To Whom it May Concern, I just had a very bad experience at Home Depot, Store #2011. I ordered a grill, grill cover, and two lawn items this afternoon and went to pick the items up at 4:30 pm EST.  I used the curbside pick-up so that my daughter nor I had to get out of the truck around anyone else.  A nice young woman asked me for my name and order number, and then she a gentleman in a face mask brought out the grill. I was surprised when I saw it because it was all put together and I had not opted for the free assembly option.  The gentleman explained that they put it as far bask as possible, he locked the brakes on the two wheels of the grill, and they placed the grill cover box, the Scott's Turf Builder Triple Action, and the Scott's spreader in front of the grill to help lock it in place.  He suggested that if I had "tie downs" to use those.  I did have bungee cords and there were 3+ cars behind me in line, so I very slowly drove out of the bay and into the parking lot towards Post Rd, and parked in the parking lot (area of spots between the back of the sheds, and the row of cargo trucks.  My 10 yr-old little girl and I then further secured the grill with bungee cords.  There was nothing in our truck, a silver Ford F-150, but the grill and the items the employees placed on the other side. I drove home down I70, going very slowly, to our home in McCordsville (the next exit east of Post Rd, Mt. Comfort Rd and we live just off of Mt. Comfort).  The grill was secure and did not move for the duration of the trip.  When I go home, my fiance came outside to help me unload it and that is when we noticed that he entire bottom of the grill was dented.  Is was as if someone stepped on it.  The dent was extreme and actually a crease, right below where the two doors meet.  The doors were also uneven; not hung correctly to match. I immediately called the store at 5:21 pm, asked to speak with a manager, and was connected to Cory.  I explained to Cory the issue, and he said it was assembled the night before when I suggested maybe it had been a floor model.  I didn't purchase the item yesterday; I purchased it today, and did not opt for the assembly.  He told me to come back and they'd unload it and take a look at it. We drove all the way back, and the same nice young woman recognized me immediately and stated she'd "get him"; she knew who I was without my stating who I was.  He looked at it, stated he watched a video and that it did not leave the store dented.  He said I dented it and did not strap it in.  If you have cameras then it would be easy to see me in the parking lot just a few yards away from the curbside pick-up strapping it in.  There was nothing in the truck to cause that kind of damage.  He said he would take it back and give me a full refund, but that he said I was lying and caused it. I would never lie about something like that, and I'm furious that Home Depot would treat their customers like that and call me a liar.  Unfortunately, I will not be returning to Home Depot in the future due to his instance.  Even an, "I'm sorry ma'am for the problem and inconvenience; can we switch it out" would have been better than the treatment I received. Very disappointed, Jessica

Good variety of tools. The store manager at this store rules are not the same as the other stores here in Indiana, especially when it comes to giving Veterans discounts. Me and my wife owns several properties here in Indiana, and we have been shopping here at this Home deport since they came to Indianapolis. I am a disable veteran and have served in USMC for several years, and recieved an honorable discharged. I was also told, by one of the cashier at this store, that my stamp on the back of my Indiana driver license, is not recognize by this store, as being a veteran. The cashier also told me, that the store manager, also got onto one of the other employees earlier, about giving veterans discounts, earlier that day, because he give military discounts to other customers, that presented their Indiana driver license, for proof of military service. The employee also told me that the store is an female, that is on active duty. I tried to meet with her on several occasions, and on the phone and in the store, but I was always told that she was unavailable to meet with me. it was relayed to me, by one of her employee, that the veteran stamp that is put on by the BMV, on the Indiana driver license is only recognize by this store only on veteran day, and any other day you will need your veteran I.D./military I.D. This just does not make any sense to me. It really do not make any different to me, because the discount is really small (just covering taxes), either this store is going to honor it or not. It is just down right embarrassing to have such an disagreeing over pennies. Lowes hardware stores, honor military discounts with no harassment or hassle, and Menards does not. I would rather shop at Menards before I go to this Home depot store. The other Home Depot stores in Indiana, do recognize Indiana driver License with the Military Stamp on the back. WHEN IT COMES TO USING THE NAME "HOME DEPOT" HOME DEPOT NEEDS TO BE CONSISTENCE - WHEN IT COMES TO GIVEN MILITARY DISCOUNT. (ESPECIALLY WHEN IT COME TO USING A SECURE DRIVER LICENSE ISSUE BY THE STATE OF INDIANA. ALL DOCUMENTS ARE VERIFIED PRIOR TO THE LICENSE BEEN STAMP WITH THE MILITARY ELIGIBILITY. Military Discount Eligibility: Please read the discount information for each store closely. These discounts may or may not be available to all military veterans on a daily basis. In general, both Home Depot and Lowe’s offer a 10% discount to all currently serving military members with proper military ID, retired military members with ID, and veterans with a service-connected disability rating and VA health care ID card with a service-connected designation. Some veterans have reported being able to receive a discount with a drivers license featuring a veterans designation (this is not always accepted at all locations).

