My father has been going to this shop for many years. The first time he asked for them to make him a gold signet. They made a women’s ring instead and it came out completely not how my dad asked. He was contacted after giving negative feedback and the ring was remade still not exactly how my dad asked but he gave up and accepted it. Every time the ring was made there was a loss in gold. Today he went in to just simply buy a clasp for a gold necklace, Kirk was the employee who served him. My dad made it clear he wanted to just buy the clasp and change it himself at home but kirk just started to exchange it and when my dad spoke up he was told the price would have been higher but didn’t say any of this before just changing it after my dad asked not to. My dad then asked for the gold broken clasp back and Kirk said it goes to their scraps and he is not allowed to have it back. He has lost so much gold at this point to this place and he is stressed and aggregated every time he comes back from visiting this place. He will not be returning and he does not want to be contacted regarding this review as he’s very dissatisfied with this place.

Was served by Kirk, I took in my watch to have the battery replaced and a silver ring to be soldered. While I was there, Kirk cleaned all of my silver jewellery that I was wearing at the time for free of charge, reshaped a bent ring and even let me park right outside the shop. When collecting my watch I bought a pair of silver hoops. I was worried about the clasp and my worries were right as one of them fell out the very next day but when I went to collect my ring and explained what had happened they allowed me to take an identical silver hoop to replace the one that had been lost. Very good service and lovely staff. Its a shame that the clasp wasn't tight enough in the first place but I was very happy with how they dealt with the situation. Extremely great shop and very nearly a five star review. Thanks to Kirk and the other staff :)

I couldn't be happier with today's service! Three words to describe my experience would be passionate, caring and friendly! Kirk was an absolute pleasure to meet, he was so friendly and kind during my visit! Unlike some other places, there was no pressure to buy rather cared for the service he was providing. Even after a long browse for a nose stud I managed to leave with a 21k bracelet and my initial buy with the generosity of Kirk. When you receive services like this especially in retail it makes you want to revisit and help contribute to business more rather than window shop, especially if you're having a bad day a smile or warmth of a heart can make you happy! We only went into the shop to buy some silver cleaner!! Wow what good customer service!! The 2 gentleman where so helpful!! One cleaned part of our jewellery free of charge before we invested in the silver cleaner, to show us how beautiful it cleaned our jewellery!! We quickly invested in it!! Excellent quality!! Having Travelled to hundreds of jewellers across London (including the likes of Hatton Garden) I felt blessed to have found Gold centre at a critical time where workshops were closing for Christmas. They were there with open arms, offering me a speedy service and providing me with a perfect semi-mount in under 24-hours. They followed my detailed specifications for resizing the ring and setting my diamond by using their in-house workshop and techniques - all for a reasonable price. Both Charlie and Kirk showed an immense level of professionalism, putting into account my particular style and strict deadline. After this experience, I will always recommend their exceptional services and will return to them for future projects.

Yesterday I brought a Travel Perfume bottle from there. When I tried to fill it up it was leaking. Brought it back to exchange Today as obviously faulty, I was charged an extra £10 for other bottle which was exactly the same price. Very disappointed as I've brought from them in the past on few occasions and no issues but mostly by a different person. I found the Man who served me todays actions to be a Greedy and unfair one but its ok, £10 loses years of good custom. Please do check items before you leave to save that type of Action to fall on you! Its only £10, but Wrong is wrong! Lesson learnt and needless to say never to buy from there again! May he be blessed with it

Highly recommended!!! Kirk and Sherry are simply amazing and extraordinary professional. I went there with my Piaget possession ring which was broken after I was told by Piaget that the ring is unfixable. There was a piece missing on one of the 3 tini spinning wheels and I was ready to throw it in the bin. They got it fixed, polished it and it looks like new! In addition to this, they took off an engraving from another Piaget ring for 10£ and again - looks like new. This place is highly recommendable when it comes to high end jewellery!!!

Brought my teenagers in the Christmas holidays for ear piercings. Kirk was great especially as one of them was quite anxious. He was very reassuring and calm and she had both ears done for first time and it was done very quickly, painlessly and professionally. She has been following up with cleaning instructions and all good. My other teenager was getting a second piercing in one ear. Again this was done perfectly! Got my ring stuck on my finger a few weeks back, really stressful situation thought I’d have to go to A&E, the gold centre said they would cut it off for £15, worth the money considering I’d of been in the hospital for 6-8 hours. Completely painless and they fixed the ring for an extra £15, looks amazing and they cleaned it up! It was sentimental so was extremely thankful! Hope I never need this service again but would HUGELY recommend if you are ever in this situation!

