Having recently moved to Wickham Terrace after surviving a stroke, I have been fortunate enough to come across this ever reliable 'The Mill Pharmacy' to stock all of the current medications in which I am reliant on for my survival and self preservation...the added bonus being the knowledgeable, friendly, helpful,happy staff on hand... this awesome pharmacy also has the best range of assistive medical needs, gifts, and curios I have ever seen! Plus! A coffee shop attached for you to enjoy a cup while waiting for your scripts to be filled! Always hated going to the doctors or chemists. However, with a bustling little cafe out front and the friendliest and most helpful staff The Mill always makes a trip to the pharmacy an anxiety free and pleasant experience. The pharmacists are always so knowledgeable and happy to provide advice and pop out from behind the counter and assist you, special thank you to Anyi for her advice today. I have been a customer at The Mill Pharmacy almost one year, from the first day I walked in I knew this was going to be my new go to Pharmacists, I have not been let down. All the ladies are very friendly, and always up for a chat, they go beyond to help you with any questions you have about your Medication. So if you are looking for a Pharmacists that is more than just a place to process your scripts, its a place that warms your heart and you will always leave with a smile on your face. The pharmacy is in the central business district where many of Brisbbane’s specialist medical practitioners have offices. I use this pharmacy when I need the convenience or a specialised medication that some of the other Chemists usually have to order in. I remember when they first took over this pharmacy and they have always been very friendly and helpful. There’s also a lot very interesting gift items in the shop section as well so there’s always something to have a look at while you wait.

Came in looking for a nasal decongestant for the flu not realising I'd bought some last week for my partner. They were immediately rude and suspicious and did the classic pharmacist thing of claiming the medication with proven efficacy is worse than something they recommend. You guys aren't doctors please just follow their scripts and recommendations unless you are genuinely sure your suggestion is better.

Chin the pharmacist is amazing, she has gone above and beyond to move mountains in assisting us. Where most other pharmacists and GP's could not help us, Chin found a solution and personally travelled to collect and deliver medication. She is a very special pharmacist who puts her customers first. Thank you so much Chin, we will be forever grateful that you took the time to help us.

It was my first time contacting the Mill Pharmacy when the hotel I'm in quarantine recommending to me. I'm super happy with their service, the delivery was amazingly fast. The lady I spoken to over the phone was very friendly and informative. Thank you the Mill Pharmacy, I will be your customer from now on. Fully recommend this pharmacy to everyone.

The product range of gifts is excellent. The staff are generally friendly but on occasion one Pharmacist has made it difficult to place orders for medication; being slightly argumentative instead of gracefully investigating matters, causing undue embarrassment in front of other customers. This Pharmacy is NOT open on Saturdays.

I needed antihistamines quickly at 7:30am which in hotel quarantine up the road. Chin the pharmacist was eager to help and able to deliver. They also serve decent coffee - very important! I had a strong oat latte and wasn't disappointed. They also repurpose their milk cartons as delivery trays, clever.

If you are prepared to pay twice the price for your medications (esp for non PBS meds) this place is fine. Charged $65 for an injection (private prescription) while most other pharmacies including non discounters charge $30-35.

In my hour of need Chin was fantastic. Being in quarantine makes interactions difficult at the best of times, Chin made it as stress free as possible under the circumstances. Super responsive and personalised service. Thanks

Pharmacy has great selection of giftware. Pharmacists are extremely helpful. They stock medications most pharmacies do not, which is great.