Absolutely awful customer service. The lady who called to tell me my online order that had been paid for was canceled because they were out of stock was rude, short and no helpful at all. The website showed 3 in stock when I ordered. We already have N1 and N2, just needed N3. Not refunding my money for 3 days. Offered no help finding the product that was ordered and paid for at a different location. When I asked if it was in stock at another location, I was told I would just have to call around. Found 2 in stock at the Southport location and called to confirm. (The lady at Southport was super helpful and very nice, she even put eyes on the item so we knew it was for sure there. We are remodeling our home and will make the drive to Southport from the East Side for the rest of our needs. I refuse to be treated with such disrespect as my family and I spend thousands.) I called Post Rd back to ask if my payment could be transferred to the Southport location so I did not have to spend the money again. I was told no because I canceled the order but they could have switched the order to delivery from the Southport store had I not canceled. I never had any kind of option in this. I was called and told it was cancelled. I said, “ so you are telling me that because your website showed items in stock that were not, you took it upon yourself to cancel my order without letting me know about other available options to get the needed product and now I have to pay for this product again at a location 30 minutes from my home and wait 3 days for you to refund my money”. Post rd employee: “Yup”. I am just baffled. Do not work in customer service if you cannot be polite.

I'm rating my experience soley on my interaction with Shareese. She was very professional. Spoke and made eye contact with me when she greeted me. Asked me how she may help. I began to describe the item I was looking for. Shelly (the very nasty/rude employee) interrupts and says "The only one we have are the accordian type. They're back there with the screens." I then reminded Shelly that I don't work there (she was trying to whisk me away so she could continue gossiping or whatever she was doing.) so unfortunately I have NO CLUE where they are. Shareese instructed me to follow her. We came to a work station with a desk and computer where Shareese typed in something and before she could spin the computer around - here comes Shelly again. I asked Shelly if she didn't mind, please allow Shareese to finish helping the customer she has in front of her (Yes. Me.) Shelly then said "Awww ummm we CAN do more than one thang (yes "thang" not thing). I guess she didn't want to hear my thoughts of how dispicable she was coming off so she said something else smart and stormed off. At last, Shareese apologized for Shelly's behavior and asked me if what she had pulled up was what I was looking for. I said yes and she told me exactly what isle to find it on.

Employees was very helpful in finding what you looking for but sometimes you call for help, they don't come or forgot about you. Did early shopping with my mom we have a military I.D. but somehow I had the wrong parts to returned, the girl that took care of me earlier remember and didn't have to show the I.D. Then my 3th time I thought while I'm there I get more supplies, I went to a different cashier ask the girl Carolyn if I can get a military discount cus it late dark, and cold outside to bring my mom back to home depot which I explain for the reason.... Ask the girl for a manager if they can give a courtesy discount. The girl came back and say no, I was ok with that but found out later the cashier girl lies it was Hanna the head cashier, and not the manager that I ask for in beginning. Anyway, I had to come back and bring mom back to show her the I.D. I even show her the receipt That I bought supplier early day. Yes, I understand the rule and change of command, crying out loud seriously, it was asking just a little customer discount courtesy from them. I didn't know the manager and the head cashier have the same level or not? When u ever hear customer say I wanna to speak to the head cashier? And not the manager.

I usually shop at home depot on corporation drive,  I was watching a local YouTuber (naptown tuner) he bought a Milwaukee 3/8 stubby fuel impact brand new $349.00. He goes out to his car to open the box, and to find the wrong tool was in the box he gets a cheap basic Milwaukee impact $99.00 He went right back into Home depot and told Customer Service what had happened. Then they told him they would get back with him. A few days later nothing. He called again. They said they would get back with him a few more days past (Tina) the manager gets back with him and told him there's nothing we can do, you need to pick up your impact. Long story short, the Box had another store number on it the Box was returned and somehow got back to their store where the switch had already happened before it even got over to their store. It's sad the manager's decision-making abilities are far from none. This is how Home Depot treats their customers ? Always pay with a credit card or your debit card so you can dispute this or have them open the Box before you pay for the item. I'm definitely not shop at this store because of this . If all Home Depot stores treated their customers like this, I would not shop at Home Depot because of this.

Absolutely the best service ! So glad this company and it's employees, at this location continue to show professional, knowledgable & supportive customer service ! Lovely assistance directing me from mouse traps to furnace filters. The size I needed was no where to be found. When I wanted to purchase a quantity of rock salt I was first assisted by a fellow customer who ended his cell phone conversation to load the 50lb bag into my cart. Cool ! ( this was my first venture out since breaking ribs a month ago) When I finished my shopping and was paying, the cash out assistant suggested that I should bring my car to the exit door and she would have a Home Depot associate load purchases into my car's trunk ! Now here's the icing on the cake....while the able gentleman of Home Depot was carefully & efficiently loading my car the empty cart was being enabled by wind gusts to hit him lightly from behind. I just took control of the cart and steered it a bit. The gentleman (!) associate said a natural" Thank You". Sincere Kudos to everyone who always makes Home Depot a pleasant experience!

