If I could give zero stars I would. We rented a paint sprayer from this location as it is the only location of the hardware stores in the region that rents paint sprayers. The sprayer was broken. The connectors were shooting out the primer all over our driveway. We had planned on painting our house. Everything was taped up and ready to go. They had no additional paint sprayers to rent either. The entire day was lost and no apology or anything. Should they not check the equipment that they rent out after it's been dropped off from the previous user? Simple due diligence would have prevented this issue in the first place and not have wasted our time. Very disappointed and lack of business responsibilities on their side. We will never go to this home Depot again.

I am in Georgia and wanted to surprise my sister (who lives about 7 miles from this store) with a new gas grill. Everyone I talked to on the phone was very nice and thorough. The grill was not in stock and needed to be ordered. The employees stayed on top of it. The assembler showed up the morning after the grill arrived at the store. The staff was able to get the grill delivered that day!! Going the extra mile to get it done. I was amazed when my sister sent me a picture of her new grill in her driveway fully assembled. This was a great experience. Customer Service, Outside Garden, the Assembler and the Delivery person all worked in unison and was able to make it look easy.

Rented a power floor scraper to remove flooring adhesive(advertised feature), and it wouldn't remove anything. Completely useless. We couldn't bring it back early because they close the tool rental early, and by the time we tried to use it, it was too late. 110 bucks down the drain. When we rented the tool the guy at the counter had me go get the scraper and when we returned it he asked me to put it back. So, they never look at the tools and see if they're in proper working order. Also, having the customer do your job is unacceptable. At sunbelt rentals they bring the the tool to your truck and help you load it if you need.

I am currently in Home Depot and they have an item in the store i attempted to purchase, but they refused to bring the item down off of the shelf for us to purchase. They directed me to another store miles away from the store near my home to purchase when they admitted having it in stocks. They also told me it would be better to order it online. This is the worst experience I have ever encountered at home depot. A different manager arrived and rectified the situation. Thank you to the customer service representative and manager for your assistance.

Great place to get all your lawn care. Outdoor furniture plants are indoors and outdoors and they carry some food. Of course all your painting needs painter supplies spray paint pick your color they'll make it for you right at the counter. They have self-checkouts and cashiers but you can order online have your order ready and have it delivered right to your car or pick it up when you're ready just walk in send them to your give me your information and you'll be good to go load it up in your car for you or you can load.

The lady who helped me up the paint counter was very friendly and knowledgeable! I wish I had gotten her name. On the contrary, the girl with the nose rings at the customer service desk is the most unfriendly, hateful person I've ever done business with. She has no business being in customer service. I wish I had gotten her name too. She acts like she hates her job. All in all, the store has a nice selection of things and I would have given it five stars if it would not have been for that awful customer service girl.

Nice big box store but a little cramped with merchandise. But that does mean they have a large selection of items. Help was not hard to find, took maybe 5 steps and found a worker to help with a large item purchase. Very helpful when it came time to load the item into my pickup truck. Check outs were manned and discounts offered that werent listed (first responder/military). Checking out was quick and didnt feel pressured for upselling on warranties. Parking was a little chaotic due to location but not overly bad.

Abe, at the Southport Rd Home Depot tool rental department, worked with me to solve a truck rental error that could have cost me $5000 unnecessarily. He is so kind professional and knowledgeable. It is a rarity you find people that even care to do a job correctly but Abe surpassed my expectations. He saved me a big headache and likely an overdrawn bank account. Thanks Abe!!!

Deserves all of 5 stars. Aside from posting a chicken hawk at the front to hound people with stupid offers as they come in, the staff has always been fantastic here. So much so that I actually know people when I come in and stop by to say hello. Finding things is easy if you want to do so on your own by using the app or ordering for pickup. This is a fantastic Home Depot.

I generally like this Home Depot, but sometimes I have to wait around for help while groups of employees just... hang out? Not a huge problem, but definitely an occasional annoyance when I have to spend 15 minutes looking for an employee that doesn't immediately walk away when I start heading towards them.

Bought 2 small cans of exterior paint. Have the girl our # to call us because she asked for it. She never called. We wandered around waiting. Went back by the counter, and there it sat. We had to open the cans to make sure it was mixed right. So expensive compared to other box stores for garden things.

I've always had bad luck at most Home Depots. But 8/10/22 Johnathan at the Southport store was a big help finding me a shower pan/base, doors, and surround. In a odd size.Plus other items. I will give a update when it comes in. But for now I'm verry happy. Thanks

After driving around to two separate Lowe's looking for Kreg Project blocks and not finding them, I was very happy to find them at this HD store. I also picked up another Ryobi too that was on sale and some router bits. Home Depot is consistenly good.

I have a home remodeling business, and i go to these places every day and spend a lot of money at them. I see the same propose “shopping” down the same aisles every day, that never buy anything and will be behind the desk later. Come on!

I don't often visit this location, but whenever I do the staff is always very friendly and helpful. The store is clean and items are easy to find. Highly recommend for an home improvement needs if you're in the area.

Went in for a Black Friday deal on Ryobi Batteries. Buy a set of two get a free tool. They were out of the SKU that was on the deal. They had 800 in the warehouse but no more at the store. Go figure.

This is one of my favorite stores to walk around in. The store is clean and the staff is friendly and very helpful. If we have questions we never hesitate to ask for help.
