I attended clinic for MRI referral. The form was incorrectly filled out and I needed it amended whilst I was interstate so I could have MRI done as soon as I got home. I was told I had to be in clinic, in appointment, to get a new form. I replied, but I already paid $85 for the service and did not get what I paid for. I was told 'not to worry that they would only charge Medicare and I wouldn't be out of pocket'. I argued Medicare should not pay for their error either, but was told this is the clinic practice. I asked for clinic manager to ring me to discuss and was again told the same thing. I emailed again for help and common sense as I could not get back into clinic. I asked for the owner to reply to me directly. It was blocked again by the clinic manager and I was instead, sent a form to fill out, to transfer my records to a new clinic. I consider this as blatant revenue raising. I have spoken to two doctors and the radiology clinic who have confirmed that Tanti could have amended form without cost to me, Medicare or my presence. The doctor at Tanti is absolutely awesome so am dissapointed that due to this clinics dodgy practice and unhelpfulness I won't return again.

Having visited a number of GPs since moving to mornington a number of years ago, I had all but given up finding a practice where i feel like more than a number. In fact I've avoided seeing a GP for years unless absolutely necessary. However, I have found myself in a medical situation requiring a GOOD Dr and with ongoing needs... I'm so pleased I took the time to research centres in the area as I found the wonderful team at The Station. What a refreshing change to all previous experiences I have had at medical practices. With Dr Barry looking after me and guiding me through what is best for my health i am so very relieved to call her and this practice my personal GP.

My kids have seen Dr Rachel Barry for more than a year now and she's amazing. It's so lovely to see a Doctor who genuinely cares and has a holistic outlook. She's always happy to squeeze in an appointment where she can and we always feel we're in the best possible hands. Plus, we love that the new clinic is so easy to get to with plenty of parking.

Dr sadia shinwari has been an amazing doctor over the last few years. She is incredibly respectful in her professional view, and will put herself in your shoes. Dr sadia takes her time to understand your health problems, and finds a solution that works in with your personal beliefs. She genuinely cares about her patients, best GP i’v been to!

We have lived in various places in Australia and The Station on Tanti is by far the best clinic, ever! The receptionists are very friendly and welcoming. The doctors generally care about their patients and take the time to discuss all concerns you might have about your health. I would recommend the Station on Tanti to everyone!!

Not happy with reception not finding my data on data base after a previous appointment. Found Dr Barry aggressive, unkind and stern in delivering medical information about my health stating " this is bad news' or "you're not going to like this". Will not return!

The staff, nurses, and doctors are top notch. My husband and I come here for all our health related needs and today we had our first set of AZ COVID shots which were done quickly, painlessly, and were well organised. Highly recommend this clinic.

New GP on Tanti Street in Mornington. Took my 4 year old daughter there last week - terrific set up and a lovely Irish Doctor is the owner - We have finally found our Family GP for our area.

I feel they took advantage of my elderly mother , watch they don’t charge ridiculous fees for prescriptions. Have now moved to red hill medical and a fraction of the price for pensioners!!
