STEER CLEAR OF THIS LOCATION--at least as long as Kevin is the owner, which honestly, I'm hoping is not much longer given all the reviews specifically about his lack of customer service! (He is the older, bald man there.) I recently went in because I had a number of Amazon returns to send back. I am a mother of a toddler and a baby, so time is precious and efficiency is key. With my husband's help, I organized and loaded my returns (about 6 total) into the store, along with my kids. The goal was to make the transactions go as seamlessly as possible. We got there early and there was only one customer in the store who was already being helped. Kevin came to the front to "help" us. I wish he hadn't! For context, Amazon apparently has a new system for returns where some orders do not require packaging as it will be consolidated into a larger order to be sent back to their warehouse. The shipping labels could not be printed ahead of time for this reason, so when I entered the store, I had a cart full of open boxes. For each return, a QR code was generated so that the UPS employee could determine whether the item was part of a consolidation or needed its own box. I already had all of the QR codes queued up in my phone ready to be scanned. When Kevin greeted us, he was as pleasant as a box of rocks, but I was polite anyway. I even prefaced the interaction by saying, "Please bear with me, I have a few Amazon returns." Before I could even provide him the QR codes, he condescendingly said, "Don't take this the wrong way..." (red flag!), "but if your packages need to be taped at all, I will not help you and you will need to purchase tape from us." I have come in before and have never been chastised over tape, so I was flabbergasted by his dryness. However, I didn't want to dismiss him, so I just continued on with the transaction. Based on what he told me regarding the tape, I decided to first pull out the biggest order that I had to return which coincidentally was the only one that I DID have a shipping label for and was taped up. Before I could even get it out of the cart, he very rudely interrupted by saying, "No no no, let's do this one at a time, what are you doing?" Fed up by his tone at this point, I then told him that although he didn't want to be offensive, I was very frustrated with his lack of care or patience for something I organized and that could have gone smoothly if he just allowed it. You would think that would change his attitude--it did not. So I pushed my cart out of the store and decided to go elsewhere. Another UPS Store helped me out--and what do you know, it was a 5 minute transaction. I learned from that owner that they make very little on Amazon returns, which was honestly probably why Kevin was so rude and didn't care for the business. He is lazy, rude, and doesn't care about you if you aren't bringing in big bucks to his store!

If you plan to ship anything of value, I highly recommend you take it elsewhere. I walked into this store to ship a package on a busy lunch break, and was rushed through the process. I don't ever ship things and didn't think much of it, until my package was lost inside a UPS facility ($2000 item) and they offered me $100. It wasn't until AFTER my item was lost that they took the time to explain insurance and declared values to me. Apparently everyone walking in the door is supposed to be aware of these things. Had someone taken 20 seconds to explain declared value and insurances to me, I would have happily paid whatever the extra was so that I wouldn't be out $1900. To make things worse, the owner essentially told me I was a liar over the phone. He said all of his employees ALWAYS explain these things. 5 minutes later in the conversation he says "I am going to have to get my employees to start signing off on this stuff because I am tired of having these conversations". So basically this happens often. The icing on the cake was having to go through another round of being on hold for hours with UPS to find out that they approved the claim and mailed a check to the store. When I called all I got was excuses about not having enough employees. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with, and I will be taking my business to FedEx from now on.

I went to the store to print documents and noticed that it was necessary to swipe a card or enter a reference number in order to use the computer and once the job was printed, it would charge you the actual amount for the print job. The last time I was in the store, this was not required. I was having trouble with my credit card and asked if I could pay with cash and get a reference number instead. I was not done asking when one of the employees interrupted me in a rude manner, saying "nope we can't" instead of offering me assistance with it. I asked why she was being rude if I was just asking a question, she went on saying, "that's how it's always been, you need to use your card, etc". I then asked for her name and she replied, "I'm Dina, the manager" I was shocked to learn I was being treated in such manner by the manager, so I let her know I would file a complaint about her poor customer service. This is my local store and I always conduct business transactions there, this will be the last time I will use your services. You need to hire friendly and professional managers that are willing to provide remarkable service to your customers. I had to use this means to file my complaint, because you do not have an option on your website for complaints or feedback.

