Do not take your clothes near this laundry! I recently moved to Melkbos chose to bring my washing to this laundry. I literally got half my stuff back. I first realised something wasn’t right when after picking up my washing and changing my bedding only to realise my clean sheet was not returned to me. I went back to ask them if they might have miss placed it and was told that it was my mistake and I needed to go back home and look again. I hadn’t unpacked the washing yet and as I only have 2 sheets, know I don’t have it. Since then I realised I also did not receive back my favourite pink converse hoodie, my pink and white puma hoodie, my black pleather pants and a few smaller things. I would highly recommend not going near this laundry. Highly unorganised and unprofessional. FYI, she took my number just incase she found it and hasn’t called as yet.

Dropped off my jacket 5 days ago for dry cleaning, specifically requesting a stain to be removed if possible. Went back today to find out my jacket was not yet back after being told it only takes 2 days. Finally managed to get it back- stain is still there. Ended up trying to remove the stain at home and succeeded with little effort which leads me to believe nothing was done in the 5 days my jacket was with them. Complete waste of money and time.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Will explain to you their best value options to ensure you are a happy customer and not getting ripped off. All items washed and ironed better than I ever could have.

Popped in this morning and was welcomed by the owner. Had a lovely chat while he weighed my washing and told me about the awesome Christmas special they are running. Will definitely be back.
