*SUE MATUS* shouldn't be allowed to act as a realtor . She scams people out of their deposits without cause or justification and uses shady practices that don't follow the real estate act . I sincerely reccomend you stay far away from this group of people as there are better options out there .

Do NOT rent with their company. Run far far away from their listings unless you want no communication and to get your money stolen without cause. Easily the most unprofessional and unorganized real estate company that i have ever had the displeasure of dealing with.