I went there today to try to fax a 62 page document. Price gouging at its finest!!! $2.50 for 1st page, $1 for each additional page!!! Omg!! Seriously, especially during these hard times? I was shocked and asked if they were serious? How can they even do this? The manager came over right away and asked what was going on and I told him the same thing. He was so rude and just mean!! He told me that I didn’t have to get the service if I didn’t like the price and I could go somewhere else. Today was the deadline for what I needed faxed and could not afford what they were charging. I asked were else could I go and they responded Safeway right away. Rude, rude and rude!! Faxing is a service provided by a phone company and UPS does not get charged extra for faxing. I can’t believe they would do this. Such a high amount for this particular service, which I’m sure other than their phone bill, they pay no additional costs. Sad. Putting Zero stars was Not an option!!

I had shipped a package through this ups store in Laveen, unfornitintly the package was lost and the receiver notified me they had not received the package. I called the this ups store and started a 'investigation'. The store stated UPS will get back to them in 8 days and the store would follow up with me. It turns out they had been emailing each other and I was not notified and the case was closed. I had not found out til a month later when I called UPS directly telling me the investigation was closed and to contact store. The store said they were never contacted and they don't understand why it was closed. I am frustrated that no one at the store had called me and notified me of the situation. Now the process has to start all over again. No body at this store will care enough to help you if your package is lost. Why? It's not their package. It's not important enough to them and they are too busy. Does this happens to anyone else?

If we could leave a negative star we would. My wife went in to get some copies done and the employee who helped her was incredibly rude. She asked to use the copy machines like she always had many times prior and he said you can't do that, we do it for you now. She told him she had been there many times and he informed her it was under new management. She asked for two sided copies and he told her she would be charged for both sides... this doesn't make any sense. She asked them to be sorted and stapled and he said we don't do that. It cost her over $32 for 20 packets, around 200 copies and we had to put them together ourselves. She told him she wouldn't be back and he said I just work here....could have cared less. We will never do business there again. In addition to this I called there the other night to get a quote to ship a military flag in a display case and they quoted me $135.00. Total rip off!

  • chaz

I've come here three times. Two for drop-offs, one was a paid shipment. The guy helping me with the paid shipment clearly did not know the first thing about their software or how shipping rates are calculated. My package should have been around 15 to $20 at most to ship to California but it came out to $30 and some change. When I asked the man behind the register to explain how it amounted to $30 he wasn't about to break down the pricing, only offered generalized excuses. He sounded like he didn't care AND looked like an employee on their last day of work. "That's just what it came out to", "it's just that time of the year", "I'm not really sure". He had that dead look like his eyes like the store could catch on fire and he would just walk out and shoot up some more H. Zero customer service effort from that guy. The other two people I saw before were friendly and helpful.

June 2014, Bobbie advertise how u could get a mailbox for lifetime if you paid 5 yrs upfront. She sent emails and had a number of posters around the store. Store sold in Feb 2019 to new owners. The 5 yrs is now coming up. New owner claims there is no such thing as a lifetime box and sent options for renewal. We kept our receipt from 2014, but seems that isn't enough. I believe Bobbie also owned the UPS store on 19th ave and Baseline as well, so wouldn't be surprised if the same scam happened there as well. IF u were scammed in the same manner, pls reach out - perhaps enough complaints to UPS will stop people like Bobbie from ever getting approved for a new franchise. Do feel bad for the new owners being put in this position. Both UPS stores she owned were sold AFTER she pulled this scam .. no scruples.

