The Reject Shop is a fantastic place to buy just about anything at very reasonable prices. You can find good cheap and nasty, average or even really good quality products here at the reject shop. I have shopped here every now and then for over 15 Years!!! I like that they still provide plastic bags and hope they continue to but it’s unfortunate they cost so much! Best place to buy cheap gardening products and seeds of all kinds. Always buy my Christmas and presents of all kinds wrapping paper here as you can get 4 meters of any color for only $2 it’s perfect to have different colores of wrapping paper on hand all year round which thanks to the reject shop I have. Stick tape, stationary, soaps, batteries, towels, bedding, kitchen equipment - a great place to check out if you have just moved or are moving and need to stock up on house hold supplies. Two toy sections for the kids which is great. Christmas is always a special time to visit the reject shop although busy what they have on offer in terms of decorations, labels, ribbons, sweets, everything you need you will get most of it here at a great price! Sometimes it can be a bit of a mess, busy or hard to get staff to help you out but only sometimes overall it’s a great store and I will continue to visite it in the future, highly recommended! #SeanDavisAustralia

Never had a problem shopping there over several years. Staff always polite, helpful. Picked up many nice bargains, both for travel, pets, kids, household. Bought my curtains there at a great price, admired by my son who paid a lot more for his. Only issue I have is Garden selection is limited. Keep looking for the BIG Green plant pot I got 10 years ago at a great bargain price & never seen again since. Bought 2. Wished I'd bought 6 or 8. Variety & prices very competitive. Entry & aisles relatively wheelchair assessable. Public toilets incl disabled are next door to your Right of shop Exit, & lifts just opposite will take you to Lvl 5 Food Hall. Edited 13May23 Current Affair has aired that Staff have been overworked & underpaid for overtime. Yet the company made a huge profit. I am disappointed.

I just wanted to say how wonderful your staff at Parramatta are. Our daughter Emily is 6 and has Autism. She is obsessed with a deck of go fish cards we had purchased at one of your stores. So obsessed that they had been completely worn out. We were looking got a replacement deck but couldn’t find them. When my cousin made contact with the Parramatta store and explained our circumstances, the Gentlemen on the phone insisted on sending two decks to my daughter free of charge. The kindness and generosity brought tears to our eyes. We are so extremely grateful! The cards arrived today and Ems was so happy! Thank you so much for bringing such joy to our daughter life! The employee is an absolute legend and we hope you can pass on how grateful we are.

The Reject Shop (TRS) is a useful place I go to for day to day odds and ends which are necessary but can't usually be found in other shops. For example, there used to be a useful, though rudely-staffed shop called Lyncraft to do with tailoring, home linen, etc. in Westfield, Parramatta.It could be reached by going down the escalator outside K-Mart, which is situated at one end of level 3 in Westfield. But rudy Lyncraft shifted its posterior out of Westfield Parramatta years ago and I didn't know where to go for a tape-measure. Finally found one in TRS, for $7, though it was of the metal kind used by carpenters. Still, it served my purpose! I visited TRS a few days ago and found the staff helpful.

I found it very interesting there was so much there going from lollies and party goodys, to cleaning floors and house, to crockery and glassware .to clothes wear, garden ornaments garden utilities all sorts of garden things. and toys wrapping paper cards soft drinks ,and some food stuffs they seem to have everything that i can't remember it all and at reasonable prices I loved being there and I'm going back.! And polite staff that are more than willing to attend to your needs. PS. They need some scattered seats for you to sit on there will be pregnant women old man old ladies people with a broken leg , knee or back trouble to rest between shopping..

Reject shop is similar to KMart and Target, however, because the size of the shop is small as compared to the others, there are less products. But you will get some products which you will not find in others. So worth checking. Prices are competitive and sometimes less than that you will find in KMart or Target, but the price difference is not significant. Return policy is not customer friendly, one thing to consider. I used to shop here but stopped after an argument with the staff over an analog travel weight scale which I wanted to return as it was showing incorrect result. Reject shop does not have its brand like the others.

This store is a fraud! They issued 10 gift cards without proper activation. The store knows the gift cards can't be used at the cash register but apparently won't refund until it's further investigated with their IT department. Its been more than 3 weeks their head office is still investigating with no outcome. Matter has gone to Current Affairs (Nine News) and Australian Fair Trading. Store is not apologised and seems they have just robbed me! Fortunately I have the receipts so can take them to NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal.

One of the cheapest place. You get many items at low prices. I don't have a good experience here. I bought solor lights but they never last long. I bought solar garden lights also and they are working fine. If money or experiment is your concern you can buy goods from here. Not a bad place. You can park in Westfield parramatta to reach this shop. The parking is free for first three hours. There after the charges are 7 AUD. There are sensors to read your number plate at the time of entry and exit. No parking ticket is issued.

Awesome price for a ceramic pot, never got that cheap so bought few, but unfortunately the service was quite poor, I just got accused for tress passing for just leaving a pot on the floor. Quite heavy accusation, I was perplexed and need to hear again. Without hesitation he repeated and explained the word to me. Anyway I just apologised for leaving the pot on the floor next to the wooden palette. Sad to see bad staff like this.

I was with my husband and kids, Lady manager told us to get out of the shop, Her argument was unfair. She was showing her power as manager. We were regular customer of Parramatta Reject shop, but from that day experience, We would never visit that shop. I think her behaviour was not good. Her behaviour with other cultural people was not good. She as manager don't know how to take care of Customer. Bad experience.

