This is definitely a must try in Nashville!! The food was awesome! We got the Deviled eggs, the Steak San, and the Mac n cheese with hot chicken ontop (we got the milder version which wasn't too spicey but still had a kick) All of it was delicious!! The mac and cheese was the best I have ever had! We also tried one of there mason jar cocktails, the peach tea one, and it was pretty damn good :) but a little over priced. (Everything is on Nashville so whatever) Pros- The location is right on Broadway, and it is right next to Big Machine Vodka Distillery. If you haven't tried Big Machine, you need to. One thing to mention is they weren't taking reservations when we showed up. They said it would be a 30 minute wait but for 2 people it was closer to 10 minutes. Noteworthy - Nashville is LOUD everywhere is loud!! The night we came here, it wasn't super loud inside and was a nice little break from the Loud outside. (I know, I'm a grandma already at 24) Critiques Everything was good food wise, but my critique would be to SEASON the food. Ya'all have a lot of flavor goin on, but the steak coulda be better seasoned the fries definitely coulda been better seasoned. So the food gets a 4/5 because it needs some seasoning. Another random con- I didn't mind being stuck in the back of the downstairs room, but we were sat right next to where the food was going in and out. It wasn't horrible, but it does tinge the atmosphere a bit. I am just surprised they aren't because a closed swinging door like most places, but it was kinda fun to watch their system because it is crazy on a Friday night! I was getting anxiety just watching

Ah, The Stillery in downtown Nashville: where comfort food meets innovation with a side of Southern hospitality and a splash of whiskey—just how grandma never made it! First off, let's talk about that Mac & Cheese. If it were any more comforting, it'd tuck you into bed and read you a bedtime story. Creamy, cheesy, and with just the right amount of breadcrumb crunch on top—it's the culinary equivalent of a bear hug from Dolly Parton herself. Now, Hot Chicken Pizza? I mean, c'mon. It's like Nashville's two favorite food groups decided to have a jam session in your mouth. The heat from the chicken harmonizes perfectly with the gooey cheese and crisp crust, creating a tune that even Johnny Cash would envy. Don't even get me started on the custom cocktails. The mixologists behind the bar must have some sort of PhD in 'Mixology & the Art of Making Grown Adults Feel Giddy.' Each cocktail is a hand-crafted masterpiece that'll make you forget all about that honky-tonk you swore you'd never step foot in again. Located in the beating heart of downtown, The Stillery is the kind of place that turns first-timers into regulars faster than you can say "sweet tea." So if you're wandering down Broadway and you hear your stomach yodeling for something scrumptious, mosey on over. You'll leave with your belly full, your spirit lifted, and probably with a to-go box because portion control is apparently not in their vocabulary. Yeehaw!

There was no wait, a nice comfortable booth, service was quick, though our food came out a few minutes apart it was fresh and well made. We enjoyed the bacon and jalapeno rangoons to start. The Mac n cheese is very creamy and they toast up the top for a little extra crunch. The hot chicken comes in house and Nashville hot so you can adjust the heat level, I'm not a fan of the cheese they used on the hot chicken sandwich but it was mostly easy to scrape off. The steak sandwich with greens was very tender and thinly sliced to make it easier to eat, it was one of the best constructed higher quality steak sandwiches I've seen.

This little place was a surprise! We, a group of 4, were looking for some late night food and assumed we would be getting "bar food" somewhere. We stumbled across this nice little place! Among the 4 of us, we had fried pickles, catfish and chips dinner, and BBQ chicken pie (pizza). EVERYONE that got the catfish, RAVED about how amazing it was! The bbq chicken pie was good. I felt like pizza could have used more toppings spread out vs being more centered... The pickles, well... Let's just say, they lacked.... Edible... But just not up to expectation with everything else that was so good. The breading for the pickles, I think got left in the bag... Cause it wasn't on the pickles. But that was no reason to give them anything less than 5 stars! Now for the nitty gritty.... Our server ROCKED IT. Luis was his name, made exceptional recommendations, and took care of us very well! He himself gets 10 out of 10 rating

I was in Nashville for work so I was by myself. I'm also a vegetarian. The Stillery came up on Google for a good vegetarian place, so in I came! I was seated quickly no wait. My waitress was so sweet, we chatted a bit too and she gave me some recommendations because I asked. The blackberry lime drink I got was delicious- which also means it's deadly;) ordered a salad with strawberry, pecans, feta and crispy wonton and I ate every single bite, it was absolutely divine. I'd ordered a "personal" pesto and roasted tomato pizza as well, but was so full by the time that came (apparently portions are huge in Nashville, I encountered this everywhere) I managed like 1/8 of the pizza and took the rest to go. The pizza was delicious, with a hint of heat and the crust was brushed with garlic concoction as well. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at The Stillery- solo, vegetarian, and not overwhelming noise level like the entirety of Broadway!

