If you're serious about your body, this is the place to be. It's a well run no BS old skool gym. The overpriced chains could really learn a thing or two from a gym as this. If you don't feel empowered like Rocky every time you walk in there, regardless of body type and gender, I don't know what gym would motivate you to get in or stay in shape. It's clean, very well equipped and run. My only gripe has nothing to do with the gym, but some other gym goers not putting weights back after use, but that really isn't an issue. For those who may feel self-conscious, don't be, you're there for a reason and everyone else is too concerned with themselves to be looking at anyone else, I can say though members are helpful to one another and have no problem helping or offering advice.

£10 for a daypass, £45 for a month I believe. So many machines, and they have a food station there for any shakes or even chicken if you want I would argue there’s slightly TOO many machines, and if you’re here for the first time it’s a bit difficult to understand where everything is, especially how there’s 2 floors. The free weights is a bit underwhelming, bench is rubbish material, squat racks are meh, bars are frequently bent, and there’s no powerlifting bars. The weights are also quite scattered around the place. Finding matching pairs is tough, but I guess people use them for machines so it doesn’t really matter Staff are nice and people had good vibes as well Good for bodybuilders, not good for powerlifters/strongman

Fantastic Gym, one of the best in London. Loads of equipment, all in good condition, plus plenty of space, so even when its busy, it doesn't feel too crowded. Best of all, this is a proper gym with lots of free weights (although quite a few machines too) that will appeal to bodybuilders and powerlifters, however it is also welcoming and friendly for newbies. Staff are experienced and helpful. Parking is limited but available, public transport links are good.

I've been to a lot of gyms all over the country and especially when I'm on holiday abroad. I have to say this is by far the best gym I have ever been to hands down. It's never too crowded, doesn't get hot and stuffy, has brilliant strength and conditioning equipment and the machines are just on point with hitting every muscle groups you can ever think of. Overall a total bad ass gym which I will be using for a very long time,

Very good gym good atmosphere and the staff are nice and friendly. I like how the gym has a food bar also where they make shakes and eveything you need for the gym before a workout or after one. I wound say only thing they need to switch up is some of the old plates as they look like someone has been chewing on them apart from that I would highly recommend giving this gym a try.

This is a top class gym, really happy with the changes made to make this gym covid secure with the temperature checks on arrival, the capacity limit so that social distancing can be maintained and the cleaners who work tirelessly disinfecting and wiping down the equipment. They now serve food which i need to try one day but looks good from I've seen others eat.

Just joined. Has everything you need. Lots of proper muscle building equipment. What I like about this place is that it also has excellent customer services which is unusual for body builder gyms. I visited other gyms in the area before choosing this one mainly because of the fact that the people working their were polite, warm and welcoming.

Very good place, improved since the last time I came here. The only negatives are that the classes have all been cancelled due to lack of space. And even worse the steam room has been "out of order" for over a year, but otherwise a very good gym with a wide selection of equipment for must about every part of your body

Excellent premium equipment selection. Location is always clean and fresh with nice staff and members all around. However, some of the equipment is damaged such as the barebells and some plates are literally ripped. Would be nice to see some updated/new equipment for the price or some refits.

Speaking as someone that used to have a membership here when it was Muscleworks and loved it there unfortunately this gym doesn't meet the standards set by the old gym. Changing Room was messy, the gym itself didn't feel as clean as how it used to be under previous ownership.

This gym was not good At all , all the machine r so old and not working properly an membership is so expensive And stuff r absolutely rode , not even worth it to try …

Great gym with an absolutely huge range of equipment. Friendly staff and a motivating gym environment. If you want to start your fitness or body development journey you won't be disappointed joining this gym being surrounded with both passionate staff and gym members.

Been here since 2003 and the whole family trains here! I did leave and train at another gym for a year but ended back here because you can not get any better than the range of equipment it has here.

Really good place to work out. Used to to muscle works enfield. Great staff especially Aleks, Izzy, Jenny & James/Paul. Brilliant place to train, machines that actually get you a proper workout.

A true mecca if we talking gym. No suit and tie cardio gym goers. Some truly amazing people work out here and every time I'm there I feel inspired to go further and be better!

Fantastic gym, loads of equipment and space to train. A proper place for people who want to train hard without all the frills of country club. Definitely recommend.

Gym is reasonable for the price but most cardio equipment is old, damaged and broken. It’s a good facility for weigh training but rubbish for anything else.

A quality gym with friendly members and friendly staff. Lots of free weights and machines depending on your taste. Free parking is available too.

Everything you need for a full body work out. Cardio machines have been broken for over a year though and no signs of replacing or fixing.

Good equipment but some need to be replaced. Great friendly vibe. Floor always looks dirty. Not sure what the cleaners do all day.