The service i had today was amazing from a guy called Dale. I think this is his name as it’s on the receipt. Seen him working at Merrylands store. So glad he is at my local Reject store. Excellent and fast service at register and at the same time making sure everyone has signed in to make everyone safe to enter store. Well done and awesome multitasking. Variety shop with great discounts on well known brands. I buy all my cleaning items and detergents because they are dollars cheaper than the supermarket. I also bought a sodastream the other week for $60 less than the normal price. Bargain! Different items keep coming in so its good to keep going back to check what new items they have on sale.

Chocolate had gone off, though within 2 months of expiry, on one of two Yowies. Would give a lower rating if possible, due to people seeming to be in acceptance of food being off being a risk you take when buying from this store. I don't care how much of a status quo you've built for yourselves here - this is not OK.

Items made of plastic are easily available here. And utensil made of all kinds of metals are also found here. Here a little stuff is also available for decorating inside the house. But while buying any goods from here,check it thoroughly sometimes the stuff here comes out broken otherwise it's good and reasonable.

Surprisingly awesome shop. I thought at first why this name? So weird. But who cares about the name, all the things are so cheaper than the other shops.. nice variety as well for e.g. kitchen, bathroom , toys, stationery, garden, food, dining. Everyone should visit atleast once here.. you will not regret it. ☺️

Good place for things that you don't want to spend money on and also that you might not use for long. You spend less but you also be ready to get average quality stuff. But if course, you might be able to spot a few things that aren't available elsewhere. It's on ground level inside Westfield Parramatta.

All staff thats been serving in this year always been polite and chirpy regardeless the covid negative vibes everyone has been oozing which has been a breath of fresh air, its not a massive popular shop to be in but heck id just chill here next time for more cheap stuff for good customer service

Just had the best service from one of the workers. I didnt get to catch his name but he was a tall white bald guy who was very kind to assist me and my son. Thank you for your excellent service! Just found my receipt. Workers name is Dale. Hope he is recognised for his great service.

The staff weren’t very child friendly when I visited a couple of weeks ago. They constantly gave my 2 year old daughter side eye and criticized me behind my back when she bumped into their christmas bag display. They sound sick and tired of their job and it’s noticeable.

Looking for googly eyes and found it in the reject shop. Was over the moon about it and went around browsing through the shop and found more arts and crafts items. Was very happy with the range that the reject shop have in stock and was happy with the prices too.

Well stocked, good range of the UK stuff as well (The Reject Shop has a partnership with Tesco for Tesco's own brand... for some reason). Store is a little tucked away but not difficult to get to (Near the kmart escalators, best and less, and cex)

Has all products that are required for household from tooth brush to toilet cleaner, stationary items, cards, etc. Cost is comparatively cheaper than many stores. Friendly staffs. In case of any urgency , public toilet is nearby.

Lovely shop with wide range of products. I bought a pink headphone from there for my daughter. She used it for a day and it stopped walking. My 8 year old was very disappointed. Reject shop wow what a name. Really suits the shop

Great variety but has a haphazard layout. Also, the shelves with diaries were poorly stacked - impossible to see type and colour without removing dozens of others, or worse having several fall on the floor ( and your feet).

There is stuff at good prices BUT there is no way to exit the store without going through the checkout (as the entry has a gate) and if there is a line for the checkouts...there is no way out at all without buying anything!

Goods at reasonable prices. I sometimes go there ti get certain things and find out they are sold out. It would be great if their website shows real time availabity of stock for each store to avoid customer disappointment.

The store has been improved a lot compare with last few years. Better presentation. Only downside I found is exit is too narrow. If you don't buy anything it is hard to pass through check out without wait.

Some good bargains, particularly at Christmas. Also occasional bargains on cosmetics. Decent range of party goods at reasonable prices but it's worth comparing prices with smart dollar upstairs near Kmart.

Okay store. Customer service can be improved and there should be more staff on registers. Not a good idea having queues of people lining up while there is only one staff member at the cash register

Good prices But misleading signs. There is a sign which says the store opens at 0830am on Saturday ,which is also on the website. When I arrive at the store at 0830am, the store was not open!

Usually you can pick up a bargain, but check the use by date if it's food. Sometimes it's not very long and only a couple of days to go, so be aware when purchasing, so you don't get caught.

Very polite attender and all cheap items available under one roof. Christmas time so do visit for it. Many good storage plastic and bath items available at very cheap price. Value for money.

Lots of bargains on now to Xmas decorations lollies containers of different sizes pet food and there toys laundry and bathroom cleaners toy lots to choose from so happy shopping cheers

Quick service. I went there with a person who was wheelchair bound & the aisles not cluttered & wheelchair friendly. Customer service was good & friendly too.

If you like to buy toys, always come to this shop first. Popular toys like Barbie was sold here the other days for only $9, while other stores sell for $13.

Isaac and other staff members are extremely helpful and friendly. 10/10 I'll come here to shop again just for the staff. They deserve a raise honestly.

Who doesn't love the Reject shop! Lots of bargains, discontinued goods, household items, chocolates, decorations for festive occasions and birthdays.

Finding new love for this place after a few years of absence. Something has changed and it seems to be for the better. Some things are great value.

I used to buy gel pens and colouring books from but they stopped stocking these. Store can get busy with only one person doing checkout.