Went to this location to return an amazon order. I was called up by an older male. I had told him my situation about this being my first time sending something back to Amazon. And i asked for his help. He then told me that he would not help me and that i need to get into the back of the line and figure it out myself. So i walked away in disbelief of the rudeness in the tone of his voice. So i got onto my Amazon app to figure it out by myself. Then a new customer walked in with an Amazon box. I asked him if he was returning as well. He said yes. Then i asked if he wouldn’t mind helping me out. Which he was very kind to. I was called up by the rude older male once again, I respectfully declined his help and said i would wait for someone else’s help. This man has no business in customer service.

  • Joshua Aguiar

Do not go to this store. I went to drop off two amazon return packages and normally I walk in scan and I’m gone, Not this store. I was charged for printing the labels and was not told I was going to be charge until after she printed them. There were packages sitting behind the counter with no boxes no bags and they told me I had I had to buy one. While I was waiting for the “boss” another customer walked up with an Amazon return it was A tiny lip stick. The employee grabbed put it in a bag and put the label on it but I had to buy packaging for my return. The “boss” was rude and had no idea how to talk to customers. Instead of waving the printing fee just told the employee you have to tell them in the being and walked away. I would not recommend this store to anyone.

  • ISAAC PISORS

OMG this place is HORRIBLE - ghetto from front to back. The 2 girls stand at the front of the store with absolutely NO customers except a huge line waiting to be forced to use the self-service amazon returns box, which requires you to put a piece of tape over your bagged return, yet they are refusing to help customers and provide tape to tape it up - which is a direct violation of their agreement with Amazon, who promises you do not need to box or bag or prepare your return - the ups store will do it. I'm going to get in touch with Amazon to let them know this returns location is in violation of their agreement. Never come here - they are so rude and nasty from the moment you open the door to the moment you leave, and see them treating others the same way.

  • Fserdenia

Don't go here when thir about to close. The guy who helped us just wanted to go home. His other person, Rebecca follow through to whatever his reasoning to not deal with customers. God forbid they close at 6PM and you were there at 550PM, they will make sure you KNOW THEIR CLOSE. Attitude goes a long way, and I can tell the African American guy didn't want to deal with our returns. And Rebecca, looks like a trainee, just follow the footsteps of the one training her. A lady came at 555 and said she printed something, the guy made comments about how they are closed and their nothing they can do about it. He needs extreme retraining, especially if his training new people. If only there were other UPS around, I wouldn't come here.

  • Amanda Parsons

Walked in to mail out two separate packages, waited in line, only to be called up by an older gentleman who had made it known helping customers was not his “job.” Once I got up to the counter, he saw my packages, turned and yelled at the employee, who was doing something else with another customer stating “I can’t be doing this, I need to make phone calls” then turned around to me, and said “you’ll have to wait” and walked away.. After about 8 minutes, the employee who finally came to help me, kept apologizing over and over for the mans behavior. Which, she shouldn’t be. She was super friendly, and tried to make it a more pleasant experience. But I think next time I’ll spend my $65 on shipping, else where.

  • Gina Bear

The owner Kevin older bald man is RUDE(.) We walked in we’re regular customers. The owner said “What do you want?” We started looking for a business card and he yelled “I am talking to you!” at that point we were appalled at the attitude he was giving us. We were still nice and asked what the new process was, he started of first by getting into semantics about him being the owner and there’s new rules. He gave us FALSE information and when he saw us struggling he said something completely different. We ended up leaving because it got to the point where he was just being way to rude. We went over to other UPS store on baseline & 19th ave WAY easier process and the manager Nicole was SUPER nice and helpful.

  • Vashti B.

This was an AWFUL experience. There's an employee by the name of Rebecca who was very rude and unprofessional. I had to return Items to Amazon and she argued that I needed to package my return when the email CLEARLY stated that I did not need to package it however I had a box for the item anyway. Then I asked to be able to mark down which tracking number was for which item and she argued that they were not able to do that or print a separate receipt for the 3 items I was sending back. And to make matters worse, I had to ask for her name 5x before she finally gave it to me causing a scene. I truly do not understand why or how employees are able to have such poor customer service and still remain employed.