We ordered $2000 in fencing back June 7th. Delivery date all we recieved was the 2x4s and the concrete mix. Had to go through customer service to get the issue resolved. The next delivery was only 12 panels, when we ordered 18. Once again had to contact customer service about the issue. They claimed there were 13 in the picture and when I corrected them their response was "Fine we will say theres 12" I was standing in the driveway looking right at the order! They offered to give us a discount and deliver the rest of the product. 5 days later they delivered the rest of the panels, never gave us a discount, and this whole process took 3 weeks, which should have just been right the first time. Customer service wasn't sympathetic or anything. On top of that, the panels that were delivered have uneven gapping between them. You would think that for spending that much money, something would have been done to make it right, and the product delivered wouldn't look bad as it does. I am very disappointed and will no longer be shopping here.

I purchased a lock last weekend it didn't work I went to return it this afternoon and the clerk told me I had to have a receipt my shoulder received from my email as I didn't have the paper receipt with me the email receipt showed the exact dollar amount but different items purchased than what I purchased I went home got the paper receipt and returned another clerk waited on me as it was an hour and a half later same spill from that clerk you have to have the packaging even though I had the receipt I explained to the clerk that the lock doesn't work and isn't fit for resale she stated that she had to call someone to verify that that lock was the one that was purchased guy comes over says some spill about the install and I informed him that I've installed over a thousand locks in the past 30 years it's what I do for a living! Story to be even longer but I'll stop here don't buy anything defective from this store and try to return it you going to get all kinds of grief even if you have a receipt!

I was interested in a specific cabinet paint that they sell online but I wanted it tinted and wanted to be sure they would do it. The guy at the paint counter, I think his name was Tim, was pleasant but of no help. His only response was he has no idea because they don't sell it there. He didn't offer to find someone who might know until I asked. This is where the visit goes south. We spoke with a manager, Dee. She was openly hostile from the moment she arrived. She was purposely using polite tone of voice but my friend and I simply couldn't believe how rude she was. It was like she was doing everything she could to not help us while acting like she was. But it was the hostility that was so awfua, and for nonreason. We left and I plan on trying the store on 96th. I've always had good customer service experience there. If a manager named Dee is called to help you, save yourself the experience and just leave.

I worked in loss prevention for over 4 years and when I went there on Christmas eve and all the employees followed us around like me and my wife was shoplifting because we were in there for more than an hour. I have never been in a store that was so unprofessional and we had like 6 people following us around the whole time and every isle we went to turn down there was another employee! I don't know if it was because we was white and the manager was black but it was so uncomfortable that we stopped all of our shopping and just went ahead and checked out and then they set off the alarm to see if it was working and it was but when it didn't alarm as we walked out the loss prevention personnel stood in the way where I had to walk around him. I wouldn't suggest anyone going to this store because of the management but a few of the employees where nice but that was just rude and very very unprofessional.

I absolutely love this location . The hugs at the door with customer service… the 25.00 for upgrading my 1,000 credit card up to 5,000 tyj All the way down to my flowers. My father loves his rolling tool chest. If you’re a new homeowner Home Depot and their staff will give you a peace of mind…Brandon and Amy Ryll is so knowledgeable and Tavoskiaia Bowman will actually listen to your needs and get you the best bargains and advice for a Home Depot credit line … I literally can’t wait to visit this store…. God bless all that enter and exit this store… such a blessing to get arcuate measurements Bryce even loaded my deep freezer into our truck… and ong I could go on about the team of young people that really truly are knowledgeable at such a young age the elders have instilled so much into them. Apply for a credit line you won’t believe what all they sale .Almost a one stop shop .

Went into this store the other day looking to buy paint and brushes for a new project. When it was time to check out a hispanic girl was at the front by check out. Okay fine and dandy so mean while we are in line scanning our items and here comes a hispanic floor walker pacing the candy section across where we were. Acting as if he was buying something but yet he was really watching us. Okay I would like to say Home Depot this has to STOP. Stereotyping is wrong on every level and it should not be this way. The same scraggly person that comes through your store could be well off. And besides everyone of color does not steal. It is fair to say that the people you do not watch. You will find out that they are the ones getting you. Please no more following us watching us. It is not comfortable at all when you are trying to shop.

