. I was finally attended to and she barely asked me what I wanted before putting dye on my brows and lashes. Then left again! The dye started burning my eyelids and I had no one to ask for help as no one was there. When she finally took it off, it was so smudged on my eyes and my lids, it just looked like I hadn't wiped off my makeup from the night before. I sat there for 10 minutes scrubbing my skin trying to remove all the excess while she stood there and told me it's messy because I need to also shape my brows (which I definitely don't and never have needed to). Zero customer service, I felt vulnerable and in pain and ignored. I will never be coming back and if you are thinking of going here because of how nice and professional it looks, I would seriously reconsider.

ZERO STAR for poor customer service. I went for getting my eyebrows done on 5/1/24 at around 6:45 pm. Looks like the lady who was providing the service at time, figured out a way to deny the customer as it was Friday evening. She told me she is the only one working at that moment and is currently occupied with a customer ( which is fine by me as I was ready to wait) and that there is another customer who is in the queue, but there was no one else sitting there at that moment( which I reckon was another lie from them to sit idle). And, she has to go for a break after that as well. She told me there is a waiting period of 35 - 40 minutes as she is by herself. Just few seconds after I left, I saw another woman who works there, walked in and sat idle at the reception. When I confronted them about their lie, they started arguing with me in an unprofessional and in unethical manner. P.S. To Owner: These women you have hired seems to be super lethargic who find irrelevant reasons to avoid the customer and to do any work.

The interior looks cute with a soft ambiance. The staff however need to work on their customers service. I've just moved here and am looking for a place for my regular brows maintenance. The ladies there don't say hi when you walk in, I had my underarms waxed and a stony face girl pointed where to go. In NZ when it's more than brows like underarms and Brazilian they do everything in one room. So I assumed it was the same, only for the girl to just finish my underarms and then looked at me expectantly like I knew where to go next. It wasn't until I asked she confirmed that I needed to go back out. And no the place was not jam packed. They were not friendly and just got the job done. I am not going back there for sure.

Very average service but I still go there religiously every fortnight considering it's the only clean brow place near my house.Very unreliable service,you can never be sure whether you'll get served or be turned away. Asked to make an appointment for waxing the following day but 1 staff said "it's walk in" . So the next day (Thursday) I walk in at 7pm for waxing, only to be told that they are not taking anymore customers for the evening. There have been times when they have shut their doors 45 mins before the closing time & not let me in. I went in at 4.50 on 1/11 only to be told that they have finished counting the till & cannot take me in , while the staff sat there chatting.

Horrible service and very unprofessionally run. I went in to get henna brows and a wax, was turned away due to the wax not being ready which was fine they told me to come back in 20 minutes and I did. When I came back there were people in front of me and they told me “they couldn’t hold my spot” after telling me to leave and come back. Then when I finally got to the chair I asked for henna brows to be told that “they aren’t very good at them” and they have had bad reviews for their henna. Appreciate the honesty but what sort of specialised brow salon can’t do something as basic as henna? Very disappointing, Werribee is worth the drive, much more skilled in what they do.

A very disappointing experience today from this store. I booked an appointment for a refill for my eyelash extensions. Got there at 2:15. Waiting, waiting, waiting until 2:45pm. I could see only one lady was working but it was another lay that does the eyelashes. I told the girl I had an appointment at 2:30, it’s almost 3pm, she then advises me it’s another 15-20 minutes. Sorry, but no. If I wanted a 3:30pm appointment, I’d have made it for that time. Customers walked in and walked out due to the lengthy wait as one lady working on her own at the front. Don’t take appointment’s if you cannot offer the service.

Went here for eyebrow threading and they ruined my brows. It seems like the people working here doesn’t have the proper training to do their job well-also noted the lack of polite interaction with costumers. The initial person to do my eyebrows (who ruined it) didn’t even apologise until she was told by the other staff to do so. Her first reaction was to argue that she didn’t do anything wrong. The other staff tried to fixed my brows which I appreciate but I still ended up going home with uneven brows because one can only do so much. Will definitely not go back here. Poor service and attitude from some staff.

Have not been disappointed with this beauty parlour the few times I've been in, however, I do suggest they have a more organized system with appointments or walk ins seeing as they are almost always busy. Maybe walk in clients can grab a number when they walk in then wait to be served in order of who arrived first. Other than that, the place is always clean, staff are always friendly, all treatments and services are great. Same feedback goes for the branch located in the city, at the emporium.