  • Anthony Robinson

My name is Chatauna Robinson. I have come to the defense of this place, because the staff is really very nice. I see a lot of people are complaining, but is it because people of color are holding the positions or is it because of the service? I am in there a lot and they are always friendly and nice to a lot of people that come through there. People should not blame them if machines are not working. It is not their fault. All they can do is report it to their superiors and wait just like everyone else. Not everyone is bubbly cheery all the time, but they never have an attitude. If one person happens to have a bad hair day then forgiveness is in order, but don't condemn the whole group for one person.

  • Kakashi Hatake

Trust me if I could give this place a zero I would, sadly I can’t! I have had countless experiences at this location but this was the breaking point. I go to return an Amazon item that clearly stated in the barcode area it did not need to be packaged. As I am telling the older man working the front what it states he immediately cuts me off and starts talking over me in a more aggressive tone and states it needs to be packaged I again show him the barcode and let him know what it says he looks away and again repeats himself and refuses to take the item and proceeds to call the next person in line forward. This older man clearly had zero customer service skills, the younger guy is great tho.

  • walter benion

This is the worst UPS STORE I’ve ever used to deliver my return package. I had a Amazon return label on my phone and was told by UPS CUSTOMERS SERVICE GO TO a UPS store and they can scan it or you can email to them and they can print for you. I thought GREAT! I went to this Laveen UPS store and to my surprise they said the do not scan label from my phone!!! I asked for the Manager and he said Nor will we print label for free!! He said it cost $2.50 if I wanted them to print. I told them UPS Customer Srvc said it’s free. He said each store is different and make their own prices! I said that’s is Terrible you use the same name but operate how ever you want!! I left and never to return!!

  • Angel Solis

Old bald black guy will try to charge you just to breathe in his store. Cheapest management I’ve ever seen, computers are always “down and will be back up in the morning” so if you need the computer then don’t waste your time. They won’t allow you to email documents to print. Other UPS will and don’t charge you $3 for “internet use” when you email them. Old bald guy is rude, probably hates his life. Dude tells a customer “I’ll give you one small strip of tape but after you have to buy an entire roll” like bro they are paying you for shipping, don’t be cheap. & then he’s rude and disrespectful to his customers. If you hate your life, stay home. Not our fault your old and bald.

  • Franchasta Clemons

If I could give zero stars I would....This location has NO customer service skills AT ALL as the cashier is ringing my item for shipping he measured the box and gave me a price then repeated the process and raised the price how does that work? That’s only the beginning I also needed to print something from my usb Zip drive their computer is pay by the minute and as I asked for help all 3 of the employees working could only tell me to swipe my card which “obviously“ I did if I’m using the computer so 5 minutes and $10 later after figuring how to print from the computer myself I left UNHELPED... all I can say is don’t use this location if you want to be treated like a human

  • Blanca Zatarain

Kevin , I was disappointed today during my visit. Not only only should you learn ways in how to respond to your employees when they ask you for help, but if your going to approach me while I’m at the register paying $8.00 for a small plain cardboard box- at least have the courtesy to greet me before you come up ti me and interrupt me Ito let me know I’m limited to a small strip of tape to close the bottom of the box. Definitely disappointed in your approach- and lack of customer service. you may be the owner but you clearly lack leadership. Please do better

  • Helmut Bubestinger

DON"T USE THIS UPS LOCATION. There should be no star at all. I had a UPS package delivered to this location. From the package tracking I can see that the UPS driver was there at 5:53 PM but the store was closed even though the store should be open until 7 PM. I had other packages delivered to the store and they could find it at my first visit. The handed me my package but never closed it out in the computer system and I got an email that if I don't pick it up that it will go back to the sender, even though I already had my package picked up.

  • Rebecca Sulpy

I’ve had a great experience the last several times I was at this location. The new owner has been extremely professional and super courteous to both me and my family. I personally witnessed him handle and absolutely inappropriate customer way better than I would have. I actually had to remove myself from the situation as not to exacerbate her craziness. The store its self seems to be improving as I no longer noticed that funky smell the minute I walk in the door that it used to have. Wishing the new owner and staff the best of luck !!