  • Katherine Swininger

Assistant manager, Michelle, was extremely rude and unhelpful. I rarely leave reviews, this is actually only the second review I have ever left. When I asked to speak to a manager about a product, she informed me that she was extremely busy and had other things to do. If this is the way that Home Depot associates treat customers, we will not be back. Also, did you know that Home Depot chooses to throw out cabinet displays? Yes, they trash them. When I asked why, I was told that they couldn’t be guaranteed because they had been used in a display. While I understand that they may not be perfect, these cabinets are still 100% useful. It is no different than buying a vehicle “as is.” I asked why they didn’t donate them to a charity, and was told that it was easier to just throw them out. What a horrible waste!

I've had many bad experiences here and continue to have bad experiences unfortunately. If I left a review saying why the experience was bad reach time, then they would only have bad reviews... so instead I'll just leave this one. I have the Home Depot credit card (I got this before I knew I didn't like them) so I try to shop there from time to time and give them the benefit of the doubt; but recently I went there to buy parts to fix my bathtub. Needless to say I happened to find the one guy that knew nothing about plumbing (why are you working there, you don't deserve the orange vest) and come at a time when the one woman who knows something about plumbing was on break (according to the guy that knows nothing) Needless to say... my bathtub is still messed up.

Last month I had ordered a dishwasher to be professionally installed but they failed twice. First, they complained about the way the old dishwasher had been wired and requested that I get an electrician to fix it. Second attempt, they gave me the excuse that they couldn't mount it in the space provided. At that point I told them to cancel and give me a refund. So I decided to go with Lowe's instead and they didn't have any issues at all. My impression is that they installer for Home Depot was inexperienced and simply did not know what he was doing. This would be 1 star, but they at least hauled away my old dishwasher free of charge.

So. Apparently the staff at this store is not up to date with the times. Couldn’t rent a snake. Because the manager Jose, says. They don’t take mobile app pays. All my cards are on my phone. A lot of people don’t carry cards around. Then I call to speak to a manager. Who apparently only has one letter for her whole name D. She refused to give me her actual name. I would recommend if doing business at Home Depot. Go to Southport store. People are way more customer service friendly. The woman actually had a terrible attitude with me over my complaint. And kept acting like she didn’t understand my complaint. Worst experience ever.

Tried to get a 10 ft piece if aluminum downspout . Was too long to fit in the car and asked to get it cut in half. No one there was able to cut it. So I got a small saw and started cutting it myself. The young guy employee started accusing me of stealing and that I wasn’t going to be discounted and just kept being so rude to me and my husband. I told him I was paying full price and that I was buying the saw. I don’t appreciate being accused of stealing or being chastised just to get something I needed especially when your employees are incompetent to do anything.

  • Dreamgirl Beth

I came in to purchase a special large garden tool that their website said was in stock in aisle 49. But the shelf spot empty, so I asked a nearby employee. She couldn't find it either. I went upfront to customer service, who contacted the department leader. When she couldn't find it on the shelves way up high near the ceiling, she went to the stockroom in the back of the store. 10 minutes later, she found what I wanted, unpacked it, and brought the special item to me. I was happy, and thankful that the friendly staff all gave me fabulous customer service!

  • Dohn Peezy

Most are rude here. It's not like the home depot in Northern Michigan where I typically shop... Started a business in Indianapolis and have shopped here at this location and I'm highly disappointed. The staff couldn't find invoices and then accused us of making up prices. Contacted someone back in Michigan to help me. The service was awesome. Having my products delivered from Michigan to post road to minimize rude and gross staff behavior. Thanks to Michigan for getting it right. Shame on Indianapolis's east-side location!

  • A WOMEN’S Thoughts

I am a HUGH Home Depot fan... I buy all of laundry products from here..Can you buy them somewhere else a little cheaper yes, you can however, you get what you pay for.. I have found that my clothes holds the Gains Fresh smell longer when I bought it from Home Depot..They have Great Sales on other products as well. I bought a Train Set to put around my Christmas Tree on Black Friday and I love it..I have looked at Train sets at other stores however, they didn't look as nice as the one I bought from this store..

  • D.W. Everett

I called this place to ask for hose for my sump pump. The guy on the phone said sure we have it. I gave him the size I needed and he assured me it was in stock along with a coupling to extend the length. When I get there not only could I not find it but the person I asked to help me looked for about 2 minutes and then just walked away to help someone else. I will not return to home depo again and I suggest that the 13 million people that look at my reviews don't either. What terrible customer service!!!!

  • Dale

Went and bought some carpeting for the living room. They had somebody come out and measure the room. And when they came and laid the carpet the first thing they told me was that the room was measured wrong that they would have to try to do with the carpet that they could. The installers were great did what they could do but I'm still waiting to see what else is going to be done because the carpet wasn't tucked very well around one side of the room because of it not being measured properly.

