I chose washhouse because they had high ratings on Google. Unfortunately, their business practices are not sincere nor trustworthy. Upon taking in my laundry for a drop off service I was given a quote for $300. They were also trying to charge me for items that I did not bring over. I spoke to the manager and they changed the pricing to reflect what I asked for, which was the honest account of the laundry I brought in. The price went from $300 to just under $193. I was told to pick up the laundry the next day and when I went in to grab the laundry the ticket on the order said $233. I questioned why this price had changed and she said that they made a mistake and didn’t count the laundry correctly. This would be the second time. Then she said if you would like you can pay online. When I went to pay online, the price went from 233 to 260. At this point I was livid. I have been given four separate prices. I told her that this type of business practice is illegal. Something called bait and switch. You can’t tell someone that it’s gonna cost a certain amount for a certain service and then switch the practice and say you’re sorry and then charge them more money. She proceeded to argue with me. I decided that it was irrelevant to try and argue with her stupidity and lack of professionalism and awful customer service. I paid my bill and I left. If you ever use this place, do not trust them and hold them accountable for every piece of laundry that you take in. Do not trust what they charge you. Apparently, this is a difficult place to work with and it’s unfortunate because it looks so nice inside. I don’t have time for this type of immaturity and unprofessionalism.

Clean - clean - clean!! Machines and facility are clean and everything works well. You can use an app to pay and earn rewards but we finally figured out that you need to be connected to their wifi to get the machines to show up. We asked the attendant but there was a language barrier so it took a few minutes to get up and running. The attendant’s pay close attention and if a machine finishes and no one is emptying it while others are waiting, they will empty and hold the clothes until the customer comes back. They really shouldn’t have to do this, however, when you’re waiting and the previous customer has left to go grab a bite to eat or whatever it’s nice to have someone open the machine for use. We would return if in this area again!

Vilma and Hope were so wonderful. I accidentally left my clothes in the dryer over night along with my utility cart. Hope was so nice to wait around not knowing if I was going to show up and unfortunately I thought they were closed already so didn’t bother and waited until the next afternoon. I was greeted by Vilma and she so kindly had my utility cart put up for me and my clothes were still there right where I left them. This isn’t the first time I’ve left my laundry and they’ve made sure I got it back. I have had bad experiences with laundry facilities and my clothes were stolen along with brand new bedding. I would highly recommend using this laundromat!

I come in weekly for light and heavy loads in the morning. The place is very clean, which is why I choose to frequent it. The staff is super kind. Billa greets everyone. The machines are amazingly clean and there are several options to wash and dry for any size load. I also appreciate that the app allows for digital payments as opposed to coins because I never have coins on me. I strongly recommend anyone needing a laundromat to come to this one. There’s a kids’ corner and vending machines with detergent and softener just in case. The bathrooms are clean and it’s a nice time to do work or reading while waiting for your laundry. Thank you to the staff!!

Beautiful experience! 1st visit & I'll definitely return. Spotless floor to ceiling. Folding tables, chairs plentiful. Super clean washers & dryers. Bill changer up to $20 plus accepts debit & credit cards & they also have an app you can download to pay with your phone. Several brands of washing/drying supplies for purchase. Plentiful carts. Bathroom was spotless & smelled nice. On duty staff was friendly & helpful. Plenty of parking with handicapped spaces & wheelchair accessible. They were busy but I didn't have any problems accessing anything. Check this place out.. you'll be impressed!

This is the best laundromat in Madison for sure...it's sooooooo clean! They have a system that sanitizes the washers after each load. I would feel confident washing even baby clothes here and not worried about what kind of dirt/germs are hiding in the machines. There's also those nice rubber mats at the folding areas that take pressure off of your knees when you're standing in one spot. The attendant working today, Wilma, was very nice and helped us use the app which gives a $5 new customer bonus. They also take coins and payment cards, so you have 3 ways to pay here.

Just had a big comforter cleaned at The Wash House and I couldn't be more pleased. The desk staff / attendants are friendly and thorough. They took care to make sure all the dog hairs were removed. Now that's commitment! The comforter was returned rolled up nicely and bagged rather than stuffed into a bag like it was when I brought it to them. The establishment is clean, sparkling and well maintained. I wouldn't hesitate to do my laundry there. In all, I highly recommend!

Never taken my clothes to a service before, but I wanted to give it a shot because I was so short on time today. The place is very clean & cool (important considering it's been over 100° a couple days this week) and the ladies that work there were super nice and very professional. I gave them all my work clothes and now I'm gonna have to do it again! Plenty of options for detergent, folding, hanging; they pay attention to details. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

Vilma does an amazing job! She takes such good care of your laundry, If I could I would put a 10 star and above review!!!! No other place compares to the excellent service and professionalism that Vilma provides. 100% recommended to drop off laundry!!!! Not a single tablecloth has molded, Vilma truly cares about each order. I only go to the Madison location even though I live 40 minutes away, but I prefer to drive farther since I can only trust Vilma!

This place is big and clean. They sanitize the washers and dryers between customers. It’s very bright and cool inside. The attendant is kind and courteous. I feel very safe in here. I have to bring in my comforter quarterly and I’m happy to bring my business here. I’ve been to other laundry facilities in the plaza in Goodlettsville and it’s scary in there. I am so glad I found this place.

I have dropped off all kinds of heavy load laundry here, and I keep coming back, because they do an excellent job with a quick turnaround. From sleeping bags to comforters to towels and big bundles of bed sheets, the Wash House does it all better than my own machines and I can. I am always happy to see Vilma, a warm and thoroughly professional individual who always remembers me.

This place is clean, organized and really affordable. 5/5 stars. Highly recommend for people that are busy and needs their laundry done. The washers and dryers come in 3 different sizes; small, medium and large; and can wash a king size blanket. They're amazing and they have big tables for you to fold ur clothes on. There's a couple of tables to sit at or some chairs.

First of All I wanna say my house caught on fire and I had a lot of loads to wash. I just moved to Goodlettsville, so I don't have a washer/dryer yet. I did a search and came across the The Wash House. It is by far the best laundromat I have ever been to. The facility is large and very clean. There are numerous machines with a variety of sizes. Also, the machines are digital so you can pay with your card or on the app. The staff is friendly, too!!!

Clean facility and equipment; they even sanitize every machine between uses. Everything is computerized, so if you want to use a debit card it couldn’t be easier. Friendly and helpful staff, especially Velma. The prices are slightly higher than some of the shadier places, but considering the quality and features, The Wash House is the BEST VALUE.

Been to a lot of laundromats, but this is one of the cleanest and most convenient places. The Convenience of using the machines with your app, and everything off of your phone ,is very very user-friendly. Super amazing staff. Vilma is amazing the best. I need to do laundry as I was on a trip for work. Went for the local laundry with the highest ratings here on Google Maps. In the end, the laundry and service / interaction with the owner was way above a 5. I overspent in the app and the owner refunded the difference. Was very thankful.

Trying a brand new laundromat that was where the Buffalo Wild Wings used to be in Rivergate, Madison TN. It's super clean, the employees are super friendly, has brand new machines. Has a new way to pay with your phone, you can use an app to pay. Also ask for Velma, she is a great help!

I’ve been cleaning my clothes here for about two years, the machines work great the staff is very friendly and will help you with everything you need. Velma one of the workers you will see often there is an awesome person always is kind and helpful and will make you feel at home.

Vilma And the team was amazing. After my washer line broke ruining most of my clothes, they were quick and responsive with the full service of wash dry fold. Whenever I need laundry mat services, the Wash House either in Antioch or here in Madison are the place to go.