  • Joyce Helminen

I was nervous to go to this UPS store because of the endless awful reviews. However, I needed a document notarized and this was the most convenient location for me to stop by. Rebekah was the employee who helped me and she was professional and patient, and got the job done without a problem. I've never had a document notarized before but it was a quick and easy experience. It costed $10 which I think is more than most places would charge. The reason for 4 stars is that it was a pleasant experience, though not above and beyond.

  • Gary Lerman

☆☆Public Notice☆☆ Refer to another location if you desire to have a paid service completed. Paid a decent fee to have some goodies sent to my son in the Military. Box was returned claiming my son refused, but the package was to be delivered to another UPS Store! Manager does not stand behind her staff when asking for explanation then claims they have nothing to do with UPS. Furthermore, manager claims she has no supervisor and doesn't know the phone number to her Corporate office. ●●Use this location at your own risk●●

  • Monica Y

Worst costumer service by the owner here. I thought I caught him having a bad day, but based on all the other reviews he is just a condescending individual. He is extremely rude and unhelpful. Waited in a long line, since I was having trouble with the amazon kiosk for him to respond “well what do you want me to do ma’am” and just stare at me. I figured it out myself, as I listened to him continue that behavior with others. I feel sorry for the employees there that have to be around his negative energy for hours on end.

  • SonOfDumas

Treat others like you would like to be treated…I have never had any issues with the owner or any of the employees (thus far) and I have been using this location for almost a year! I have talked with the owner (Kevin) multiple times, he and Rebekah are who I usually deal with and they both have been nothing but professional! If the prices are too high, go else where because the employees don’t set the price and they are NOT in the business of giving things away for free! You don’t understand something? Ask.

  • sagg9909

I took three packages to this store as a return to Amazon. I printed out 1 label at home, the clerk printed out the other two labels. The label I printed shows the package in the UPS system, but the other two packages that the clerk printed shows awaiting package. I went to the store to find out if they still had the packages. They stated they didn't know where the packages were, and to contact UPS, since they are only a UPS store. I will never use their services again. So now they mishandled my packages

  • Kenny

DO NOT COME HERE, you will be stuck on a LONG line for a very long time. EVEN if you have a pre-labeled package just to drop off the owner insists you have to make a line and wait 15 to 20 minutes sometimes during peak hours just to drop off the package which is ridiculous and shows how incompetent he is. The other UPS location around baseline and 19th ave is way more accommodating and has a dedicated person handling Amazon returns and drop offs this owner Kevin should take notes.

  • Moses Balan

Cierra is absolutely the worst. I asked her to ship 2 boxes I had. She insisted since it’s going to the same address i ship them together in a box, that’s fine. Then she’s said “I’m going to have her help you when she has the chance” (pointing to her coworker) I don’ have time to waste. I run a business. I came to get a label and drop off. UPS you probably should look into this location. Shouldn’t be rocket science to help someone when they came in and said they need a drop off.

  • Jake Martinez

The staff is as rude as can be. I needed help with flagging down a package that had my work computer. No one could seem to tell me the best way to receive my package and as a result, I am on the brink of losing my job. It has been 4 days since the package was supposed to be delivered or held at this store. Every time I talked to someone I would always receive attitude and they would talk to me like I don’t understand how mail works. Don’t waste your time, go to Fedex or USPS.

  • Jennifer McGuire

So, I had an Amazon return... Huge, bulky heavy box. I'm 5'2 and don't have large arms. I have to get it out of my car about 5 stores away from the ups store. Zero parking. I get the door open, manage to get this monstrosity in the store and the s guy looks up at the end of the counter, not with the anyone and says, yeah, you gotta get it in anyway you can! WATCHES me struggling and waits till I get finally get it to him. Seriously? ZERO customer service. Very disappointed

  • N S

I see why the reviews are horrible and the rating is low as well. The people who work at UPS on 51st and Baseline are so rude as hell and don’t care. I tried twice in the same day to get help to print from the computer. The computer took my money and it didn’t allow me to access the internet. I tried to explain to the lady and she just shrub her shoulder like she didn’t give 2 craps. They will never have my service and I don’t recommend anyone to spend their money there.