This is the worst beauty place I have ever visited. I went to the Melton store and the lady was super rude. I did my eyebrows before I went in and asked her to follow my shape and not change much, just clean it up. I NOW HAVE NO EYEBROWS LEFT!! she threaded 80% of my eyebrows and proceeded to yell in my face and tell me to “wait for the tint”. This is the second time they have ruined my eyebrows and continue to hire people who don’t care about ruining someone’s face and whole mood.

I will have to give a 3 star rating unfortunately. The only person at the Melton Beauty & Brow parlour who deserves 5 stars is Gurvinder. She is professional, lovely and fantastic at what she does. I have been going to her for years! And will continue to do so. HOWEVER it’s the other girls who let the store down. I feel they would really benefit from some training in customer service. They are unapproachable and just the other day I called the salon only to be hung up on.

But yesterday there was a new lady once she done my eyebrows I saw my brows are not even and neat so I just ask her fix that mistake and she charged me extra $5 for her mistake.Total $15...It's insane. never get their service again or recommend to anyone.. ps. On Saturday, 15th of July, around 10:20am. I came to get my eye brows clean up. There was only one worker at that time, she has the worst customer service I ever experienced and I told her I just needed clean up. She was very rude and made my eyebrows look totally different, she made one smaller than the other. It looked really horrible. I almost wanted to cry. I do not recommend to anyone. I don’t think i will ever comeback to the shop again.

If I could give zero I would. Came in with my sister and both our eyebrows are ruined. Now I will never hear the end of this from my younger brother and it was only my second and last ever time. I look like red from angry birds with my lopsided eyebrows and my poor sister looks like a goat had eaten a chunk out of her eyebrow. Will not be returning EVER. Avoid unless you wanna be there next cartoon lookalike victim.

I have been there for waxing on my arms, underarms and legs. I have told her that my skin is sensitive. I also mentioned here that I could feel the wax hot and I am not comfortable. She insisted that it’s normal. She burnt my both underarms skin. She just said that I had an allergic reaction and it was not her mistake at all. ashe was not admitting it. I went to doctor and the doctor said it is definitely a burn.

my mum got her eyebrows done here and the lady that did her eyebrow threading was very rude to her and before she got them done they looked the same but after the lady did it she made one smaller than the other. the lady made her wait 20 mins and completely forgot about her she said to us to wait 10 mins but we ended up waiting 20 mins they are really rude and unprofessional me and my mum wont be coming back

i don't like the fact that i told them just to shape my eyebrows not to make it thin, they end up making my right side thin so they basically not the same at all its so frustrating that it happen twice. i came back and ask them to fix it and then they did fix it but both of my eyebrows are so thin. i hope it wont happen and pls try not rushing it so you guys can do it good next time.

Everytime I come to this place I’m constantly let down with the lack of professional customer service. I again was not greeted walking into the store and sat there for a very long time, not even a smile or an estimation of how long until I would be seen. The workers look like they hate life and definitely don’t look happy to be giving this service to our community. Very disappointed

It was on saturday at 3.30 pm. The lady who did my threading was very rude. She made my everybrows one small and one really thick. When i asked her its not same she was not even accepting . You guys are charging 27 dollars for threading and the service you are giving is not acceptable. Will not gonna vidit this place again.

Just had leg wax and bikini wax. I asked for full leg she said oh you only need half. Get home take jeans off and hairs left everywhere on legs. Bikini looks like its barely been touched. Room filthy. Lady extremely abrupt and hard to communicate with. Never again will I go here. Waste of $65.00. I now have to do myself.

You need Google translate. They talk so quickly that you can hardly understand them and they're quick to judge which makes you quite uncomfortable. They don't help you choose what you want and go straight in to the work that you didn't ask for them to do. However, I was lucky to walk out satisfied.

Had my brows threaded here along with my eyelashes tinted. An excellent job done by the lady along with great service. I will be sure to be back. It’s a shame there are some negative reviews here - some people just seem like they want to whinge about something. Thanks for your lovely work.

Few days ago I visited there on wednesday and there is two ladies and cleaning the store and there no any other customer and I visited there at 4:50 pm and they both are very rude and said we are closing the store. So we can't do threading and they both are indian ladies. Ridiculous.

I get my eyebrows waxed here and have never had an issue at all. They are clean, well priced and quick. Highly recommend coming here for your brow needs. They have other beauty services too, just not sure exactly what they are.
