Having heard great things about this school, our interactions with them in the past week or so have completely put us off any desire for our daughter to attend. Even understanding the stresses of strict zoning rules and at-capacity issues I am left with the distinct impression that, for this school, a perceived sense of elitism somehow justifies an overlooking of basic professionalism and decency in communicating and dealing with the public.

This is a great school, no uniform, not sure why so many leave negative comments about unihigh. It may because of their own belief of their school’s superiority but anyway. Not everyone at this school is snobby but there are definitely some people who are, although that is true for all schools, the teachers are very dedicated and I did not see any problems as I did go there for 2 years. Overall it is a very good school

my time there was not very good I have some awful times but that may just be me, The teachers where amazing but I found that the kids where another story. there's no uniform but I feel that can be a bit more stressful. I found it extremely hard to learn anything that may just be my own experience but I didn't learn much and found it hard to pay attention and my wellbeing was falling like dominos

Nestled between the Royal Melbourne Hospital and Melbourne University it is a highly sought after school. Has some innovative teaching methods and extension programs. Excellent access via trams along Royal Parade and (soon) the new metro train extension

I do not know hat kind of rep it has these days but its seems that all the posts are negative......... I attended UHS from 1975 - 1979 and I considered it the best time of my life, it was a fantastic school and I loved the comradery... made some life long friends there.

New principal completely devoid of confidence, they are clearly allowing the dregs of society into the school, many teachers put in little effort to their classes, and there's no way to get to many classes without going up stairs, terrible for any handicapped students.

We are delighted to have our daughter going to this prestigious school next year as part of the SEAL select program. We were absolutely impressed with the level of care and the fact that they have a program to help students follow their future professional aspirations.

i dont know why people hate the school so much. yes some of the kids are a bit rude but thats normal for any public high school. teachers are great and very patient with you great campus, the food is great and the facilities are okay. great school

Good School, not sure about the food though, I ordered a "Chicken Burger" at the cafeteria and what I got wasn't Chicken, I'm not even sure if it was an animal. I had some type of outer shell, like an exoskeleton.

When I went with my parents to see if there was a place they immediately said no which is not the case rather the way they said it felt abit snob and rude dis give me a good feeling about it

this school is 50% kids who are into memes and are unhinged and then there's the other 50% that are normal but short. 10/10 school would stare at the buff charmander statue forever

I thoroughly enjoy my time here. The coordinators are very willing to help always, and teachers are so kind. The facilities are ..alright. Food at the canteen is very filling.

It's a religion for this place to light on fire every couple of months, but otherwise it's alright
