So glad I found this gem, amazing gym in the heart of Forest Gate next to the station. Very helpful staff, who make everyone feel comfortable. I go with my wife, and both of us love the atmosphere. Great cardio and strength training equipment all around amazing place.

A good size gym with loads of different equipment. Nice atmosphere and as a woman who trains alone, I dont feel intimidated like you can in other gyms. I just do my thing. Owners are very helpful and friendly. Very reasonable prices too and a day pass is just a fiver.

Just moved into the area and a splendid experience thus far. Upper body situated on the ground floor and leg machines and cardio upstairs. The boxing class was amazing too. Been to a few over the years and by far the most satisfyingly. Keep it up guys

This place is like a home from home. Family owned, community focused, I always feel welcome to hang out after a session and chat whilst I have a shake or cool down. People will spot you if you need a hand. Not pretentious, never experienced

A welcoming space for all. The upstairs expansion has transformed the place into the most spacious gym in London. Never a backlog to get on any machines and a large area to stretch. Can’t rate the place highly enough!
