Not sure who is posting below, but the place is certainly not beautiful. You will find three rooms that seat 2-3 people each and are not the cleanest or best kept. There is a loud smell of chemicals that starts on the 18th floor as u begin your climb up and is so strong on the 19th floor, u wonder if u will need a mask. And there isn’t a lot of traditional equipment. My pedicure was conducted in an ordinary chair with a small, hand-carried foot soaker. The woman before me had her legs outstretched on a folding chair with towels on the floor. Despite the place, which could use a total overhaul, the young women who treat u are really wonderful and talented and kind. I had a surprisingly great facial and my toes ended up looking fantastic. Plus, the prices are super inexpensive, so u get a lot of value. I just wish I had been prepared for the total non-spa-like, raggedy feeling of this spa. When I walked in, I almost walked back out. But they had my credit card on file as I had booked online, and I wouldn’t have been refunded my money, so I stayed. I am glad I did in the end. I give the place a 5 for the actual services and care taken with clients and a 0 for facilities. Hence, the 3.

Thinking about The Loft Spa always leaves me with a smile on my face - a better looking face too :-) !!! It's unpretentious, warm & friendly. I love having a "local spa" where everyone knows who you are when you're calling. What I love even more is that the team really are like family to one another. It's beautiful to see & the kind of business that I like to support. Nicola & Cindy's lash extensions are amaaaazing!!! Be warned, once you start, you'll be hooked in no time! The pool is great for a girly-get-together pre or post treatment. Be sure to book though and don't forget to request bubbles :-) The yoga studio is small and intimate. Another great addition to get your ZEN on!

Best Volume Lashes in Town. If you are looking for super fluffy and longlasting lashes, this is the place. Nicola is such a pro and on top of it all, a wonderful, kind person. The other ladies that work there are all so loving and special, Cindy is zen as anything and Khabo has the best laugh. The space is beautiful and always super super sparkling clean. Even Coco the Pooch is a special soul :) I always have the best time there and often arrive feeling stressed out from my hectic life and leave blissed out. I can't imagine my life without my lashes, they are part of who I am now :) xxx

Very very nice place and I loved my nails. Could work a bit more on privacy however, as I told the lady at the front that for medical reasons I needed to cover my face with a mask to not inhale acetone smells etc. She then resorted to loudly giving me more advice on the subject in front of another client, who then enquired about my condition which i did not necessarily want to talk about, especially with strangers. Also had to ask for a cup of tea, considering my treatment was 1hr 30mins.

If you are looking for lash extensions with a high drama look- look no further! My lashes have stayed on for 7.5 weeks at this point and still going! Definitely the longest I have ever had lashes stay on and I get my lashes done often in countries around the world. My experience was very nice, application was very gentle and relaxing. Price point was very reasonable. Making an appt online was simple and overall a smooth process. Highly recommend!

From the moment I arrived, the attention I received was unlike any other. Everyone is so professional yet warm and friendly, and I absolutely loved my lashes. The communication was amazing from the very beginning, I am a very very picky person and Nicola gave me exactly what I wanted. Next time I am in Cape Town I will be booking a massage and of course another set of lashes. Thank you so much!

I had a 4.5hr spa which was very disappointing. The therapist was good but there's no ambience, no tea, coffee, water or Slippers offered (in Woman's Day week). The room was cold and I couldn't take one decent pic as there was none to take. Covid has restricted the normal way we do business but compared to other spas I went to during this time, I'm really disappointed choosing The Loft Spa.

After having a terrible experience with my previous wax lady, I decided to try The Loft out. I have never looked back. The ladies are so friendly, always willing to accommodate you in whatever way necessary. Khabo, is absolutely amazing. So gentle and attentive, she’s really made waxing a breeze for me. I’d recommend them to anyone! Their massages and facials are amazing as well.

I have been having lashes with Nicole now for the last two years and love the treatment and service I get. Not to mention she is the best in the business. Loft also offers a number of other spa treatments that you can spoil yourself with on a monthly basis, we all deserve a little down time and the Loft Spa is the place just for that. Pay them a visit you wont be disappointed.

Had a great experience did gel nails, two weeks ago.The receptionist and Grace made me feel welcome and had some great conversations time went by fast. I didn't have my bank card and contacted the spa direct to make a reservation and they are flexible with payment you can settle on arrival if it's not a busy day. Here are my nails 2 weeks later:)

The Loft Spa always goes above and beyond to ensure that I receive the best treatment. I was in search of a certain nail design, and they took time to source the nail colour that I wanted. Julianna thereafter produced a beautiful replica of the nail design, and I am beyond happy. I recommend the loft for all services.

Had such a lovely experience at the spa. My husband and I got manicures and pedicures and wow was it a treat. The ladies were so kind, and we got amazing foot and leg massages that were part of the pedicure. Definitely recommend!
