I ordered a shawl as a retirement gift for a colleague. Unfortunately, there were third party delivery delays. Alison jumped to the rescue, chose an alternate shawl and even delivered it to me so that I would have it in time for the retirement party. She went above and beyond the call of duty, and my colleague loves her shawl.

A true gem. Amazing quality, selection and customer service. The first sweater I purchased from them was in 2003 and I still wear it to this day! They also do custom orders, which is an amazing option I haven't found anywhere else. Highly recommended if you want top quality cashmere or to be know as the best gift giver ;)

Very helpful staff. I received a gift (leggings) and needed to exchange it. Call and confirmed that they had the right size and set up the pick up. Note that because of the pandemic you can't enter the store but the exchange was handled at the door and staff was careful to make sure everything was sorted out.

I absolutely love The Cashmere Shop! Having purchased many items, including hats, socks and the boyfriend pants (I have now have 3!), they are all of beautiful and amazing quality. Alison and her team are extremely knowledgeable, very supportive and go 'that extra mile' assisting their clientele.

I ordered one of their long skull caps online and accidentally selected "pickup" for my order when I meant to ship to my address. They were able to sort that issue out quickly and I received my order a few days later :) Very happy with my product and with the service!
