Dropped in on Black Friday night for a shop, and was blown away by how lovely, professional and kind Vaish was! She greeted us super warmly upon arrival and asked for our vaccination status in a kind but professional manner. (Always a wonderful thing!) After our shop, where we had some trouble at the trouble, she also kindly gifted us the gift of joy, and we were blown away by the kindness once again. Her friendliness and professionalism really made our night and wanted to give her a shoutout for amazing customer service.

This is the only good location for this store in Melbourne. The employees actually speak to me and actively help. Every location should be as good as this one. Other Body Shop locations they ignore me or brush me off when I walk in or ask for help, probably because I am a guy. Went in here a few times and got product demonstrations and recommendations! The manager here was especially helpful.

Great experience at the Emporium store today. I went in looking for some Shea Butter moisturiser products and was served by Sean who was very helpful and informative. He showed me the various products available through the samples to allow me to pick the right one. Would highly recommend, especially if you're unsure what you need.

I love the products and all, however, their latest promo have made me and 3 of my other friends confused. We thought the Body Cream was on Sale for 10 dollars each but it's only on that price if you bought another product on full price. Then they gave me a 5 dollar voucher for my next purchase. Thanks so much...

Sean was amazingly helpful. They went through every option of face mask, explaining the benefits of each and even provided my friend with a sample of one of the products that they didn't sell the mini for. They were a wonderful reminder of what excellent and friendly service is :)

Big beautiful store with heaps of products to choose from and everything in stock. The staff member who assisted us was lovely, gave us a product recommendation that was exactly what we were looking for.

I visited Body Shop to compare their prices from the Philippines and I was happy to learn that they didn't have much difference. But I would have been happier if it was cheaper here.
