Hollie is such a lovely person and really strives to make your experience as relaxing as possible. She does her work with such care and love. She genuinely wants her clients to feel comfortable and safe. I got the brow lam and lash lift and I'm beyond happy with the results! I always get anxious to have people touch my brows but I felt like I could trust her and I was right! She has incredible attention to detail and takes the time to make sure it's done correctly. Hollie is the best brow and lash woman in the business! Not only is she an absolute sweetheart and a pleasure to be around, I have never received more compliments on my lashes and brows than when Hollie has worked her magic! She is incredible at understanding and delivering the type of look that I like. I drive from the other side of Melbourne to see her because she is so worth it. I even got a compliment from Heidi Klum on my brows when I was overseas so cannot think of any more lovely words to say about her work!

From the very start of the appointment Hollie made me feel extremely welcome and comfortable! Her space is inviting and gorgeously styled, she has even added extra touches like after care cards and a loyalty card system! Hollie made my very difficult and almost invisible brows shine! They were beautifully shaped and laminated, I left with a huge smile on my face. I highly recommend Hollie, she is experienced at her craft and is warm in her service. Hollie not only offers an amazing service on the brows and lashes, she gives you the whole package. I have never felt so comfortable in an appointment before. She set the vibes perfectly within her studio, allowed for a full after work wind down while also getting my beauty treatment in. She was extremely gentle and delivered EXACTLY what I was wishing for. This was not just a beauty service, it was also a relaxation experience. She is perfection!

I love my brows! Hollie did an amazing job. I originally went for a brow lamination but on arrival, Hollie observed my brows and recommended I go for a brow dye and tidy as she noticed my brows had been over processed from my previous salon. I always respect a beautician who can give you honest advice and I’m looking forward to getting my brows to a healthy state so I can eventually get a lamination with Hollie!

No where else I would go! Hollie works so hard to ensure she knows exactly what you’re looking for and makes the whole experience really comfortable and enjoyable. I was never into lashes and brows too much but am now obsessed and always look and feel amazing afterwards. She’s also the best value I’ve found in the area! Love my appointments at the nook it’s a great little space.

Was such a great experience with Hollie and so glad I trusted her with my first brow lamination. She warned me I'd be shocked at first (which I was) but after 24 hours loved how they looked. Hollie is a gem! It’s so nice to find a quality technician in the west who’s also a quality human. She’s fantastic at lashes and makes you feel comfortable from start to finish. I really appreciate how down to earth she is and her genuine care for her clients. Plus her gorgeous space is so cosy and smells like desserts highly recommend!!
