WARNING! to all customers of The Laundry Room. I highly recommend never taking your laundry to this establisment. Along with the poor customer service, they have lost a quarter of my clothing after using them only once. It has be the biggest mistake of my life every trusting this company to do they JOB. To wash and fold all the clothing customers had given them. So to all current and prospective customers, i warn you now. This company is not to be trusted with doing a simple job. After noticing my stuff was missing, i returned to confront them about the missing clothing and had no assistance with helping to find any of the missing items. The employees of this company all seemed to play "dumb" and have no idea with me like it wasnt their responsibility to look after their customers clothing. The front desk lady said their boss/Manager would get back to me with some indication of the situation. I am yet to hear anything. PLEASE, there are hundreds of other places to use - reframe from ever using this laundry company.

I've used Laundry Room multiple times as I've never had issues untill my last visit. I normally drop my bedding, carpets etc. and normally always receive everything back. With my last visit myself and my partner unexpectedly got ill and was unable to pick up the the loads. I tried phoning multiple time to schedule a possible delivery but couldn't. Eventually my partner went to fetch the loads. At first she received one 1kg bag and was told that was it. She proceeded showing the slip which stated 3.1/5kg. With such an attitude the lady went back and got another bag that was probably almost 1kg. So how am I going to get everything back? Plus NO CONTACT was made with me in regards with pick up etc.

Didn't even get to make use of their services because the front desk staff were extremely unfriendly and put me off. After querying the influence of the weight of the basket in the total weight, all the responses I got were sighs and short, rude and unhelpful replies. Totally unnecessary and rude. Place would be better with staff who know how to treat customers

They lost our bed linen and the woman we dealt with refused to acknowledge the possibility that she could have accidentally given our linen to another customer, and refused to give us the contact details for her boss to escalate the issue. Incredibly bad customer service.

First Time using a Laundromat and this place exceeded my expectations. Wow. The staff are amazing. Not sure if i met the owner but the gentleman i spoke to on WhatsApp was so helpful. These people are fantastic and damn my clothing smells so good!!

I bumped into Warren in the street and he kindly took my laundry basket with him to The Laundry Room, thus saving me a trip. Within an hour they informed me my couch covers (only wash) were ready for collection. What a win for me! Thank you Warren

Warren is a Legend! Guy bent over backwards to wash me a single White shirt (as it was the only White shirt I had in my wash) didn't charge me an extra cent! Got all my stuff neatly folded and smelling great.... Flippen Great service!

Reliable and well priced, they are the only laundrette that I will use. Super friendly and efficient, and willing to do whatever they can to accommodate your needs. Absolute life savers with loadshedding. Would 10/10 recommend.

We have used them a couple of times, but unfortunately wont be taking our things here anymore. Multiple clothing items had ironing streaks (shine) on them.

Sadly after having good service that isn't the case anymore... Where is the owner of this business to sort out the lack of customer service.

I am very pleased with the service & washed my clothes very well & was able to use my own cleaning products also.
