We have a laundromat directly across the street but we choose to drive a couple extra miles to use this facility. It's very child friendly- any parent knows laundry day is stressful when it's your only day off to spend with your family. The owners are amazing people. In fact, the owner knew I was concerned about the amount of money I had to do laundry. He gave us a free wash, provided detergent and softener and some extra cash for our daughter to play games. On top of that he offered us a little extra that helped pay for our dinner that night. COMPLETELY showed appreciation for our service and respect as customers. Best laundry day ever.

When they first open a couple months it was clean and everything I started going over there due to my bad experience at the last laundry mat down the street and now when you go in there they a lot of homeless people in there for hours not washing clothes, the inside on the top of the washers are not clean because of other peoples laundry detergent from someone else using the washer and the owner isn’t there all day.

It can be a little dirty sometimes, and I have had some of my laundry stolen out of the dryer with the attendant on duty. Inexpensive to wash and dry. I like the card you use for the machines. Even though it's posted, children run wild through the place. Bathroom is always out of order. They haven't been open that long so hopefully these things will be better soon.

Usually a good experience, clean,friendly But on my last few visits I've noticed they do need more baskets,customers will hold them with thier feet until they need it making others have to tote wet laundry to dryers and making several trips ...it happens I guess....but on my last visit I had even several roach bugs or water bugs....I'd hate to take 1 home

The attendant was very helpful when I unknowingly used a washer that was out of order. He quickly allowed me a free wash, mopped the water from the transfer of wet clothes, and gave us a dollar in quarters for a free game of pool! Also, it is free dry Wednesday!! That's definitely a plus. We live close by and will most definitely be returning!

Very clean and super helpful staff. We were from out of state and hadn't used a laundromat in 20 years. Shawn saw our confusion and jumped in right away to help us and show us how everything works. If you're looking for a quick place to wash your clothes with excellent service I would come here for sure!

Very clean , always has available machines, and very nice and responsive owner. Good customer service. I had loaded clothes into dryer that was out of order and didn't realize until after and he gave me a free wash and dry for next time. Very much appreciated and most places would not do that.

This place is the best place to have all your laundry needs taken care of and also very friendly I will come to this laundromat every time I need to do laundry me and my wife love this place we will be here every week if we have to do

Half the machines do not work properly. Personally witnessed roaches crawling inside the machines. And they allow loitering out front of their establishment causing an unsafe environment coming from and going. Will not be returning.

It was my first time ever coming here to wash and I needed some help working on the card machine and this lovely worker named ( Stephanie) helped me out with a smile on her face. She made me feel comfortable and welcomed.

Really great place to wash I don't know if it's under new ownership but it's wonderful they even have free dryers on Wednesday I seen the owner which I think he's the owner help a few people out it was truly a blessing

Very clean all new equipment with tons of washers/dryers and you load money on to a card instead of having to deal with all those quarters I'd recommend anyone to this laundry mat

I literally come to this place every week to do laundry. They make it convene with a little card and you can put cash on it or Apple Pay or with a card. Awesome. Love coming here.

Overe here lots of times, never had an issue. Wish they had a snack machine and drinks machines that take cards. I do love the claw machine and pool table nice touch.

I love it. Its super convenient & amazing! The owners and staff are very helpful. Once a month they have free fresh food.. the dryers are free and facility is clean.

Don't ever get rid of Stephanie, she is the BEST. She took care of my needs with no problem. Very pleasant and nice. She is a KEEPER.

Briseidy is a very helpful and so far this is the best Laundry Mat in the Madison area completely satisfied with the service!

It's clean but sometimes the card stop working and I still have money in it. There is no one here to help when that happens.

Briskest is a really nice person and the owner is one of the first around the area. I feel so happy with this location.