  • James Baker

The two guys in the flooring dept just tried to sell me something at a 300 percent mark-up over online price, then wouldn't admit they were mistaken and it took the ladies in customer service to prove them wrong. This is after I just spent 1500 dollars on flooring. They wouldn't budge on the fact that they were wrong. Worst experience at Home Depot ever and I will definitely think Twice before I spend anymore money there. This was the Post Road store btw. The people in Greenfield are great

  • Dave

Customer service. I was purchasing 4X8 sheets of peg board. A store associate approached me and offered to help me load the sheets on the cart. He then offered to help load them in my vehicle. I offered him a $5.00 tip, he stated he was not allowed to accept tips. Michael Cizsiolku went above and beyond for customer service. You should be proud to have him on your team. I am an automotive manager of over twenty people, that kind of employee is good to have.

  • Linda Feaster

Ordered a upright freezer on March 11,2021. It was delivered Monday March 14th. We had to inbox it ourselves, when doing so,the top and back were damaged. I called the store in Greenfield where we purchased it. They picked it up the following Friday. Our credit card was supposed to be credited in 3-5 day’s,here it is the 22nd,nothing yet has been taking care of! I think we’ve shopped at Home Depot for the last time! It will be Lowe’s from now on.

  • Cj Faucett

Tool selection is amazing. I do large scale commercial construction. Tools last me and take a lot of abuse. I'm not easy on them. Their over the phone sales make it extremely easy for my boss to be able to stay doing his job at the office while I act as the gofur. My only complaint at all is floor prep. I'd like to see a bigger selection. With that said if that's my biggest complaint they're definitely miles ahead of their competition.

  • J Saunders

So I picked a tin of what turns out to be base paint and tried painting my porch which looked like watered down glue. Mad at everyone but myself I went back to Home Depot, hot under the collar. The super nice staff showed me what actual paint I needed and exchanged it free of charge. I am the worst handyman on the the East side of Indianapolis and the paint staff at Home Depot have the best customer service. Thank you very much!

  • james cady

I buy products from the post road Home Depot all the time! Just spent several hundred dollars getting paving stones for a project the other weekend. Today, went in to talk to someone about countertops and couldn't find help to save my soul!! Person from appliances finally told us that someone should be there shortly. But after awhile it was apparent that help was not coming... First time I've left the store upset... Oh well...

  • Needles923

I bought a Security storm door from HD with the intention of having them install it. I went into the store twice and called several times to get it set up. HD pro services said they could not install it because they had no contractor in my area. I live 2.5 mi from the store in Indpls, which is a major city the last i heard. I am returning the door this week and buying one from Lowes who will install the things they sell.

  • Marko Gar-Car

I don’t want to be that guy that gives businesses a bad review. But I guess I’ll be that guy today. I asked two separate people to help me with replacement burners for my grill. Both have said they would order the parts and give me a call. I’ve called back to check on it, I leave a message and no one calls back. This has been going on since mid June...it’s October. Other then that it’s an ok place! Get it together guys.

  • Dana Lee

Not friendly! They only had the do it yourself lines open, I bought some 5 gallon roofing tar could not lift them to cash out and the lady watching the register was rude and not helpful. I asked for help out and she just ignored me. A customer in the parking lot helped me put my stuff in the car! I drove over an hour to Indy just to go to Home Depot but was treated rudely! Won't be making that trip again to shop there!

  • Angela Wisdom-Graves

Bought a range and refrigerator here. Everything was great until the fridge stopped working. Then, despite our expensive warranty and our lost food in the middle of the pandemic, there's no satisfaction. Our fridge was finally fixed after 3 weeks, but our food was not replaced even though we're have been told over and over again that it would be. Very disappointed in Home Depot and LG. We will NEVER be back

  • Ryan Lynch

Horrible experience purchasing appliances and Home Depot using XPO Logistics 3rd party. Will never use them nor purchase from them again. Still haven’t received my order and horrendous customer service I’ve received when they’ve screwed up twice is enough. Fine another company Home Depot or invest in your own service. Remember your name is on the line this 3rd party companies isn’t they clearly don’t care!

  • Candace Carter

We were offered a Home Depot card like it was a rewards card. Didn't realize what we were getting ourselves into until it said we were approved. Credit cards should NOT be openly offered at check out like that, especially not for 1 bolt and 2 tee nuts. I don't blame the associates; they're just doing their job. I blame whoever wrote the script that they are required to say. This needs re-evaluated.

  • Jake P

Being a small business owner, I go here a ton, nearly daily. Usually have what I need in stock, and always someone willing to help. They definitely need some more cashiers. And the self check out, doesn't count. I don't work there, why should I have to ring myself out? Especially when there are two or three people standing there, watch me do it. Other than that, HD is great!

  • Peggy House

I went to buy carpet and I asked for help, they told me that s person would assist me after he was finished with a customer so I waited patiently. So I noticed he kept talking and looking back and would continue talking about football so I asked for help from someone else and they pointed back to him. If he is prejudice he shouldn't be working there I'm really disappointed

  • All Canines

Purchased a new fridge, paid for delivery and installation. Delivery was late and they refused to install, said I would have to reschedule. When I called the next morning, there were no openings for install for 3 weeks. Unacceptable. I began the return process and magically got an installation date for the next day. Will never buy appliances from this box store again.

