I’d be going to the cat clinic with my two cats for around 10 years and then I moved away…..I went last week, I’ve enjoyed the other vets that I attended but I’d remembered why I enjoyed going to The Cat Clinic so much once I was back last week. Sylvia, the vet working that evening was great, she just clipped my cats nails as she was checking him out, he didn’t like it but she just continued and it wasn’t a bother! I loved that! They have gotten thicker because he was older and some of the other vets wouldn’t do them, as he protested loudly or id forgot to ask specifically for them to be trimmed and they just wouldn’t get done. I also like that there are only cats, strange but true my cats are afraid of dogs and seeing them in the waiting room would stress them out. Plus the hours work really well for me, they don’t close at 4pm or have a last appointment slot at 430pm. Attending a 6pm appointment allows “me” to go with my cats not harass my friends to take them because I couldn’t get away from work earlier.Again another very big plus for The Cat Clinic

Absolutely adore The Cat Clinic! The staff at Paddington are amazing and so very caring & kind. They go above and beyond for me and my cat every time. Susan is absolutely wonderful... She set me and my cat up in a room upstairs to wait for her surgery, and came up between clients just to chat with me and keep me company; it really meant a lot to me. She's always very gentle with my very nervous cat and always makes me feel better when I get anxious. Nick, who did the surgery, is also incredible. He took care of my cat for a week after a big surgery five years ago, when he had just started at The Cat Clinic, and he still remembered her so clearly all this time later. He went through her care & treatment details very clearly with me and was very helpful when I called with concerns. He's just so wonderful with both cats and their owners. Everyone at Paddington has such a calming, caring presence. The prices are also incredibly reasonable, and considerably lower than the big brand vets. We will never go anywhere else for vet care.

Such a unique place focused on all things feline. We came in as a transfer from the animal hospital and we were able to get in that morning. We saw Dr. Georgia who was obviously very well informed, kind and friendly. We had a friend see Dr Georgia when her cat was diagnosed with FIP- and were happy to have her in consult. Dr. Georgia is so diligent, and kept us updated through our cats diagnosis journey, calling a few times on his first day of admission to confirm diagnostics. Our cat had an obstruction removed surgically and recovered very quickly. Clean, well done surgery area clearly done by a great vet, they gave him a full clip and managed to not nick him with the clippers despite his thin skin- clearly amazing nursing team as well. I cannot express how appreciative we are for the care provided to us by the team and we are beyond thankful for support and care of our fur child. Special thanks to Dr Georgia for her amazing work.

A lovely team of professionals run the Paddington Cat Clinic. A clinic dedicated to cats is a brilliant idea. Our little man has no issues with visiting the vet and makes it very clear he feels right at home by purring the entire time we are there. All staff members are knowledgeable and have a passion for cats which is apparent from the first phone call. Very clean environment with a cat enclosure usually occupied by a little friend (rescue cat/s). They also send out holiday cards addressed to your fur baby during the holiday season with a small gift and some useful information. A very personal touch which demonstrate the way in which this business is run.

I made an appointment here but when I turned up there was no parking in the area. They said it was a busy time of day and they could take the cat carrier from me while I parked down the road. My cats are indoor cats and they get very stressed around busy roads. Having convenient parking at the vet is very important to me. So I changed to a different cat clinic location which had better parking and suited me better. I'm sure the service provided is great just as it is at other clinics but for me the location and lack of parking didn't work out.

We've trusted the cat clinic with our little old lady cat for well over a decade - they show nothing but kindness and care toward her (and it doesn't go astray when they comment how adorable she is of course!) and always take our concerns seriously. We've been to all locations over the years and the customer service and standard of veterinary care is always outstanding. At nearly 18 years old this is a testament to how well she has been looked after. Thank you for everything you have done for us and I am sure for what you will keep doing! ❤️

This place is a wonderful veterinary clinic! I rushed my cat here yesterday and the whole experience was really pleasant. You can tell that the vet and the vet nurses love cats and they are very knowledgeable. I also appreciate that the vet gave me a few treatment options, explained everything that was going on and didn’t insist on doing a bunch of expensive tests that he didn’t think were necessary. My baby is now back to his normal self and we have found our new regular vet.

Cant recommend these guys enough!! Went above and beyond to accommodate myself and my kitten. Professional service from start to finish: from booking, drop off, pick up, and walking me through the entire appointment/procedure. She handled her visit with ease and had a great recovery. Week after the fact, we got a follow up letter and even a little treat in the mail :-) Would give 6 stars if I could!

The most amazing vet experience we’ve ever had. They were so thorough with our persian cat Loki. They took their time, answered all of our questions and genuinely seemed like they cared! They even sent a little cat toy in the mail with a “welcome to the cat clinic letter” after our visit. Super impressed and so glad we took our fur baby here!!

Perfect experience, they were helpful and they explain the technical side of things very well. You can feel the passion in the vets and nurses. My cat has now 8 teeth left and I have been warned that he will probably need to get the rest taken out in a couple of years. Definitly coming back for his dental work when that happens.

Exceptional vet practice. We have four cats & have been with them for 12 years. Same fabulous staff throughout. Says a great deal. They’ve immense knowledge of feline medicine and are incredibly caring. Pip and Lisa have gone out of their way on several occasions to support us. Don’t know what we would have done without them.

Despite my furry children being absolute horrors when they come here for their check ups, the nurses at the clinic are so professional and skilled at what they do, and always with a smile. Pippa and Lisa are always going above and beyond to put first the wellbeing of whoever they treat. Can't recommend highly enough.

Very friendly staff, very caring and loving towards my cat. All procedures and fees discussed upfront and reasonably priced. They also explained the how's and whys which is always good. Great experience so very glad I moved to the area this will be my regular vet for my 15yr old cat from now on.

Literally just sent me an appointment reminder for an annual appointment today even after knowing my cat DIED two months ago. Cannot believe the insensitivity. I called them the week after she passed and spoke to their receptionist Lucy to inform them. They were VERY aware.