  • Aundrea Johnson

Never will I ever go to this center again. I paid $10 for a package to be delivered a little sooner than regular mail. He reassured me that the package could be delivered to a P.O BOX. Come to find out that It can’t. So I’m guessing the package will be returned to me and I’ll have to pay another $10 to send it out again. Hell if the guy can’t give me correct info I sure as heck don’t want false info especially when it comes to my mail.

  • Divine B

Went inside for an Amazon return, which I normally never having an issue with, but today, not only did they say my package required a box, which it usually never does, I go to purchase a bag instead that is listed for 149 , the whole stack was listed there. and they ring it up at 299 and were unwilling to honor the price. The manager came out had a nasty attitude about it and had poor customer service. worst experience this far.

  • E w

Anytime the African American gentleman is present and working it has been an unpleasant and poor service experience. He is abrasive, unprofessional, confrontational and shouldn’t be employed working anywhere with interacting with the general public. I have had a few poor experiences with him that are truly unwarranted. In looking at other review trends this seems not be isolated and UPS should reprimand or remove him.

  • Amber Blain

Had the worst experience with the owner of this store, rudest and unacceptable customer service I have ver received. UPS corporate really needs to do something about the management of this location. And it’s clear by the loads of bad reviews that something needs to be done asap. Very frustrated and disgusted by the the way the OWNER of this store talks and treats paying customers. Bring your business elsewhere

  • Xavier B Bitsui

I ship every day for my online business. I was pressed for time and decided I didn’t want to run all the way down to United States Postal Service on 35 ave and Van Buren or the one on seventh Street. So I went in here. My mailer that normally runs $3.80 first class at USPS was $10.75 ‍♂️‍♂️‍♂️. I paid the dues but never again. Waste of $7 bucks

  • Kerstin Brown

I do my Amazon returns here frequently. And it's always an easy experience. However, one thing I don't like is that if you need them to print out a label for you, they charge you $2.25. for the first page. That is an unreasonable fee, in my opinion. A fee of .25 or .50 would be a reasonable fee. I've returned to other UPS stores, which do not charge for the service.

  • Richard Tate

UPS delivered the package to the wrong address, I brought it to this UPS store and they said they could not help me. They said that it was my responsibility to contact UPS and have them pick the package up. The store had was very little help and they did not care about myself nor a couple of other customers as the employees were very short and disgruntled.

  • Alexis Rogers

Extremely disappointed with the unacceptable customer service. Kevin (the owner)was very rude and disrespectful. Forcefully talked over me the whole conversation, until I said I was trying to ask a simple question. (I needed an email address for UPS) He then abruptly ended the conversation and left the building! So another employee had to speak with me.

  • Fred Garvin

Now I understand all of the one star reviews. Rude, surly employees and terrible service. You would think with so many horrible reviews that UPS Corporate would do something, but they don't give a damn. I tried calling them to complain, the phone computer acknowledges you want to talk to a real person, but won't allow customers to speak with anyone.

  • Dan Mal

This place has gone downhill since they got the new manager. I don't know his name but he's bald and older. He did tell.me if I didn't like their news rules to go somewhere else. Trust me I will. I only do drop offs since I print my labels at home. I'll go to 19th and baseline or cvs across the street where the customer service is 10x better

  • George Picay

Came in an hour before closed and boy it was packed. Like 15 people in line. And no blame on the staff cause they had all the registers open and we're getting through everyone as fast as they could. I just went in to drop off some Amazon and when it was my turn it was a quick scan and print of receipt. 10/10

  • Tory Edwards

I go to pick up a package of clothes I bought online. The Manager Kevin then lectures me for over 10 minutes over a $5 pickup fee. Initially I was understanding, but the way he spoke to me was like I was his child and he was upset at me for inconveniencing him. I will not be returning to this hostile store

  • Barbara White

I had the best customer service experience today! The staff(s) was very professional. They had a great sense of humor, displayed the upmost respect toward each customer entering the store. I was very shock and disappointed to read the pervious reviews. I take my hat off to you guys! Keep up the good Job.