  • Melissa Newkirk

My dad bought a grill that they were suppose to have put together for him. I took him to pick it up and they didn't have it ready. It took the assistant manager 10 minutes to come and talk to him and when sh finally did she kept asking him who told you it would be ready, who told you that. Finally he just took his money and left. It was horrible customer service.

  • Alissa Pierle

My 9 year old Mastiff started having seizures. I do not have time off at work and was dreading leaving him with no way to check in. I ran to home depot in hopes of getting a Wyze camera. I had multiple associates try to help me. They helped me find an alternative when we could not find the Wyze brand camera. They were all so incredibly helpful and patient.

  • MARIDADI Sha

Took a quick trip to pick up some water resistant caulk for my Mother and I was out in 10 minutes! Express lane was well maintained and supervised by employee. She helped me pay with an old gift card and was very patient with me. I usually visit the Post Rd Home Deopt whenever I'm on the East Side to see if I could find something I could use in the house.

  • Mrs.Brandi Boyd

The Home Depot in Cincinnati Ohio is way better it's bigger has more room to move around and I like the fact that they've got more of a variety so when I go back home with me and my beautiful baby daughter my fiance we won't be getting flowers from the one down here in Indianapolis on Post Road we are going to go to the Home Depot in Cincinnati Ohio

For a place that rarely has a person/persons working on the checkout lanes, they certainly have a lot of people just standing around talking to one another. If you're going to force me to check myself out, then don't have 4-5 people standing around talking. High prices, lazy cashier's, minimal selection of tools... Not my favorite hardware store.

  • Tammy Harris

Terrible service. I did an order online so I didn't have stand in the lines and wait to be rung up cause I had a lot to do being my only day off work. I received confirmation at 9:30 am that my order was ready. I get there at 11 to be told they don't get the order ready till the customer gets there. I waited 30 minutes to get 3 bags of soil. Smdh

My husband and I went here to get a shop vac and they were all out of the one we needed. Thankfully Thomas came over to help us find the one left in the store. He couldn't find it and he gave us the next best one for the same price! He was absolutely so kind and generous. We are now loyal customers because of this generous man! Thank you Thomas!

  • Just a Guy

It just amazes me that every single time I come in here (which is 2-3 times a week) they hawk me at the self checkout like I’m stealing. How about you open a lane or 3 and do it for me like it’s supposed to be? If you’re gonna ask me to do your job while a lady sits there and gossips while getting paid, don’t treat me like I’ve got a rap sheet.

  • Charles Weber

This place has my blessing they have a great military discount and they stand tall honoring are veterans. That's why I shop there. It's a great store with people who work there store area from the trade they retired from in real life. They are of great help and have a wealth of knowledge . I highly recommend this store for that reason. ,

  • Kevin Engle

People need better training even dee assist Mgr needs People training she was rude as all get out she was more worried about the truck that came in than the problem I was having customer service should be first an plz don't correct People when there talking like there a lil kid this is second time I have had a bad experience with dee

  • J Arthurs

A little tough finding what I needed, but once found it the check out experience was unexpected. The lady that helped me with the self check out was on it and very friendly and top notch on customer service! I manage a liquor store and I'm all about customer service!!! And this lady was someone I would like to have on my team.n

  • Ashlynne Zigler

Very nice staff, had to return a tool, and didn't know where to go and didn't even have to ask. This nice lady looked at me and smiled and before I could even say anything she pointed and said think that's what ur looking for. And it made us both laugh, definitely will be going there instead of other ones including menards.

  • Karen Lynn

I wish HD wouldn't charge DELIVERY FEE of $79 EACH purchasewhen I need lumber, etc. to be delivered to my home when I spend $$$ every month! I live less than 5 miles away... I don't want to buy a truck just for HD lumber & large deliveries. Why not purchases $300+ = free local deliveries?! Great idea, didn't everyone agree?

  • Matthew Bizzarri

It's the same as most Home Depots, along with minimal staff. Nothing unique and nobody to ask advice, which is the same I've found from Alabama, Virginia, Indianapolis, to Minneapolis. Good for things you need now if you've done your homework, though never the best deal. Corporate has made it a shell of what it used to be.

  • Jennifer Winchester

Very helpful when I purchased a toliet with install. The only problem I had was getting them to call me took a week and then I had to go in and speak to management in order for them to call and set up an appointment to install the toilet but as soon as he called they were here the next day great customer service

  • Carrie Czarnecki

First time at this particular Home Depot. A gentleman who worked there in the Garden department not only helped me find what I was looking for, but got a cart, loaded the heavy items, pushed the cart through checkout and to my vehicle where he loaded them for me. I wish I had caught his name. Great experience?

