Very unprofessional behaviour, mostly their staff remain busy in internal chichat ,they are less interested in attending client, I ordered a designer sendal for my wife in our own marriage, at the day of predecided delivery date They said , Order is ready and will call you back in 10 minutes and they didn't replied me for entire day, two days before date of our marriage they said Order is not ready and we will send the order via courier , This is their conpletely an unprofessional behaviour

I needed a fancy and smart pair of festive slippers when I came across a reel by them! Took a chance and went ahead and ordered! The time period i had on hand was really short! But they made the whole experience so effortless and the footwear reached me before time! Great fit and extremely comfortable! Would definitely recommend!

I bought customized flats n kolhapuri jutte from The Shoe Tales. It's look very nice. Quality n finishing of handwork r very good.i loved it. Worst experience I have ever had. The staff is not responding properly. I have given order of shoes for my reception and they have not given my shoes as per my size and colour. I would not recommend the shoe tales to choose for your occasion. Highly disappointed

Shoe Tales have been one hell of an experience, they curate shoes as per bride’s requirements and they are up to the mark, really loved how magically they have curated my wedding shoes!

She is a big looter...she only wants money..I customized the design but she sent the sandal of her choice...and then block me from instagram...so plz don't buy any sandal from her...

I ordered camouflage flojos and got flips I could of cut up an old tire and made a better flip flop than what was sent. If I could give them a negative I would. DO NOT RECOMMEND