  • Carime Raymundo

Awful customer service. They completely wasted my time, got my prints wrong despite me constantly repeating the way I wanted them done, and completely stopped assisting me for about 20 minutes because they didn't know how to make my copies. Awful service. I don't expect to come back to this location.

  • Marquis Ramirez

I've gone to this location for many different reasons a plethora of times. I generally come prepared and that makes the experiences easier for everyone involved. I've never had any sort of issue with returning, shipping, receiving, printing, etc. (4 stars so this isn't drowned out with 5 stars.)

Seriously the worst. I saw the owner/manager/whatever nearly chase a lady and her crying baby out the front door because the cashier didn't tell her she still owed for the piece of paper she printed on. Yes, all that for 35 cents. He's incredibly rude. Avoid this location if at all possible.

  • Deondrea Jones

Extremely unhelpful. They offer print solutions but can't print tickets that are on the display in the store. They offer direct mailing and can't provide quotes for the service and the website is not working to select the route to get a quote. As a small business owner don't waste your time.

  • Krizzz Silva

Since each store is independently owned they can rip ppl off. Did not have access to a printer, so for them to print off the return label they charged $2.50. They have computer there where you’d think you’d be able to print yourself, but attendant said it would actually be more expensive.

  • Dawn Lofgren

Just called to get a price on the smallest PO Box available and was told to come into the store to get that info since he had a long line of people and didn't have time to help me. Wow...that makes me feel important! Great customer service! Guess they won't be getting my business!

  • Tyrone Sterling

On 3/14/21 I had a simple question about my bill and why there was an increase. I was told that if I didn’t like the rates, I could get another membership somewhere else. This is how the staff treats their customers of over three years? What kind of customer service is this?

  • Jordan Swapp

Went in to make some prints and UPS changed things up. Asked multiple employees for help and for answers to questions. Each one of them did not try to answer my questions and it was obvious none of them wanted to be at work. I will never give this location my business.

  • Dan

worst UPS store I've ever been to. employees look like they dread being there and close the doors HOURS before closing. People make trips just to come here, why post on your door your open on Sat until 5pm, yet here it is 3pm and the store is locked up closed.

  • Don Hardman

They will not print attachments from email unless you pay to use THEIR computer. Every other store will allow you to forward email to the website and then print from there. I suggest using ANY other location other than this one or even their competitors.

  • maria nelson

The owner Kevin is So Rude, the workers nicer then he is. He talk to people so wrong. He Don't know anything about Customer Service. I hate this Store. Whoever gave this store Good Review have to be somebody he know or he asked them to write this.

  • Marichelle Porter

I’ve used this store to send packages, Amazon returns, and also track down packages. The staff are always kind and wish me a great day. We had a tiny wait for fingerprinting but I expected that. Overall great experience every time I come in.

  • Jon Murphy

First and last time I'll go to this location. I tried to drop off an Amazon return with a preprinted label here (which I've done several times at other locations) and the employee said they only serve "paying customers" and turned me away.

  • Christina Lombardo

LoL The reviews are true! Enter at your own risk. I walked out without doing business and I'm driving to the one on 24 Street and baseline. The owner clearly does not care very much about that store, or they would find a new manager.

  • J. McBanks

1. They refused my package. 2. Although I came there the same day it was refused no one could tell me anything. 3. Customer Service is insufficient 100% for outsourcing. 4. CSR via FB should be 100% replaced, the whole dept.

  • Ruben Silva

This UPS store provided me with quick and professional service! They greeted me with a positive smile and how can I help you! I was literally in and out in less than 3 minutes! I will definitely return to this location!