  • christina peterson

They have childrens projects the first Sat. Of the month. My kids love going to do the projects. And they have carts with little car steering wheels on them for children. My kids love going there and "driving" through the store. Shopping would be sooo much easier if all stores had those carts. Love this store

  • Will Gemmel

Horrible store. Beware, unless you don't have any other option. Stock numbers do not match even close to what's online. Staff, if you can find any, are only there for a paycheck, do not want to actually help you. Managers have zero control over anything, can't help you. HD in general is going to nothing.

  • msahas

The floor installation recommended by these people were crew2. workmanship is very bad. The people are unprofessional and waste the timeso much and not finishing the work on time. very lousy job. Now to installation work by home depot recommended company have to think. this time work scared us too much.

  • Robin Tucker

Poor service been here at lease 8 times to make a purchase of doors have started the process and there is always a problem on their end. What an inconvenience, hope the installation goes smoothly, but haven't gotten that far SMDH. Its been 3 weeks have placed ordered yet, can only imagine what's next

  • Jose I Garcia

Cashier's are usually in good spirits. Of course due to the shortage of workers in the United States physical assistance in loading and or getting material is painfully slow. Still not my go to store as when I do visit here I'm reminded how much more convenient the competitors location is.

  • A R

Management is awesome with excellent communication: I went back but this time pro desk accept me as regular customer even I am a pro customer. Michael did my transaction but did not ask my job or pro ID so I returned my stuff and did self checkout and save 9$ for exact transaction.

  • David Atwell

It's fine. No major complaints, just minor ones: it's a little bit disorganized, it's a little bit understocked, the lines are a little bit long. But honestly that's the way all the home improvement stores are these days, and they could do a lot worse. Plus, the prices are good.

  • Kim Thomas

The staff is always helpful and available. If someone doesn't know for sure, they will find someone else who does. Ordered some large/heavy items, recently, and the staff was great to help load everything up and even worked with us when we couldn't pick up, on time, due to rain.

  • james barks

I think the cashiers need more training everytime i have them look up my hd pro c.c. by phone they freak out and tell me to go to pro desk for phone in sales . Im not phoning in just searching my credit card they cant grasp this concept and freak every time its so annoying

  • Brandon Kennedy

Crystal went above and beyond to check us out at customer service ti make sure we got what we needed AND she even offered to make sure our military discount was added during our checkout. Love when people go the extra mile. Oh, she also helped us out the previous day too!

  • Anthony W. Parran, Sr.

I've always loved this location. It is ultra pet friendly. Most everyone knows my dog Coco's name and in one case when we got separated, as he's well behaved and not on a leash, they helped him find me. As for the employees themselves, I have had nothing but good service.

  • Mike Wiese

Although home Depot does give veterans a 10% discount if they properly jumped through the required hoops.... It's sort of like they don't want veterans shopping at home Depot.... That's why I go to Lowe's there they treat us nice and with respect instead of distain.

  • Charles Platz

DON'T USE DELIVERY Products arrived damaged Incomplete order The delivery team forged my signature as though I was there when they delivered but they didn't call and I was NOT present when they delivered. Can't get anyone on the phone or online to resolve the issue.

  • Nick

Go watch the YouTube video on this store. They sell you one thing only to open the box to find another. When trying to return they blame their customers. More likely suspect would be the employees like manager Tina, and her accomplice the loss prevention team.

  • Amy Covington

I needed to rent a small tiller. I was pleased when Home Depot offered several sizes at an incredibly low price. The associates were very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them and I will shop there for all of my future gardening needs.

  • Joby Fluorine

WARNING!!! do not buy tools here without opening the box to verify it's contents BEFORE YOU PAY FOR IT. Tina the manager will offer no help whatsoever when you get a box that's been returned with a five year old tool in it and they restock it.

  • Janey Livingston

This review applies only to customer service provided by Kameron. She is the only employee I have dealt with regarding a shipment delay that acts like she cares. She handled original order professionally. Delivery continues to be a nightmare.

  • Jay B

Last time I come here. I swore this place off a long time ago but they had item I needed. I check online they say they have 5 in stock. I go out of my way to go to the store look up and down the aisle, can't find it. Employee asks to help,

  • Rocksfloat

The people here are usually friendly and helpful, you do get the few people that don't like to help but that's kind Of rare. The reason for 4 stars is because in the window section there's a selection Of window tint and covering that is

  • Anthony Adams

Great products but service is lacking. I've shopped here for years and have never had a clean interaction that hasn't taken an hour and wasted a couple of trips in the process. The only reason I keep going back is because of location.

  • Chad M.

