Great location and lovely staff, though. But not a great place for a mindful, quality yoga. If you're a beginner or just want to stretch it is a good place to go but if you're looking for deepening your regular practice or practice hatha or ashtanga this is not the place for you. I joined during a promotion and found too many students in the class (20-30 per class) and classes running on a very tight schedule (every 60 min in and out during the whole day) so I decided to look for something else as I need something more spiritual, slow and deepening. Try it for yourself!

This is a very good yoga studio. The owner is friendly and the instructors are amazing. Most of the instructors speak English but the class will be in Portuguese. So you will have to watch the other students during the flow. The studio does not have any online bookings system like MINDBODY, and not much for social media updates, cleanliness can also be greatly improved. Would still highly recommend if your in Ipanema and like a great workout.

A fantastic studio in the heart of Ipanema - Rio de Janeiro. High level of professional and certified teachers. The studio is based on the lounge of the building (5th floor) facing a broad and open view of a park not far from Ipanema beach. The open space offers the perfect location to experiencing your daily practice. Highly recommended to anyone, from beginners to advanced yoga practice. On top of that, good charge rate.

Fui ao local conhecer e saber como funcionava e o rapaz disse que não ia me atender porque estava em aula , então perguntei quanto ia demorar ele disse " não sei " e fechou a porta na minha cara . Minha intenção não era atrapalhar a aula mas um pouco de educação cairia bem .

Great Yoga studio with lots of different classes, teachers and styles. Coaracy, the owner, is very helpful and accommodating. The classes are busy, but you will still have enough room for your practice.

Não é à toa que é o mais querido. Clima descontraído e nem por isso menos sério, muito pelo contrário o yoga é levado muito a sério, só que de forma leve e prazerosa.