  • Stephanie Carcamo

the worst customer service!! not helpful at all and very rude staff! this place doesn't even deserve 1 star. yelling at someone over the phone and then hanging up?!! come to find out it's the owner of this place!

  • Georgette Robinson

Worse customer service EVER! Kevin the owner is horribly rude, and the heavy set caucasian woman is even worse. It's amazing how bad this location treats their customers.... remember no customers no business!

  • MUNA ABDI

The UPS associate Katia was extremely friendly and incredibly helpful! She made me feel welcomed and provided excellent service, with positive attitude! Would definitely recommend this particular location!

  • James Beasley

Went in yesterday and was close to closing and they do not have for you to print from email like all other stores ! Employee was being lazy and did not want to help per an employee at another ups store!

  • Jessica Armistead

The new owner is so rude. He has no business owning a place like that. What happened to hospitality? And being helpful? Well DONT come here if you want to be treated like a respected paying customer.

  • Katie Phair

horrible customer service, getting yelled at over the phone for asking a question is unacceptable. this store needs new management immediately! please for the love of God go to a different UPS store

  • Sue Case

I've been a customer for about 7 years or so. I have a mailbox and use them for shipping when needed. They are always helpful and they know my mailbox and packages without me even reminding them.

  • Andrew Saucedo

People inside are rude and if you’d not know how to properly fox the situation yourself, you are then down talked. Overall. Good for shipping stuff off, don’t expect good Customer Service though.

  • Victor Hernandez

If I could rate this place any lower I would. Per policy I am unable to shipout a red dot scope just because it can be use on a firearm. Avoid these communist and take your business else where.

  • Daniel S

Counter employee wasn’t trained to process shipping packages, so we had to wait until the only trained person to ship who was ok the back laminating and texting came to the front and helped

  • Melissa Woodforlk-Whyte

This was my first time coming to this location to print materials. The owner and staff were professional and provided outstanding customer service. I highly recommend this location.

  • Kileigh P.

I’m actually appalled by the ownership and that the ups company would let such a rude person with clearly no customer service skills be employed here, Kevin needs to find a new job

  • Anamaría cazar

Once again the laveen UPS store and its owner go above and beyond to solve an issue, and deliver my package during Covid when I thought it would be so challenging. Thank you!!!

  • J Martinez

Proud of our local UPS store! They stepped up their game and their service has improved big time over my last review! Glad we have one in our neighborhood!

  • Cheryl Walker

This place has very impolite, inexperienced staff that have no customer service skills. I will NEVER return to this place of business for ANYTHING.

  • keith tomlinson

Owner comes out from back and container was overflowing on front came out and started yelling at two employees infront of everyone

  • Theresa MCFADDIN-ORDELL

Never had a problem with the staff! Of course you have to pay for packaging. Would like to have access to better envelope pricing.

  • Randy Edrozo

I see a lot of complaints , but my experience was good I got a notary simply by walk in, Lucero was friendly and professional.

  • Syed Hussain

Kevin went above and beyond in providing top-notch customer service at UPS, making it the best UPS store I've ever been to.

  • Bina L.

Closes to early, and they have unhelpful and rude employees.. Please @Amazon allow Kohl's in this area to accept returns.

  • Gladys Rodriguez

Thank you Noel for being so helpful and kind with my Amazon returns. Great customer services keep up the Good work.

  • Peter M

ups store without ups services. bad look to have a line and employees audibly laughing in the back. astonishing.

  • Joseph Agado

Worst experience I’ve ever had trying to get 9 pages printed. & they charged me $18.19 they are a crooked bunch.

  • Patrice Lagnier

Very efficient and friendly employees. Excellent management. One of the best UPS stores I have ever dealt with

  • Erika Jones

This location SUCKS. Seriously, just drive a couple miles down the road and save yourself the headache.

  • Melinda Dority

I like the UPS Store. Service is pretty good. Can get in and out fairly quickly.

  • Amber Rodriguez

Great customer service from management and employees, loved the energy …

  • Gary Boulanger