This Home Depot is extremely poorly managed. If I wasn't dissatisfied enough with my shopping experience, I came out to find a cart slammed against my (week old) car. Their "third party" investigator found Home Depot not at fault and

  • Craig Cammelot

Employee's where rude, and dis-respectful. Arguing about my wanting an unopened box on a product that I was purchasing. No, on duty manager to speak with. Going to be buying anything else I need from someplace other than Home Depot!

  • Larry Blackmon

This Home Depot as been around since my highschool days. It has been a major go to for home repair. The quality of customer service has its ebbs and flow. Most of the time they are very helpful. Today they were over the top helpful.

  • Mike Hay

Never going back. Horrible to no service from most employees. Closes areas for restock at noon during the week in all the areas that a contractor might need to access. I chopped up my store card and went down the street to Lowes.

  • floyd proctor

The home depot is not organized I went there looking for spark plugs for lawnmower they had two aisles of stuff for lawnmowers but no sparkplugs .,they had the sparkplugs over in the garden area with the rakes, gloves, flower pots

  • Sue Smitha

I needed to get wood door casing, a nice man directed me to right depth and a gentleman named Jamael who was so kind got me the items, walked me to checkout, put in my car. I will definitely go to this Home Depot in the future.

  • Amanda Crabtree

Love this place. They always have what I need for work. The christmas decorations were on sale 75 percent of so that made my day. Haha parking is always great. Ive even placed orders here and always have had a great experience.

  • Sue Cooper

Very disturbing. Bought gas range. Delivered damaged one. Didn't accept. Backordered. Experience trying to cancel order is a nightmare. No one wants to help me get my refund so I can get a range to cook my meals for my family.

  • Angelique Berry

While they always try to be so helpful, I don't think they are always listening to me. I came in to get piping for our water softener and they kept trying to help me with my water heater. 2 separate men. Not listening to me.

  • Kim Pettit

Ladies (who have been there over a year) in the Paint department Rock. They are so knowledgeable and go above and beyond everytime I come in there with questions about the projects I am doing. Thank you for your assistance.

  • Thea Newnum

Sheila at customer service did a really great job making sure our and everyone elses needs were met even though the store was very busy. This woman is a multitasking pro, and I think that home depot is lucky to have her. :)

  • Austin Braun

Very friendly, helpful staff. We were there for about 15 minutes and no less than 5 employees asked if we needed help finding anything. They all seemed genuinely interested in helping too. Great store with great employees!

  • Sega Genesis

Tried to call about store services. Was hung up on then called back. That time someone was really rude and tried to pretend Home depot does not have the service. Avoid this store. Call or visit the west side store instead.

  • Lonnie Roberson

Just don't ever buy any major appliances from there and have to return them. They'll only offer you your money back in the form of a gift card that requires you to have to scan your driver's license and a pin to use it.

  • Aaron Reed

No big issues with this store, except finding a person who works there. Once you find them they have all been helpful and got me what I needed. They just need more people there helping customers, not doing store tasks.

  • Mary Lefevers

I come here regularly to have copies of keys made for my job. Norma always helps me out. Even when they are short staffed, she takes the time to make all the keys I need, and she does it right. Thank you Norma!

  • Matthew Kizer

Go in there every day spend thousands of thousands of dollars a week black friend comes in and they harassed him at the door that is not right the manager everybody looks stupid because he didn’t have anything

  • Tyler Shields

Bought a 3/8" M18 Fuel Stubby inpact. Opened the box it was an older 3/8 brushed impact. Tina claimed I swapped it myself. I don't trust them at all and you shouldn't. Order online from Amazon or anyone else

  • Randall Johnson

Customer service was top notch. At least 5 associates asked if everything was good or if I needed help. Found what I was looking for and checked out. Quick and efficient. Store was clean and we'll organized.

  • Michael Hammond

Rang me up at the counter for 30! Levelers when I had 1. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Was told it was a system glitch.? How do you glitch and charge someone for 29 more of a product.?

  • cassandra jenkins

My husband was.looking for a specific tool so I wandered off to the garden center. I was looking at plants for a friend (she wanted a specific one). The variety was nice and the plants very healthy.

  • Kamarre Robinson

The only thing I can consistently say I don't like about Home Depot is the unwanted solicitation walking in the door. No I don't want your credit card, no I don't need maintenance to my HVAC system.

  • L Wooden

If you have a return. Best to go Lowe's or menards for business. Worst return process on this earth even with your recipe. Save your time and shop for supplies at other hardware stores around town.

  • John

I bought cabinets for two kitchens for two different houses. Kurt the sales guy did great but when I picked them up they mixed the two kitchens and 6 cabinets were missing so. It is a total chaos.

  • Patrice J.

My favorite playground for adults. Always great help working there. Ready and willing to assist. Always clean, always tidy. If they don't have an item, they will help find it at other locations.

  • larry byers

The older guy running the contractors desk needs to work on his attitude towards customers. A customer should not feel like it's a problem that they're there and need help from a store employee