WOW excellent customer service. ordered a personalised necklace online went to the store to look at chains and it was already done, I was expecting it to be longer! Kirk was super kind gave us the chain for free as there was not many letters, two gift boxes as I was unsure which to choose, told me I could get the chain adjusted if need be. The necklace was perfect just what I wanted and great value for money to boot. This shop is a real gem.

Kirk offers a truly fantastic service. He is very quick to respond on emails regarding any questions i had before coming in to the shop. Kirk made my brand new watch two links smaller in size on the strap. He did this within 2 minutes of me walking into the shop! I went here to get my gold bangle repaired as it had snapped. Kirk was very helpful. I told him I did not want the bangle sent off anywhere as it was very precious to me, and he told me to come in on Saturday morning as the repair guy is there then and he would fix it on the spot. I gladly did, and I am very happy with the result. Great repair - very good workmanship, and good price too. Will be recommending to friends.

The person who served us was Rahil. He was a kind person and helped me throughout the process. He gave me knowledgeable advice in how to maintain and how to keep clean my chain. He polished my chain on the spot at high standard, would hundred percent go back there again. The chain looked brain new.The price is affordable as well. The shop was clean and was a friendly environment and had a positive atmosphere.

This jewellery store has a great selection and staff friendly and helpful. The items are good quality am very pleased with the ring I purchased. There was a slight mix up with price as the tag on pad said one price & when scanned at checkout there was a difference not in my favour. After some deliberation the gentleman serving offered to meet in middle which we mutually agreed. Overall a good experience.

Came in with my friend to exchange some GBP to USD earlier today. I was greeted with a smile as I walked in and introduced to Charlie. He quoted me a very good rate for my exchange and was even willing to round up the change in my favour because he heard I was a student. Used to buy gifts from the shop until the day I realized I was scammed. Bought a bracelet 18ct gold from them and they said it weights 14.7g. A year after my wife sold it and took it to different jewelers and it weighted 11.25g at 3 different locations. I went back to the shop and told the manager face to face that I was scammed. He said there is nothing he can do because it’s just words. Stay away!

I highly recommend the store, not only do they have beautiful jewellery, but they are very helpful and kind. About two months ago I was unable to remove a ring which I had purchased the night before at a different store. My finger was extremely swollen and I couldn‘t take it off. Amazing jewelers paired with amazing customer service. We went to the Gold Centre to buy a 30th birthday gift for our friend. In the first instance Kirk had helped us pick a suitable gift and offered to have it especially made so it would be one of a kind. He was so helpful talking through the weight and size of the gold necklace. Could not rate the service higher - 5 stars doesn't quite cut it.

I came to the Gold centre with my friend the other day looking for a ring , Kurt was very helpful and friendly and whilst my friend was finishing off her purchase,he took my rings and got them cleaned and they came back sparkling looking brand new ! I popped in today and want some work / engraving done on a ring. I was told to come back on Sat when Charlie would be in. Kirk however very kindly said he would clean the ring there and then to save me time on sat. He also then offer to buff and clean my wedding band and engagement ring. Fantastic jewellers would highly recommend the staff are so friendly and make you feel very welcome I had a problem with a cartilage piercing which was done somewhere else the gentleman had a look and sorted out the problem for me and gave me instructions of what to do to keep it clean for the after care so very impressed definitely my jewellers from now on.

A Native American bracelet I have- that is very special to me - recently snapped. I was convinced it couldn’t be repaired but Kirk immediately put my mind at rest and it was fixed beautifully within the hour. I couldn't be happier with the service they provided. I brought in a fairly intricate ring and asked to have it made a size smaller. The work was literally seamless: it's impossible to tell how they did it or where they made the change, but the ring fits more snugly than it ever has. I'll be coming back here in the future.

Took my 8 year old daughter to have her ears pierced. I was extremely impressed with how sterile and clean it was and considering she is not very good with pain, it was done so quickly and she didn't even realise the man had pierced them!!
