10/10 do not recommend if you are looking to buy for a special occasion or holiday. My sister in law and I bought flowers for Mother's day that we preordered 2 weeks in advance and set a time to pick them up but this morning when we went to pick the bouquets we waited over 40 minutes. Now I understand that this morning would be busy for them because of Mother's day and they probably had a lot of orders but the fact that they sent us an email yesterday saying that our flowers were ready yesterday and we set a time to pick up is ridiculous. Also when we got there and called we waited 30 minutes until we had to call again to ask when our flowers would be out. We were told that they would go to the back and bring them right out but we ended up waiting another 10 minutes before we got them and the flowers that we were given didn't even look like the picture. Now I also understand that not every flower is going to look the same or have the same placement but the fact that we order a flower set that consists of all purple flowers and we got a bouquet that had all pink and white flowers is ridiculous and for the price that we paid for them makes it even more upsetting. I have never been to the shop during regular store hours so maybe it's a better experience but if they are going to continue to be selling bouquets for special occasions they need to work on their system so other people aren't having the same experience as I did. Super frustrated. I ordered flowers from here for my wedding on 5/31. I had a gut feeling and called 2 days before my wedding and they didn't have any record of my order. They assured me they could get my flowers in time and that they would be ready at 10am the day of my wedding. I was told they would call. The day of my wedding I called at 11 because I still hadn't heard from them and was told the flowers would then be ready at 2. Called again after 2 and was told the flowers were still not ready. We ran out of time waiting for the flowers so I ended up getting flowers from the grocery store so I would have something at my wedding. I finally heard back from the shop a day after my wedding telling me they were going to charge my card for the cost of the flowers. My husband talked with the shop and was told that they never call a customer when an order is ready (even though we were told we would get a phone call). Thankfully I was not charged for the cost of the flowers (since I never received them ).

Initially we had some miscommunication in regards to date and time of pickup for my daughters wedding and my concerns of customer service. I will say that not only was it rectified in a timely manner but DEBBIE the owner of this store and TAMMY her senior design specialist went above and beyond to make to make this part of the wedding plans stress free and that all is good for this special day. THANK YOU!!!! it means so much to me and my wife that you worked in an expeditious manner to get this resolved. I LOVE THIS BUSINESS!! As a former designer, I depend and utilize Flower Market all the time when I come home to Ft. Worth and need to design something for my own event, occasions, and needs. I have dropped by for a quick hand bouquet, and even up to boxes and boxes for weddings and parties. I recently went in, no warning, and designed the funeral casket tribute for a family member. They, as usual, have such a wide variety of great quality flowers. The staff there are ALWAYS so customer service oriented and extremely helpful. I have utilized Flower Market for years and will continue to do so!

My mom purchased and had flowers delivered for my birthday. She spent over $100 for a designer’s choice arrangement. This is what was delivered, with no vase and not at all what she ordered. When she called to discuss the issue, the lady she spoke with was extremely rude, and said to her “I don’t know why you’re unhappy, I guess you didn’t read the details of what you bought”. Not a care in the world. My mom has been a customer for many years and this was very disappointing. The Flower Market on 7th by far has been the most accommodating, efficient, and overall best service I’ve experienced. They went above and beyond expectations in helping me with my last minute order. I ordered flowers to be delivered to a friend who just moved to the Fort Worth area. The Flower Market made ordering from out-of-state incredibly easy. Lauren arranged my bouquet, and she went above and beyond to make sure it was exactly how I envisioned from the exact flowers used to the color scheme. I have got flowers from the flower market on 7th several times and they never disappoint! They do such an amazing job , great service and the owners and staff are the sweetest not to mention it’s such a cute place! Lauren recently made a custom Halloween bouquet for me and it came out better than I could’ve imagined. I highly recommend this place !!

So I needed some flowers in emergency and I was in the area and this shop totally saved the day!!! They have a huge shop with a section where you pick your own flowers and some of these flowers are exotic and beautiful, their bunches are well priced and I’m glad I came. We’ll keep this place in mind for future reference which I hope is soon

I love this flower market. I chose to do my own flowers for my wedding. It was a little bit of an undertaking, but they helped me tremendously! Debbie was wonderful, and the designer they have working at the shop was also very helpful and gave me pointers along the way (I’m sorry I forgot your name)! The flowers turned out wonderful!

Very nice shop. Ordered flowers for a friends wedding staff suggested Bridal Pink Piano roses for large cabbage type rose instead of peony because they were out of season. They had tons of petals but were small and almost completely closed.
