I love the Magic Tree Box! Keep your eyes open for the babbling brook to be running with real water, smoke coming from chimneys, lights in the houses and tiny decor and Vespas appearing and disappearing. The resident fairies and hobbits are very clever! This tree box is so cool that it is now a chapter - and one of the 111 Places - in the updated 3rd edition of my guidebook "111 Places in Washington That You Must Not Miss."

The fairies at the magic tree box are always up to something. One time it was a tribute to legos, and another, they were playing an ispy game. When I came, the circus was in town. You’ll never know what the fairies are up to next, be sure to visit often.

I try to visit the magic tree box once a week on my walks with my pup. I love that the owner is constantly changing things, adding things, and setting up “I spy” challenges! It’s a great way to engage with the neighborhood and you can tell the owner puts a lot of love into this project. Highly recommend!

I love walking by the Magic Tree Box! There’s always something going on there, a county fair, some new plants and mushrooms, even a teeny mailbox. It’s a treat to be able to peek in and see what’s new …

Where's it at. I can't find it... I found it!!! It's between the street and sidewalk, maps makes it look like it's in between houses, which there is no in between. Thank you!! Love it!!