This might be my favorite spot to eat in all of Nashville. The food is absolutely delicious, I'm not sure I've ever had anything on the menu that isn't good. The specialty drinks are great my personal favorite is the dreamsicle. My favorite menu item is the Mac and cheese but the pizzas are something you can never go wrong with either. Make sure this is a stop if you are looking for good food near Broadway.

We got in around 8pm so it’s pretty crowded, we waited for 45 minutes before getting seated. Since it’s our first time, we chose the special and recommended dishes. I got myself the Mac & Cheese with Hot chicken- the popular one in the restaurant. We also got a Hanger Steak (pic not included), Catfish & Chips- as my waiter’s favorite one, and Steak’Sand Burger. My Mac&Cheese is creamy and makes a great combination with spicy chicken wings, which is understandable why people love it. Personally, I love and recommend the Steak’Sand Burger because of its crunchy bread and juicy meat with cheese and greens. Great amount and all is delicious. Got so full quickly. Our waiter is friendly and helpful. Good atmosphere.

Had a great lunch. Went here based on Yelp rating and it was only two dollar signs ($$), and the first place we went had a long line out the door. I had the Mac and Cheese with the Nashville Hot Chicken on top ($19.50), and it was great. We had ordered the fried pickles and pretzels as appetizers, and were almost full by the time the main course arrived, so lots of leftovers. Total for 4 with 2 cocktails or beers per person was around $160.00. Also, if you pay with a credit card, they will add a processing fee of about $5.00. Atmosphere rating is lower only because it did not have the feeling of being in Nashville-- no music, etc. but very good service.

The Stillery has some of the best food I've eaten in Nashville. The pretzel burger was outstanding. I haven't had a burger this good since 2015, so it very nearly beat the best burger I've ever had. The staff was fantastic. Everyone was very professional. Dave was awesome! He mixed my drink perfectly. It was a packed house when I went, but it wasn't a long wait for anything. Everything was completely under control here. The atmosphere is typical of a rustic gastropub vibe. I enjoyed how clean everything was. It was very welcoming. I enjoyed this place a lot. I can't wait to be back.

Mmmm mmm mmm!! I have nothing bad to say about this establishment. We stopped in on our last day in Nashville and we’re not disappointed at all. We were greeted and seated promptly and our food came out at a reasonable amount of time and was hot and fresh! The Sonoran and bacon mushroom bleu burgers were delish and so were the fries!! They give you a huge amount of fries, which I did try to finish but failed The next time I’m in Nashville I’m stopping in. Keep doing what you’re doing!!

Some of the best food we all had! The spicy chicken pizza was probably in my top 5 pizzas I ever had. The spicy mac and cheese was the best Mac and cheese I ever had! The wontons were incredible as well. The Brussels were a little soft but still tasted good. The service was quick, professional, and made great recommendations. Ambiance was quieter but could still talk at a normal level.

We read a lot of good reviews before stopping in for dinner. Glad we did, our meal was great. We wanted to try the Mac and Cheese with Nashville chicken plus 2 entrées. Our server cautioned us on over ordering and instead had us get Mac and Cheese as a side for an entrées and split the fries from the second order. She added a Nashville hot chicken breast and saved us $15. And she was right, it was still more than we could eat. Great experience, we highly recommend.

Stopped in with my cousins by accident cause we were looking for a place to eat and this one looked interesting. So glad we did. It was busy but we got seats at the bar. Drink menu was very interesting and I tried 3. Strawberry Rye was my favorite. We started with Devil Eggs appetizer which was amazing. I had the Brussels sprouts pizza and it was absolutely delicious. The caramelized onions and bacon made it all work so well. Both my cousins had catfish and chips and really enjoyed it. And to top it off, great service from our bartender. Highly recommend!

Excellent food and value. We had catfish and macaroni and cheese with spicy hot chicken. Very good. Had a couple mason jar drinks which were very good. If you don't order the devilled eggs as an appetizer that's your mistake. They were hands down the best devilled eggs we have ever had. Just amazing. Busy place. Worth a little wait if needed.

Great place to eat in the heart of Nashville! They also have a rooftop bar. We waited 45 minutes for a table. All the staff were friendly. The food was definitely worth the wait. We loved the Hot Chicken sandwich and Sonoran burger. The fries were not very good. They seemed a little soggy. I would have preferred them with some crispness.

Wow! We stopped by The Stillery to have a meal before a show. And The Stillery provided a show of its own! There are a lot of great choices on the menu, and everything we had was absolutely delicious. The rangoons, the brussels sprouts, the sausage pizza — all perfect. And the service was tremendous. I enjoyed watching the staff interacting with one another. They were having a good time and working their butts off. Great experience!

Set in the middle of the action, this place is great if you’re looking to eat and get back to the fun. Dinner for 4 people with an appetizer and drinks was completed in less than 45 minutes. Quality wasn’t compromised, we loved it all. Ordered a salad that was so big I couldn’t finish and that’s rare for me. Definitely keeping this on the radar for a place for a quick lunch.
